myself, Q, and TJ of TabloidJunk.com recently caught up and we filmed a video review of Thriller 25. We waffled on for Aaagges! so it is being split up into a 4 part series, and the first part has been uploaded

Michael definitely has some fresh vocals on WBSS :yes:

The other tracks ... have not noticed that much of a difference, myself **shrug**

Kanye's **cough** re-mix **cough** mmmmm not so hot. Sorry Q :) Maybe it is because I was expecting a re-working of the track, opposed to a "re-mix". Billie Jean 2008 is more of a B-side.

WBSS 2008 ... like it or not, Akon put the most effort into his chosen track. Which is why I feel it is being given the spins that it is. He completely updated the song and it is being served up as such.

There, I agreed and disagreed with both of you equally ... I think ?? LMFGAO

I hope we one day get to film more of these as they are such fun to make. We live on opposite sides of the country though, so we can't catch up often enough!

WBSS has all new MJ vocals; For All Time also contains many brand new vocals; The Girl Is Mine is all from the 80's with the exception of some background vocals.. listen to the track from 2:04 and on. When Mike goes "you know i really care...yaaaa...wooooooo" etc. All those background vocals are new.

No, theyre not.

sorry to hijack your thread Q, but the majority of this info is wrong. WBSS is the only tune with ANY new stuff in it. All the rest is taken from other places. For All Time is just a technologically enhanced version of a leaked demo.. The Girl Is Mine's entire vocal is from the 1981 demo, and has been sped up a few paces.. The adlibs are from the demo too (buy the 3 track maxi-single and you will see)

i agree it should be pushed for too. But maybe theyre holding onto it as the last T25 sngle before the NEW album, coz its the closest thing to NEW music on T25.. might be a good lead up/transitional single...
 
I think that would be a wise move also Damien. Remind everyone what made him the King of Pop, then tap them on the shoulder as they turn away again and say, "hey, He's the King For All Time for a reason, here's the last T25 single, and now here's a new album to blow ya socks off"
