I've stopped usuing Yahoo lol i always use MSN now i did have Yahoo for a brief period but i got sick of it and went back to MSN lol

Hmmm i wanna start a diet starting tomorrow but i have no eating plan or anything, i don't go to Gyms there depressing but i do Swim and go out for Walks alot

shoes
swimwear
goggles

haha yeah :) I don't believe in having to go to a Gym constantly i think Swimming and Walking are the best exercises you could do, that and eating healthy the weight will come flying of :yes:

well i trained as an aerobics instructor
never put it to any use tho but i am
planning to in the future sometime
