Pathetic. Why does she even complain about 2000 watts donations thing that has been changed already for some time now? What's the point really? Just for the sake to bug others it seems to me or to troll. If I wouldn't like this forum I just wouldn't sit my ass here anymore and just go away.

It doesnt matter how many dontaed or not - the complaint is we are out to make money
and we charge for access

We like many forums except donations to help pay for servers and other fees ..
at one time access was availbale to donaters only but thet has been almost a yr ago.
So that is not longer the case

We could open up a thread to allow people to vent or dicsuss donations

then when someone say we are making money we can explain or if they say
we charge for acess we can show we dont .. everything can be answered
truthfully in a open forum ..

this will show we dont block opinions - but we will block direct attcks
form people who are not here to discuss this in a respectful way .

I will open the thread and state the rules of engagement
are members will rally behind this .
 
I will but I suggest we allow her to speak .. Let me open up a thread ..
so we can refute .. and explain our side and show we are not stifling freedom os speech
and we are not making any profit or doing anything wrong wih excepting donation to pay
our costs ..

there will be no attcks on any one .. just respectfully giving them the facts
 
I commented on the youtube video. that MJJFA says it's not over unless we refund the donations. We can discuss but I don't see them to being understanding.

I check the limitation on 2000 watts was 14 months ago. I'm not sure when we removed it exactly but it's been open for at least 6 months.
 
I was placed on Pw protection 6 months ago but we had it open for free for a few months before that I belive
we put it on PW protection when we were fist contacted by webb sherrif . before thet s ws free. we only have it
donaters only for a short time ..
 
so who is asking for a refund ?

Only members who dontaed for access to 2000 watts would even be considered which would be few

Only donaters can request a refund not another person or board .. ( I dont think many will do this)

The donaters who gave when we have free acces did so to support the board not to pay for access
 
that mjjfa person is commenting that only way to make this right is to refund the donations.
 
well if someone requested a refund .. we may consider if they did so to pay for access to 200 watts (In that time period)

- but many want to donate and dont want refunds .. I dont see many requesting one .. do you .. ???
they would have to show a recipt within the time period when 2000 watts was access by 2 yrs membership or donaters only
I dont even see a handful doing that or even having the rescipt to prove they donated in that time period

that's what I said. I said people complained and we made it open access so it's remedied. MJJFA insisted for automatic refunds, I told them no one asked for a refund and if they want now they need to give us more info.

so what are we gonna do about it?

apparently they dont have the whole story to make such a request without having full information
There request is unresonable .. only members who feel they paid for access woudl even have the right to request
donation refunded ..

I was goign to reply to Razaa and he post is deleted -
I left a full explaination on the board .. of what happened
our entionoin and that members have had free access for over a yr
 
I don't know who MJJFA is. they are on twitter and it turns out Razza sent them the message and video and they did that 11 minute warning video about us. I approved her latest post under her new user name
 
There are two new members with the name Rachel: rachel Cole and rachel4speechless. Are they both the same person? Also, are we aprroving this member's quotes under their new name?

she can not post elswhere .. she is being deceptive to gain proud membsr access
.. she needs to resolve this issue

Ivy MJJFA is a fan board and we dont no tneed to answer to them nor do they have the right
to request we refund all donations ... That riduculas and unreasonable .. thet have no right
to request it ..
 
MJJFA was commenting on twitter and on youtube in comments. They are still there. I wish they remove that video.
 
I think we should just ignore her video now- she really only had one person that was defending her

I could make a video in our defense but it would probably just bring more attention to the situation
and bring in more of our detracters/haters ..

Ill make one and post in here and we can decide .. if its needed ..

there's another use with a nickname with speechless and a different IP. Still seems to be it might be her.
 
Lets ignore I agree, we have far better things to do.

In fact lets take this as a positive, if we were small and non essential they would not even bother, but due to our sheer size and success we will always be the target, as long as we come out with short Sharpe responses we should just leave it there.
