and yes Murray called Nicole at 1:08 PM from the ambulance.
 
apparently there is a point if law issue, hence the jury have been sent out and no feed from the court room
 
going through his job. he owns allied managed it and closed it in 2010 is it a normal pharmacy ie you can walk in off the streets and get something? no its a specialised pharmacy working with Drs and they create the medicine

nov 2008 phonecall from murray. murray said he was a cardioloigist from vegas he was looking for benoquin for his clients who suffers from vitiligo. wanted to know if he could get it

This does not look good for her. Any package shipped by FEDEX has to be signed for, not left in a general area. ESPECIALLY pharmaceuticals!!!
 
lopez said he would have a look for it and call him back. he was moving offices and lost murrays number so they never got back in contact.

march 2009. murray called him asked him why he didnt call back.took his info again and would call him back. lopez checked for benoquin but u would have to pay up front for future orders. lopez told murray that. murray asked how much can u make and asked for 30gram tubes lopez said he could make 40 of those. murray ordered 40 tubes.
 
murray said he had many paitents with vitiligo and he was gonna use it for a trial on them. murray said he had several clinics and would use it overseas on paitents. murray said he would collect it and bring a company cheque
 
was murray getting mj to pay for all these tubes and he wasnt gonna use them all on mj?
 
he asked murray about his medical office and licence number . he wanted the details to make sure murray could buy drugs so it gets registared with the DEA. asked his medical licence asked what his status was.
 
Could I just ask, Nicole Alvarez, seriously, she's 29? She's only four years older than me but she looks at least ten years. I guess that what happens when you live with a murderer.
 
what is vitiligo.? lopez explains what it is did lopez need to know the name of the paitent. not if it was just a trial but if the person was using it all the time (like mj) he would need to know the persons name.
 
@sophielo i thought she looked like a puber who was called to mom and dad for doing bad.. she looked young guilty and like she needed to be somewhere
 
says murray asked specifically for normal saline iv bags and propofol
says saline iv bags is standard for physicians to ask for at his pharmacy

says murray provided him the information of strength, size etc of propofol he asked for 100ml v. size and 20 v.size
says he gave him the information regarding the pricing and availability
the order was placed on april 6 09, the order was placed on the phone
 
when murray picked the benoquin up they talked about sending it to his office instead. he said they could get a courrier to send it. murray set up a credit card account.

april 3 2009. murray called about benoquin murray said it worked well. can he order other things for his diff offices asked about diprivan and saline bags. asked about the how much it would cost to get diprivan he wanted 100ml and 20ml vials.murray asked for info on the prices of the diprivan. lopez told him the price and availability. murray then ordered some on april 6th by phone
 
says initially he wanted to deliver everything to murray's vegas office, says murray met the currier and murray took him to the backroom removed several propofol bottles out of it and said the rest should be shipped to his LA ''clinic'/medical office'', says the address he wanted the package with the remaining content to be shipped was an adress in Santa Monica
 
first tried to take the delievery to the clinic in vegas. murray met the courrier and they went through what was there.murray removed some of the vials. and asked for the rest be shipped to his office in L.A murray said he had a medical office in L.A its was in santa monica ie nicoles house
