Murray Trial - Day 14 - October 20 - Discussion

showing how quickly the dip flows in the tubing. its very hard to control the rate.

re the missing the tubing. that is still an issue. i wonder if the pros will bring it up b4 the defence shouts there was no tubing found so there was no IV during their case

I'm still amused at how he spilled a little Propofol on himself and on the lady who takes notes and how he's a true genius prototype - Michael was clumsy too

spoke to soon. the tubing with the diprivan in fits into the palm of my hand says walgren. it could be put in your pocket very easily.yes says shaffer

omg...Walgren just mentioned how the propofol tubing (once empty; after all propofol ran thru) fits into the palm of his hand and could FIT INTO YOUR POCKET. AHHHH!!

Waldern: propofol tubing fits in the palm of his hand
Shafer: correct
Walgren: would easily fit in your pocket
Shafer: correct

well there you go, hope the jury gets what Walgren is suggesting.

Now this voice message that he left Wiesner saying that he is scared for his life keeps replaying in my head ... sorry, this really upset me, more than the photos and the recording with the slurred speech.

Ive missed this. Can someone please elaborate? what phonecall to Wiesner and when was it made??

And they will scream it with this guy. What they are showing is even if there is no tubing the way they want you to think it happend is impossible. Like the recording the tubing Murray hide or got rid of. But unlike the tubing the recording was bought back

walgren is doing a round up of shaffers testimony. so looks like hes about to finish direct

Oh Chernoff shut up. Objection overuled, allowed to answer.

It was on youtube somewhere, will try to find it and if it's still there, will pm you with it.

P. S. It has nothing to do with this trial though.

It looked like that propofol was really going fast with the bottle in the bag. Good point about the tubing fitting the pocket. This whole demonstration was very good.

Was any psychological and drug testing done on murray? My mother wonders because of all he did wrong with MJ if he has some sort drug problem (like cocaine, etc).

still his opinion that murray was a direct cause of mjs death even if mj took the stuff himself because (and chernoff objectss cause it was asked 3 times yesterday) over ruled. murray is the dr failed his responsibility responsibile for every drop of dirpivan in that room every drop of loraz in that room. mj intrusted murray to look after him and he failed.

direct over and judge asks to see counsel. i guess thats the end of the day

Dr. Shafer says Conrad Murray is responsible for every drop of Propofol and/or Lorazepam in that room by enabling the situation i.e buying the drugs, bringing it to the house, setting th IV up.even if Michael had self injected propofol and/or self ingested lorazepam. Judge wants to see counsel. The look on Murray's face after Shafer said that spoke volumes imo

Murray is looking SICK! And he should be. Shafer says Murray is responsible for every drop of propofol in the house as well as the loraz. Wow!Btw....about the tubing in the pocket theory....remember those pix of Murray the DA entered into evidence of Murray in the Emergency Room? One of them was a clear shot of Murray's entire body. He was just standing there and I know some of you guys were like what was the purpose of those photos? MAYBE that pic will be used later during closing. Walgren can show the pic of Murray with those cargo pockets; nice place to tuck the missing tubing.

Another scheduling issue so won't start until 11:45AM LA time tomorrow.

testimony starts at 12.45 tom cause of a scheduling issue. jeez looks like the defence wont start till monday now. i guess cause philips isnt available till then

Sorry, just to clarify, jurors are going to be there at 11:45 am so they get lunch, and then court will start at 12:45 pm

Court for Los Angeles time tomorrow at 11:45 (EDIT: 12:45 officially) due to a scheduling issue.

Chernoff looks beat. The whole defense team looks like they just got their arses handed to them. Good day!

But on another note...so sad to see the set up that ended Michael's life. :(

So, am I getting this right? Schaffer is implying that Murray gave MJ propofol via infusion then, when he realised he had ded/was dying, he took the propofol bottle off the IV stand, removed the tubing (& hid it somewhere), cut open the saline bag, popped the bottle into it and basically made it look like he'd only given Michael saline for dehydration?

Okay, but if he wanted to hide the propofol then why did he put the bottle in the saline bag for everyone to see it? He could have get rid of the bottle too somehow,

and why even a propofol bottle in a saline bag? whats the reason?

That's what I tell people who blame Michael for what happened. Murray is the doctor and he was responsible for what happened. He knew all the risks and look what he did. I am scared now it will be the defense turn. God knows what they will do or say.

Okay, but if he wanted to hide the propofol then why did he put the bottle in the saline bag for everyone to see it? He could have get rid of the bottle to somehow,

he wasnt hiding the bottle in the saline bag he was using the saline bag to put the bottle in while the infusion was running.he then told alberto to move it cause i guess at first he thought it didint matter cause he had already removed the tubing

and why even a propofol bag in a saline IV? whats the reason?

The propofol was in the saline bag so he could hang it.

He did not put it where everyone can see it. He asked the bodyguard to hide it and he did, he hid it in a closet. There was no evidence or sight of Propofol when the paramedics arrived. So he got rid of it, but couldn't take it with him - there were too many bottles and he hid them, so he can dispose of them later. This has not happened, the bodyguards did not allow him access in the house afterwards.

This means court is starting at 8:45 pm tomorrow for people in the UK. :)
