very disappointed

check the online catalog

several pages are using a same photo

and others are low- definition small photos

Are these the 700 photos they promised? print and reprint and photoshop them again and again to make them "700" photos?

what's the meaning of the blue circle around Michael's eye? i've seen that a lot on this site, and i've been meaning to ask about it.

I guess Im the only one that doesnt like these photos :(
at first it was a novelty to see them but they look like a manequin
no facial features or espressions from Michael _ and they all look the
same. Ive never seem MJ do a photo shoot like that _ something doesnt
seem right to me about these pics _ Just my opinion

You know... I was thinking the same thing... It's unlike Mike to have a photoshoot where he only has one expression. I thought I read somewhere though that there were like 4 photo themes but I guess he's keeping those for future release?
I like the main photo that's been shown everywhere but it does look strange..

Everything from this photoshoot will be published in the catalogue. There are some pictures released online to promote it - the rest will be in the book. It would make no sense to put out more pics online.

I think it's awesome we're getting outtakes - there's never been that many outtakes from one photosession released of MJ's. It will be interesting to see those.

Im Amazon the hardcover costs about 37 $.....

sometime after the release price will go down as usual... so being patient is the best solution....

Someone on MJJC has this pic either in their siggy or avatar. Everytime I see the pic, something seems odd, or maybe even slightly eerie. Not that I dislike it, per se, but it does look like a mannequin to me as well. The face looks frozen, for lack of a better word. And while I like the hair, again, just something seems really "off" with it.

Wondering if there is any explanation about the blue around the eye, if there was a story behind that; what was the symbolism that Michael had in mind, if any.

According to Karen Faye Michael did not like these photos and in my opinion no wonder! His make-up is overdone and he does not look himself.

Wow, I think they are stylish! I want this magazine!

Edit: Anyone know if this photoshoot is the same as the Blue Eye photoshoot or same week? In one of the photos, Michael look just like the blue eye pic we have in big size.

Yes, it is the same. The pictures were taken on July 4 & 5 in Paris by Arno Bani.
Michael stayed in Paris for a few weeks in 1999, it was rumoured he was shooting a new video for a new single, which turned out to be not true. In fact he spent two days in a studio working with A. Bani.

There were four looks created for Michael, we've seen three (The Sphinx, Blue Eye and Red Curtain). There is still one more to go - Sequins and Embroidery.
