One million mj movement - for justice! Whitehouse!! And around the world

Unfortunately I think for whoever goes to the Whitehouse (if anybody is going) then it will not end well.

I think if it is done out of respect and and l.o.v.e, then it will go well.

And Michael certainly isn't against protesting when it really needs to be done for a good cause.

well..."there's nothing that can't be done, if we raise our voice as one".

that's true so let's protest against oxman, his hidden agenda, his lies towards the main subject of his justice sold at 25$ a piece.

Can anyone please say what is the idea?i don't have facebook so i can't read the link posted...thank you so much

I don't use facebook, so I can't see what the link is about, but I hope it's not something like having a protest at the White House for justice for MJ. The White House and the President don't have anything to do with MJ's case.

For the people that cannot see the link

They are aiming for 1 million people to march to the White House as well as having rallies outside US Embassies in the foreign countries for justice for MJ - in other words to increase the charges to murder.

Errrrr........... Guys? I honestly don't think that's a good idea.

Let's wait until the trial, okay... before we jump into protests and marches.

Hmm...wow. That's interesting..

I honestly don't think that will end very well. It's nice that the fans want to protest and rally for justice for Michael, but I don't think going to the White House and the President is the best idea...

With all that Washington and the White House has deal with, the murder of a pop star is not a top priority. In fact it is not a priority at all. This is an ill-advised plan.

We all want justice for Michael but this is not the way to go about getting it.

Yeah, I agree with you Nancii.

whatever our views are on this..it's ironic that MJ is being reduced to 'a pop star'. i realize that there are dignitaries in the world. and some believe that one person is more important than the other...but, anyone who makes the world a better place is of great importance. i don't think music should be considered bottom of the barrel. after all, we can't live without it.

people diminish the role of 'a pop star', yet they are more obsessed with them, than any other roleplayers in the world.

let's face it, a lot of us felt more impacted in our lives by MJ, than by a president of the United States. now, suddenly it's convenient to consider him as less impacting?

who has already received the Nobel Peace Prize for doing 'nothing' :cheeky:
Michael had deserved the Prize more than him!

For the topic, I think it's not that good idea.

*rofl*
If, I would walk .. on the top of the demo

Because of Brack Obama, people in the USA are now gauranteed to get health care. Where before there would be millions of people who can't get medical care. I undestand Obama got the Peace Prize before his bill passed, but to say he is doing nothing is an insult. I understand that MJ is a big part of some people's lives here, but Obama's new heath care reform is going to effect Americans a lot more than MJ could have done directly. Of course there are the share of people that MJ helped. I'm not denying that. But to say he has more effect than the President is just not true.

Hi Eric,

*sorry* if I had offended you!

When you look to the word nothing, you can clearly see, that I put it in '.. ' and put a smiley even behind it.
The meaning for that: it was a little bit ironic, because a Nobel Peace Prize deserves imo someone who had done something and never in advance!
btw. the entire world was shocked!

Quote: "but Obama's new heath care reform is going to effect Americans a lot more than MJ could have done directly"

- The U.S. hearlth care reform (which is imo a absolutely good achievement) has nothing to do with the Honor for a Nobel Peace Prize, which was the object in my earlier posting.
It is only a national issue.
- Obama effected more than MJ? It's your believe; my believe is quite the opposite: 1-2 years vs 45 years, millions vs billions.
Let's just agree not go more into politics or personal believes. :)

It's not about the murder of a pop star.
It's about:
a)the murder of a tortured man and great humanitarian.
b)the distorted way in which law enforcement works
c)the huge interests that lie behind this murder
d)the fact that this is yet another ring in the chain of shady murders in the history of mankind

Are these reasons serious enough?
I think the degree of the global impact determines wether something is worth reaching the White House or not.
