According to the criminal complaint:

A Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR) may have been generated within the meaning of Penal Code 11166 and 11168 involving the charges alleged in this complaint. Dissemination of a SCAR is limited by Penal Code 11167 and 11167.5 and a court order is required for full disclosure of the contents of a SCAR.

There was the story about Murray telling someone 'Go get Prince!' to witness what was happening.

Though, why would he tell someone to get Prince as a witness. The adult he asked surely could have been a witness..?

I thought Kai said it on CNN, I'm not sure though.
 
Michael Jackson's chef, Kai Chase, is speaking out about the day the King of Pop died and the role played by the singer's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray.


Chase said she knew something was amiss when Murray didn't come downstairs to get the juices and granola he routinely brought Michael Jackson each morning.


Kai also said she was also used to seeing the doctor coming down the steps carrying oxygen tanks. But Murray didn't come downstairs on the morning of June 25.


"I thought maybe Mr. Jackson is sleeping late," Chase said.
"I started preparing the lunch and then I looked at my cell phone and it was noon. About 12:05 or 12:10 Dr. Murray runs down and screams, 'Go get Prince!'"


"He's screaming loud. I run to the den where the kids are playing. Prince runs to meet Dr. Murray and from then on, the energy in the house just changed."


"I walked into the hall and I saw the children there. The daughter (Paris Jackson) was crying," Kai Chase continued. "I saw paramedics running up the stairs."


Then, a small group consisting of the three children, their nanny (Grace Rwaramba) and Chase held hands and began to pray in a circle, the chef recalled.


As paramedics raced to the room - with Jackson already dead - Chase said, "We were all praying, 'Help Mr. Jackson be O.K.' "Then everyone was very quiet."


At about 1:30 p.m. she said that security guards told her and other staff to leave the property because "Mr. Jackson was being taken to the hospital."


Jackson was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m.


Authorities raided the home and office of Murray's in Las Vegas Tuesday, following a raid last week at his clinic and storage facility in Houston last week.


Investigators believe Jackson died from a fatal dose of Propofol, an anesthetic allegedly supplied by Dr. Conrad Murray sometime the morning of June 25.

Finally, I have been saying this for the longest time yet no one's paid attention. Those children arent toddlers, they are old enough to have seen something and understand. THEY HAVE TO HAVE SEEN OR KNOW SOMETHING. I'm not saying Blanket but Prince and Paris especially. There's no way children can be that unaware of what's going on around them.

And whats this about Grace the nanny being there, I thought she was terminated at this time???
 
Why could Murray not have Kai go in the room with him. Why on earth Prince?!

in fact it means dismissal. means they knew he was dead by then. even though was pronounced later on.
they dont even try to hide. everything is paid and they got it under their control.
 
After reading the penal codes I really can't think of anything else they could relate to but the "Go get Prince!" scenario. Surely you protect young children from such situations, not thrust them right into the middle of it? This could be classified as 'abuse' technically.
I hope I'm wrong, god... Poor Prince...

I think he might have wanted someone from the Jackson family witnessing him trying to save Michael?
You know - as would every doctor, I mean - when the patient's dying you first and foremost think of yourself, right? *sarcasm*
I agree, it was a disgusting thing to do.
 
The article is off, or Kai told different stories. First, I never heard her say the name of the nanny, it was NOT Grace. Second, Kai said in one story, Murray came down screamed "get Prince", Prince met him at the stairs but no one went up stairs, Prince just went to get security. Now, their in a hallway? Kai even said she wasn't allowed upstairs.

well it's murray. he doesnt really care. he can kill, so why he would try to protect a child.

it's still unclear to me whether Prince came up with Murray or not. and i dont get at all why she didnt run with Prince herself. if there was Grace or any other nanny in the house, she was able to care about the younger children. if she wasnt allowed upstairs it's the perfect occassion to run up there.
 
There is a block of time missing from Kai's story? What happened after Murray called for Prince and Prince met him? Next, she says they were huddled in the hallway praying and paramedics are running upstairs. The paramedics aren't called until 12:21 right? And they get there when? 12:26?
Murray came running down, called for Prince and Prince met him at 12:05 or 12:10? What happened for the next 10 or 15 minutes? Did Prince go up? What happen during that time?
 
we wont know anything for sure until they release this info..
 
I have read that Murray's defense team is planning to use testimonial from Prince and Paris.
I wish they let the poor kids alone. They have gone through hell and they are struggling enough as it is.
Surely they know a lot about what was going on in the house, but to be used to testify in defense of Murray?
I'm sure Katherine won't allow this outrageous plan.
It's beyond my mind.
 
I had a dream, before the first tabloid story was printed, that Michael was lying down prone and he had on something white, maybe covered with a white sheet, his hair was curly like at the end, and he was calling out for Prince, his son, to come help him, to save him. One part he was standing looking out a window with the same white sheet or top and that's all I remember. But what got me was shortly after I had this dream, the reports of Prince seeing all it came out. My dream happened before the first story. I don't know who or what was trying to tell me what in the dream or what it means. And I am not making this up. This really happened in one of my dreams. I don't know what his last thoughts were but now I intend to document all my Michael dreams.
 
maybe these charges are because Murray was administering propofol with children in the house...it is against the law to have children near illegal drugs....IMHO....the judge is probably bringing these charges because the children could at anytime gone into the room and gotten hurt....idk.....I pray it is not because Prince had to witness Michael like that...:(

Exactly, this is why the media is always on about the children. Notice the paparazzi (media spies) always stalking them aswell. When Prince acknoledged his Grandmother and Grandfather with love he did that because they know who really cares about them. They know something fowl happened to their father.


Will they end up like Brandon Lee and JFK jr?
I hope they will never go in to the Hollywood trap that murdered their father and so many others.

From an esoteric point, reality announced itself to your subconscious right before the reports.
It's a very good idea to keep a dream log, it will help you sort things out and match your dreams with the actual events. It also helps understand the inside pattern we follow in order to move on to different life stages.

Children's sight is particularly clear and acute. When we grow up to be adults our sight gets blurred by all sorts of preconceptions and misjudgements.
I have no doubt that these kids have classified the facts they witnessed inside their pure minds in the most accurate and objective way.
 
the search warrants say Prince went upstairs (we don't know if he actually was in that room, but that's likely).

According to the search warrants (so what Murray told the LAPD) Murray first called Michael Amir Williams, and, as no one came, ran downstairs, asked the chef to get Prince, Murray went back upstairs, Kai called Prince, Prince went upstairs, and sent security to the room where Michael was.

The part that Kai omitted is the part when Prince comes downstairs, and everybody then realises what's going on.


Edit : I think that's what the child abuse is about.

That came to me when Paris said "Daddy was supposed to be here. Daddy was supposed to perform this year." Even she believed in her father to perform.

I've made up my mind to do that from now on. I don't know where it came from.

I thought Chef Kai had worked for MICHAEL several months previous to June, then left, and returned a month or 2 before June 25th. Something about the chef that came in after she first left didn't work out, can't remember why though. I know I saw it or read it somewhere, but where, who knows. She was interviewed several times, maybe it was one of her interviews where she said it. Also, I vaguely remember her mentioning that she had met CM prior to her return, or something along those lines.

It's so hard to pinpoint who reported what at this point considering the volumes of reporting that's been done, and who was doing the reporting.
