Its very hard to get a handle on things and when you really dig you find some pretty crazy stuff. You're right about Klein. He may have said some things he should not have (ok...more than may have) but I do believe he was just being inappropriate. I do think he did a great job on Michaels face and lets face it, Michael was there an awful lot getting work done so he must have thought so too.

The sad thing here is that for me I find that when I uncover things like this I am saddened by how poor his choices were.

I found this 3 part youtubes proving the will is fake. Excellent work accompanied with documented links in the info section.
I don't know if it's 100% accurate. Some of you might be able to tell better than me.

I thought Barrack contacted Anschultz after Tohme, Barrack and Michael had a meeting where it was decided Barrack would buy the note to Neverland who was scheduled for auction for March 2008. AFTER that, he contacted AEG to set up the concerts. So Michael first met AEG Randy Phillips somewhere AFTER Feb/March 08. How did they get the 2002 spider bite photos and gave them to ABC after Michael's death???

SO, if the will is a total fake, does that mean everything goes to his children? Nothing would go to Katherine or the family at all?

But then they would fight to put an executor in charge and have control of the estate?

It was my understanding that Joe Jackson provided the photo's, not AEG

That's why I'm confused. If you watch part 1 you'll see toward the end that when ABC news is showing the photos, just above the ticker, it says COURTESY : AEG Live

Does it mean Joe Jackson gave the photos to AEG? If yes, why?

These photos kept all these years on file by a supposed ally? To be used in case of what?

Why does that look like blackmailing to me?
 
I do not believe those photos were provided by AEG. Someone said this on another community, and it seemed rather odd to me, because I remembered seeing those photos elsewhere and they all said they were the property of ABC, NOT AEG.

The photos where you see "Courtesy AEG Live" are stills/excerpts of another video, taken out of context. You can find longer segments of this video on YouTube. They are hard to find, because most of this footage has been chopped up to only show the photos of MJ's legs (thus, why they are out of context). The footage is very brief, but it is there.

And the reason it says "Courtesy AEG Live" is because the video footage shown immediately prior to those photos of MJ's legs is footage from the Memorial in July. AEG DID provide the coverage of the Memorial, as it was held at the Staples Center. And when you see the longer segments of the video in question, it is a transition from the Memorial footage (provided by AEG) to those photos of MJ's legs. The video excerpt just happens to hold onto the credit to AEG as the transition to those photos of MJ's legs comes into view.

Just as MJ always said...just because you see it in print doesn't mean it's the Gospel.

You can't always believe what you see/read.

i hope its not. i guess if we hear reports of a GJ being set up in the begin of jan we will know and theres that jan 18th date mentioned in the case about keeping the warrant sealed
 
Goddamn i hope murray gets the longest possible sentance they can sqeeze outta a manslaughter charge. I was hoping for murder 2.
 
msnbc are reporting this but prob just taken it from the beast who are pro murray so hopefully its false

I am hoping for first degreee still. And no, it does not seem farfetched one bit to me.

But whatever they choose to do, LAPD better get it perfectly right.
 
I'm all for 1st degree, it's just that from what we know for definate so far i think murder 2 is the strictest we're gonna get. Buuuttttt thats from what WE know, hopefully the LAPD are doing this thing right and hopefully they're looking at it from all all angles. **crosses fingers**

Not just from all angels, but to every smallest detail.

Michael's cell phone records, the new guards hired the night before, even the chef, etc. There are many important details which must not be overlooked.

Absolutely. Every detail. There is a LOT that is suspicious.

I am now having a lot of trouble understanding why anyone would NOT want to know what really happened? There is not enough evidence to prove, yet, that that others were involved with Michael's death. But, there is a lot that is suspicious. There is absolutely NO proof that Murray acted alone. None. It's obvious, for one thing, that he lied. Michael was dead a LOT longer than he'd like us to believe. Why? A simple mistake? The most outrageously stupid mistake imaginable? Or covering tracks? Or someone else killed Michael and left Murray holding the bag? We do NOT know yet. . . .but I think we will. . . . .

1. The Security tapes went missing, as far as we know.

2. There was a recently fired manager who had much to gain (including as partner in Colony Capital, and Neverland as a theme park), and who must have been mad as HELL at being fired after he'd put so much work into his "cash-cow." That is an incredibly strong motive. Plus, Michael had already said he was afraid of him. What are some not understanding here? Dunno.

3. If Michael had not been able to complete the concerts, he was worth much more dead than alive.

4. There is a lot of evidence that his Security was greatly increased in the days before he died, including eye-witness accounts. Michael was not the employer of his own Security. WHY was there an increase?

There is much more. My question now is, "Why would anyone NOT want to know, for certain?" Unfathomable at this point. I, for one, loved Michael like my own family and can do no less than try. . . .

(Kasume, can you post those two photos you found? Photos can tell a lot more than words, often.)
 
I think the biggest problem is weeding out the suspicious stuff that actually has to do with his death, from the suspicious stuff that has nothing to do with his death and everything to do with the douchebags working around him trying to get as much money as they can.
I.e the increase in security may have nothing to do with his death, it may have just been coincidence.AEG may have been trying to screw him over, but not kill him.

So far i think tohme's the shadiest character involved..
