he's not only a nephew, he's only a secondary beneficiary to the Estate. so he could go to the probate court, that oversees Michael's will and tell the judge about these "fake songs" and at least try to stop the album. Instead he records his vocals for another song from the same questionable album. Nice one, Taryll.

Something just isn't right. You know something can be done but there not taking the effort to do it and I find that bizarre. Maybe they are "POWERLESS" so to speak when trying to sue the almighty Sony and others involved with the Album.

I am only going to say this once and if this offends anyone I do apologize and I don't mean to mislead or hurt anyone in the process or make you change your thoughts about the album. I am going to support it and buy it however I am not going to support the 3 tracks.

When BN first came out everyone questioned it and it's authenticity. Wonder why? If you have to question any of his music then you have to look into the orgin of the music and you will find your answers. The 3 "Cascio" tracks and others cannot be verified and I don't care who is making claims to the singles. THEY CAN'T BE VERIFIED. And everyone knows Michael's silky smooth Vibrato and it's not here. It reminds me of a impersonator.

All three Cascio tracks doesn't tell a story like most of Michael's songs. It does not have that middle, begining, and End. If you listen close to Let's say, Slave to the Rhythm or even "Do You Know Where Your Children Are" then you will find that here. Most of this album is of UNCOMPLETED Work and most of the album is like that but you can hear the story but not completed like within Another Day and Hollywood Tonight so they just shortened it up and added and subtracted for a song that's at least 3 minutes in length.

I really hate dogging this album that we ALL and "Old School" fans like myself have been waiting for for many years, I really and honestly do but it's heartbreaking and utter Crap when some "wannabe" producer and a big record company (Sony) work together and do this. Sony knows it's not Michael so why are they doing this to the man and his family? They even added his trademark sounds to the 3 tracks, They had to copy and paste to make it believable.

OK, I am done rambling.

In closing, Please Support the Album for the mans reputation and dignity, And not because it's another Michael Jackson Album.

I don't really get what he is saying about that third party and management, but it's clear that he and Taryll have had a conflict that is still unresolved and Taryll is angry with Teddy, which is why he's tweeting these accusations. Can somebody shed more light on this? I think whatever conflict they have, there is no need to be dragging Michael into this, as he is unable to state his opinion on the matter.

Hire a private detective to see what has happened with the demos and hire a audio specialist to see what's been done to the tracks and try to extract someone's voice (either Michael's or someone elses). He said that all voices are like a finger print - no two are alike - and that a specialist would be able to prove if Michael was singing on the 3 songs or not.

Either go full out and fight for MJs legacy by not putting vocals on other tracks that will be part of a "fake" album or just stop with this drama.

Taryll, and a lot of the other Jacksons, would have; written, produced, sang, played on, every bloody song on the album if they could have. They probably would have even had themselves on the front cover with Joe smiling in the middle!

News flash - almost every trial is like that witness against witness, expert against expert. It's not a reason to not seek legal action. You put your best foot forward and try the lawsuit. If you win good, if you lose you can say that you at least tried.

I'm sorry but if "Billie Jean Jackson" can go to court with her CRAZY claims over and over again, then Taryll Jackson can certainly go to court with claims that he claims have merit. The fact that he has not filed some sort of suit leads me to believe that he is NOT sure himself. Just my opinion.
