Janet orchestrating Jackson 5 reunion?
Janet Jackson has dismissed reports she is shunning a Jackson 5 reunion tour, insisting she's the one urging her siblings to go ahead with the gigs.
The R&B star was alleged to have refused a support slot on the group's planned world tour, which her older brother Jermaine Jackson is trying to organise.
But she claims she'd be delighted to hit the road with her family, if only the rest of the legendary band would agree to the tour.
She tells Larry King, "I would love to (tour with them). I get my brothers on the phone all the time. I'm the biggest fan of the Jacksons, The Jackson 5."
"I have conference calls all the time pushing them to do a huge tour. I tell them if they did, I would love to open for them."
"I have never opened for anyone. My very first tour, I was the headline. It was a nation(wide) tour. I never opened for anyone. It would be an honor."
But when asked which of her siblings is refraining from the comeback tour, she refuses to confirm reports it's Michael, coyly adding: "They would love to, but one of them is on the fence. You have to respect that. He's worked very hard at his solo career. I don't know. Maybe he'll come around. Still kind of working on him."

It is the biggest selling album of all time - and little wonder. Thriller, Michael Jackson's classic album, boasts everything you would want from a pop record.
It was genius from beginning to end - indeed the most complete album ever.
Now, to celebrate its 25th anniversary, Thriller has been given a slight makeover - with new and previously unreleased bonus tracks.
Helping Jackson spruce up PYT is Will.i.am while Kanye West lends a hand for Billie Jean.
For the purists, all the original tracks are included - and they all sound as fresh as they did 25 years ago.

More Jackson house debts revealed
Singer Michael Jackson has repeatedly failed to pay the mortgage of a Los Angeles house used by his family, public documents show.
The news comes after it was revealed that he could lose his Neverland ranch because of arrears of $25m (£12.5m).
Documents filed with the Los Angeles country recorder relate to a property in Encino, California, that has been used by the singer's family for years.
They show the singer has missed payments of $153,910 (£77,589).
The missed payments relate to a $4m (£2m) loan from mortgage lender Indymac Bancorp, based in Pasadena, California.
Documents show Jackson previously faced possible default over missed payments on the property due in April and August of last year.
According to reports, the 49-year-old is seeking a new loan that would save Neverland from being sold at auction next month.
If he does not pay the $25m arrears that he owes on the sprawling California property, it will go to auction on 19 March.

However, despite finishing with bronze medals, both Mystic Motion novice team and the Ice Precise adult team will accompany Ice E-Motion.
Mystic Motion, skating to music from the Trans Siberia Orchestra in the 12-16 age group, is striving to earn its third straight medal at the Canadians since the team’s inception in 2005.
Ice Precise adult, made up of 19-year-olds, skated to a medley of music by Michael Jackson, and will attempt to reclaim its Canadian championship title for a third straight year.

WHISPER WAR" was recorded late last year with Matt Squire (Cute Is What We Aim For, All Time Low) producing and additional production by Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy). The album expertly melds The Cab's avowed love for the soulful pop stylings of Justin Timberlake and Michael Jackson, with a punk and rock 'n' roll sensibility informed by such bands as Blink-182 and The Bled.

What is the first record you bought?
Michael Jackson, Thriller. It was on those big discs, what were they called? I must have been six or seven. It was destroyed a long time ago. I've moved house about 10 times since then!

If you ever get to see Footprint, you will see some familiar things. Gumboot dancing is remarkably similar to modern-day stepping, fraternity-sorority style. There also were about three or four dance moves that seemed to have been the inspiration for Michael Jackson’s Thriller routine.
