Will there be anymore singles released in the USA from Thriller 25

So far we have just had WBSS released to radio stations in the USA. Does anyone know if any other singles would be released. I was hoping Sony would release PYT or Girl is Mine to radio stations.

I would like to know as well. I really want tgim single or pyt08 to be released.
 
Nothing has been mentioned by Sony yet however its possible there could be :).
 
I doubt they will let the chance to release Beat It go by. Its a power single in my opinion, altho not my fave track, the hit potential is massive. For All Time will probably be a single to close the campaign too.
 
Im not sure how Beat it would do in the USA because MJ is more popular with the r&b and hip hop radio stations and Beat it is more towards pop radio. Many pop stations refuse to play Michael's music in the US,so he has to rely a lot on Urban radio. But if the track is not r&b,i dont think know if they would play it.

PYT and Girl is Mine would be hot on Urban radio stations

Michael would burn up the r&b & urban radio with those two. BURN IT UP! Those joints are just too hot for words. There ain't even nothing on the radio that's out that hot. shucKs I don't even listen to the whack radio. Mike would kill it. I love those songs. Mike and Will did their thAng on those joints.

I really hope we get something.
 
I have heard P.Y.T. 2008 twice on the radio.. once before and once after it's release... (U.S.) on kissfm here in Arizona

ummm? I have heard his music here in the US on pop radio..
 
Im not saying he won't get played by any pop radio stations,but i remember in 2002 we were trying to get MJ played on multiple pop stations in the US and a lot of them refused to play his music when fans requested. The r&b and hip hop stations had Butterflies at the top of there playlist.

What makes you so confident? Not saying it won't happen, but what's going on at pop radio these days is so obvious. Haven't you noticed that pop radio is awfully shitty towards older artists? Madonna is God to the indsutry and even though her song "Hung Up" was heavily requested and topped numerous countdown shows, pop radio still wouldn't play her.

Does anyone know if her song with Justin is being embraced at pop?

I think it was that and her age. It seems like unless you're Fergie, Justin, Rihanna, etc., odds are you're not going to get pop airplay. But we'll see what happens with MJ.
 
they should push for all time since its new and all....only time will tell i suppose
 
they should release more singles.. there is no reason not to.
 
hopefully there will be att least one more single.

That would boost the T25 sales too!
 
^ Ya it is, but IDK if MJ would want it released..

1) He did not think it was up to par adding it to Thriller or Dangerous, so why would he think it's worth releasing as his first (non remix) single since the trial?

2) I just don't think MJ would want to release a new single and not from his new album.. I think he'll hold out.. If any other singles from T25 get released I think they'll just be the remixes..


It's a great song though, I love it.
