they they videotape them. They gave both the video and the transcript of Prince's deposition to the judge to show there was no improper behavior. They are sealed from public.

Well then AEG should take some legal action against the family for giving those lies to the paper, since they have physical evidence. You know what. If the family wins, I then want AEG to sue them for something so AEG could get back most of the money the family won from them.

They both are mature enough now to know what goin on and i reckon they do. But they are stuck in the middle and have no way to voice how they feel untill they turn 18
 
^ Im not too sure about that tho, that they are completely aware of whats going on since they probably are being robbed of their own thoughts by um, the family and have to do whatever they think is oke for them do to..

I think michael may have told them like what the family are like and thats what i meant by they are mature enough to understand whats goin on. Since michael aint here to reinforce them on how the jackson family can apart of them probably wants to belive they family are being genuine
 
^ I really hope he told them so. Imagine them being really brainwashed and turning into what the family is now today. Thats one of the things i never understood either, wouldnt he be better off i think leaving them with their own mother so they wouldnt have to go all those things like going to court etc?

Michael Jackson ’s daughter will this week talk for the first time about her dad’s last days as she gives evidence in court.
Paris, 14, has agreed to join brother Prince as a key witness in the $40billion lawsuit against *****’s concert promoters AEG, who they claim negligently hired his doctor.
Both Prince, 16, and Paris spoke with the pop king as he battled drug issues and his concert bosses before his death on June 25, 2009.
A source close to the family said: “Both heard and saw certain things during Michael’s last few weeks alive. Prince was always going to give evidence, but Paris’s inclusion is something of a shock.
“She was very strong and assured in her depositions with AEG’s lawyers so we decided she should talk too.”
The trial in LA centres on a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the children and their guardian Katherine, who is Jackson’s mother.

Katherine claims AEG negligently hired and supervised the physician convicted of supplying Jackson with a fatal dose of propofol.
AEG claims Dr Conrad Murray was employed by Jackson and it was unaware he was a danger as the star prepared for his comeback This Is It tour.
The family source added: “It has taken four years for the family to tell the world the story about what they feel led to Michael’s death.
“It will be up to a jury to decide whether Michael’s death is down to his promoters. The family claim they have evidence which has never emerged before and it is *explosive.”
The family said Prince heard key discussions about the tour, Michael’s health and what was expected of Murray.
Murray is serving a four-year jail sentence for *involuntary manslaughter and refused to give evidence at the trial in Los Angeles as he is appealing.
The Jacksons hope to win $40billion in lost earnings if AEG is found liable in the three-month case.

^ Im sure its not for this thread thats why i said its better to stop as i was going off topic anyway. But to say dont forget its one big cycle where everything has to do another, as in if they were with their mother maybe they wouldnt have to go through this etc. But maybe its a good thing to witness in court, i dont know.
@LastTear, so what does that mean? First they were on the witness list with their own choice if theyre going to witness or not, or if Mother calls them up to do so. But now its sure? (I hate we have to base so many things on what is on the news)
 
^^^^ Well they were always on the witness list (both KJ side and AEG) and first it was reported that only Prince will testify but as Paris gave such a confident deposition it appears that she will also testify. As Ivy said earlier, either side could call them to testify.
 
^I was just thinking, could the kids have been coached to say certain things, which are not necessarily true to sway the jury and paint AEG in the worst light? The kids testifying can be the strongest point for the Plaintiff. It worries me, that the kids just may have been coached to say certain things through mock trials and answers to all possible questions.

I do not want AEG lose. I don't really support them, but I'm so against the Jacksons and their greed I have no alternative.
 
Given their ages when they lost their Father it is possible for memories not to be so clear and things they heard fairly shortly after the event could get muddled. But coaching a child to lie under oath is very serious, so I hope that would not be the case.
 
^Knowing the Jacksons' greed for a big payout, I wouldn't put it past them. These are the same people that kidnapped their mother, lied to the public that she suffered a stroke and bullied three fatherless kids all in the name of $$$$
 
Katherine and Joe Jackson and Michael's siblings are not known for paying their creditor's, their bills. 1999 shows that, as Joe and Katherine Jackson filed bankruptcy for twenty million dollars.

The Estate has been paying down Michael's debt and doing the best at it.

That's the problem, it is too slow for Joe and Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's siblings. They want MONEY now!!!

Bring on the overzealous law suit with AEG Live and Joe and Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's siblings will save the economy on the planet, especially over in Europe, where the unemployment rate has just been reported at 12%.

That is what sickens me cuz if that is what they doing to the kids then they are excatly like janet arvizo and it makes me wanna puke at the thought of that

To be honest with you, I don't even think T-Mez knows the merits of this case. All he is doing is mimicking what he heard from Randy Jackson, in my opinion.

Notice how he is talking about the merits of Mother's case, but says absolutely nothing about the merits of AEG's case.

To be fair, he should discuss both sides of the case, but since he is basically a mouthpiece for Randy Jackson, I guess he is OBLIGATED to say exactly what he's saying.
 
Thats article above makes it appear that Paris my testify at the trial also. but maybe they were just speaking of her deposiston.

So, maybe there was some truth to finding a different Doctor once the Show went to London and Murray was on the outs. Murray doesn't have credentials like this fellow, Dr. David Adams, who is on both Witness List's!
 
I see those articles are now putting the children's names first to draw attention to the case. Now it is more like Prince, Paris & Katherine, when Katherine's name should be first.

I don't think the kids have anything of great magnitude to say to help this case. If they had a bombshell, even though Walgren wanted to spare them grief, he would have placed into evidence what they said they saw and had them give evidence in the judge's chamber or do some appropriate thing. To me, the kids most likely will say something daddy told them, which either side could use to their advantage. I really think the kids angle is mainly for sympathy. They could not have evidence about negligent hiring or what AEG did or did not do.

I think CM didn't want anyone else there, he wanted to keep all the money for himself. We know he was supposed to find a nurse to help him, but he never did.

In November 2011, Murray was convicted of the involuntary manslaughter of Jackson, and was sentenced to four years in county jail.

AEG Live asserts that Murray had been Jackson’s personal doctor before they hired him, and that the employment contract was never actually signed off on.

Good point AliCat.

I always felt that the AEG folks didn't like Murray, especially after he made that FIVE MILLION DOLLAR request. In my opinion, they wanted no part of him.

I remember the look on the face of the guy from AEG, when he was talking about the amount of money Murray wanted. He was like NO WAY! In my opinion, from that day forward, Murray sunk his battleship, per se.

Then when Murray got all up in Ortega's face, in my opinion, they really, REALLY didn't like him. Murray didn't even have the credentials to practice medicine in London. I have no idea how long that takes, but they were certainly dragging their feet when it came to getting that done.

Now I wonder IF any of that was ever discussed in any of those emails. We have heard about so-called "Smoking Gun" email, but what's in all those OTHER emails? I think I read somewhere that there are over 500 pages of emails.

I'm betting that some of those emails talk about: "not wanting Murray to be part of the This Is It team."
 
I don't understand how someone in AEG would tell Sharon Osbourne something like that. I don't see the connection and why tell her of all people. She is friends or worked them before?
 
I don't like what her and her husband Ozzy implied about MJ a few yrs ago during the 03 allegations. But, it's telling that Sharon wants to help now? She must really know something?! Glad she stepped up and not just blabbed on TV just for show. She's been in the Music industry for yrs and not surprised she would have known someone from AEG or anyone else. I doubt she would want something Like that to happen to her husband and maybe that's why she feels compelled to say something!? So we see how this goes?
