Tragic girls, tragic. It's hard to come to terms with so many 'wrongs' done to one man, so many factors that should've been different.

I feel sure that if he'd had a good woman to love him and 'accept him' - as he says on the tapes - he would still be with us.

i have said that too...it would have had to be early in life, before getting jaded...hell, before thriller to help him get over the racism of them not wanting to show the videos and stuff. everyone, strong or not, needs some good people by their side and a great love always helps. jesus, at least some FRIENDS who aren't there for selfish reasons

it took me FOREVER to figure it out, lmao. hit multi quote on the quotes you want to use, and on the very last quote instead of hitting multiquote, hit quote and then all of them show in the last one chosen

Exactly! I mean this is the part I don't understand. He seemed like such a sweet person, like how could you NOT want to be friends with this guy? It seemed like he had friends but they were friends who were also business associates so it wasn't like a buddy type situation maybe? The brothers were off doing whatever.. he didn't have a GF and that's not for lack of chicks wanting to be all up on him I'm sure... I think the super shy thing just put the kibbosh on all that. UGH! I don't know.. so many factors, things I'm sure we will never know.. :no:

Unfortunately I think a lot of people chose to believe what they were hearing from the media. When they started calling him 'j*cko' and the rumours started, I think sadly people started to believe Michael Jackson 'the freakshow' rather than the person.

No doubt though if he had a woman to love and comfort him and give him a little back rub before bed :)wub:) to help him fall asleep, he'd still be here :cry:

Lemme check on this... thanks BES!

I just think it was difficult for him to make genuine friends with good motives. He did have them though, we just don't necessarily know all the details. He always seemed to sever ties after a few years though and cut people out. Must have been hard to trust people. Getting a girlfriend musta been REALLY hard. again I say *sigh*:(

yeah, that was the thing...he seemed to always sever ties at one point or other...liz taylor is like the only person that he never did.

and god, trusting a gf would be even HARDER than finding friends. you have to trust that she isn't with you for money, won't blab sex details (looking at YOU lmp, gotdamn), won't run off with any secrets you divulge, etc etc. it's a rough life certainly, and at THAT level? whew, goodness i can't imagine. he needed a stable rock earlier, like off the wall times, to be there through the good and bad throughout and later

I noticed that too.. he dropped friends alot. That's probably why there are 50-11 ppl on like Larry King and whatever now talking about they were close personal friends of MJ. I'm sure at some point they were.. then for whatever reason he had he'd move on to someone else.. So interesting.
