Okay, this was very difficult, but here are my (current) top 5:

1: Earth Song (of course)

2: Smooth Criminal

3: Morphine

4: Why You Wanna Trip On Me

5: Beat It

All are subject to change; these are the 5 I've been listening to the most lately. Next week, my top 5 could be completely different :D
 
This changes all the time, but there you go...in no particular order:

4. Whatever Happens
5. History

I could go on forever since choosing only five is impossible. :)
All are subject to change bar For All Time and Whatever Happens.

On some other days, the list would probably contain these: This Is It (duet with Paul Anka), Carousel, Slave to the Rhythm (original version), Money, The Lost Children, Heal the World, Scared of the Moon, Keep the Faith, Dangerous, Earth Song, You Rock My World...

I agree with most of you on here it's so hard to pick 5.
My number 1 would have to be Ben, the reason for this is that it's the first song I remember listening to as a child and that's what got me into his music
