o answer the question if she went to the police with that..guess what...the answer is NO..at least that's what this woman told me herself when i asked her that.

there u go then. just makes her look like another looney tune which is sad as it helps to discredit her previous book. isnt she also writing a new one. i read that somewhere

elusive yes she is writing a new one...when i asked her where i could verify her info about this she told me she will not reveal her sources...than i asked her if she went to the police with this info and she said NO. I also asked her why not and the answer was that she thinks they already know about it...than i said but you don't know that for sure so i really think you should take it to the police..and only after she would have tried to get that info their and if they wouldn't listen than go public...but she said she wanted the fans to tell this...

Now i don't know how this comes across towards you but to me this doesn't sit well at all...and the worst part of it is that fans are spreading this story without questions asked...

yeah it doesnt sit well with me at all. shes obviously not credible when it comes to this.

Ive asked Geraldine what evidence she has to support this claim and for days I have had no response.

If she follows the pattern, if she responds to you she'll say, "Read my book?"

She had some evidence that the 1993 allegations were an extortion attempt, and she wrote a book with that as the centerpiece. I don't know if she did or did not go to the police back then with what she overheard. I hope so. I think from there she may have met some of the Jackson family? But, she was not at Michael's house. She was not at rehearsals. I doubt she was in some bar and observed Murray with a prostitute. She may be repeating a scenario she heard somewhere, as a possibility?

If she knows this claim about Murray as fact, then she needs to take it to the LAPD immediately.

I wasn't going to post anymore (too close to the end-game, now), but I continue to read. BUT, I must respond to this one. Geraldine Hughes was Evan Chandler's attorney's secretary, and she says she overheard a plot to blackmail Michael. She wrote a book called (short version) MJ Redemption. In that book she detailed a phone conversation she overheard about Evan Chandler's (and his attorney's) plan to blackmail Michael about child molestation (i.e. they were inventing it). I have the book and have read it, and I also corresponded with her, briefly. She does, indeed, say what she heard. The rest of the book is "filler."

Her book/knowledge could have blown the trial wide-open. She went on tv. But instead of giving information that could have helped Michael, she just said, "Buy my book if you want to find out." That did NOT help him. And then she vanished from public view. Well, oops?

As far as I know, Geraldine Hughes has no inside knowledge now, whatsoever.

Next?

Ok..well if Murray had the energy after being up all night with Michael......what can one really say? Then he is on the phone with his girlfriend?

I'm going to have to pass on this story. I don't see how its really possible.

If it does turn out to be true, someone would have seen him coming and going.

She wanted the fans to tell this.....to whom?
Well how about just telling it to others...just spreading the word...i don't think she really cares to who fans would tell this as long as the tale got told...

In 93 Geraldine went to Anthony Pellicano (MJ Private Investigator) for the things she found out in 93 and she was ready to testify but, it didn't go to trial and that's why there's a book instead so at least the public know!

That phone conversation was nothing new. It was a conversation between Evan and Jordan's stepfather (David Schwartz? - I have a bad memory). It was the stepfather that taped it. It briefly hit the headlines back in 1993, but was quickly swept under the carpet, for obvious reasons I guess.

I haven't read Redemption in a while, but as far as I can remember some of the key things were meetings at Barry Rothman's offices she witnessed. Think she was asked to write the letter regarding the 3rd party disclosure of the allegations.

To be fair, I think the GQ article is more revealing.

Wish she wouldn't jump on the bandwagon with Conrad Murray. It's nothing to do with her. And it does make her look not very credible.

Very very strange stories start to appear...
Don't know what to think or believe anymore...! :(

I agree with you.

It would not surprise me if Murray left MJ for longer than his alleged 2 minute pee party, so I don't question that it's likely he's not providing all the facts and that there is much more to his poorly crafted timeline. But I do question how GH would know this, let alone the specifics of where he went and whom he was with. And IF she does have a source or proof of some kind, why the hell wouldn't she go to the police with it? That makes no sense and makes her unbelievably un-credible, IMO. Even if I wasn't an MJ fan, if I had one iota of information that could help the investigation, getting in touch with LAPD is the first thing I would do. They could take it or leave it at that point, but I would indeed give them any and all information I had, and avail myself to them as needed from that point forward.

I personally could not live with myself if I had information that could help bring justice to someone whose life had been taken, and then kept that information to myself. Or worse yet, only made it public via social networking and/or a potential book publication. That, IMO, is morally wrong and unjustifiable by any stretch of the imagination.

Tina I totally agree.
It's so sad that more than one people who claimed they were on Michael's side made money out of him. I know that I couldn't possibly go down that road..making money out of the misery of a person I love dearly!
