wow wow wow slow down.
This leak of TYLA hasn't been filtered or denoised.
It sounds like shit because it's been compressed into a lossy codec, and THEN uploaded to YT, which is what we got.
That means double compression, and from the looks of the spectrum of the YT upload, the actual file should be around 128kbps.

So it's a DAT tape source, that was possibly copied from a Cassette, into a WAV file (the DAT tape transfer) into a 128kbps MP3 that was then further compressed by YT with the upload process.
