ahhhh just one of my experiments didnt work. Its my own fault, I dropped it upside down :rant: just one of those days, everyone was irritable today, something in the water I guess.

It's ok, I have two other replacement samples so hopefully all is not lost, but I wasted that two hours ya know...like I would have achieved just as much by twiddling my thumbs or practicing my one lab glove moonwalk....:D
