I like them. Especially the last one. And the one with Michael winning over Evil.
But especially the last one, because it gives some sense of consolation...

that last one is depicting Michael being picked up by his Lord. not Michael being Lord.

...funny...i almost mistook the name David LaChapelle for David Chapelle, the comedian..

I have two very large books of LaChapelle's work (photography nut here...) and this is right in line with all of his work. I think all three are fantastic. I'm so pleased he did these in a positive light and not a negative like some might do.

yes,there's also the one in the LaC hotel with kate Moss.I miss his over the top style.

Sorry, blonde moment there! Haven't looked at my Opus in ages, just checked, they weren't in there lol! Now I feel silly!

Wow, I love them all. I think they're gorgeous. My favorite is the one with Jesus, very comforting. I also like the one with Michael defeating the devil (evil). Very nice.

yes it's from "Hotel LaChapelle" one of Lachapelle's books,I took a pic but I was in a hurry!

These are beauiful. esp the one where he's defeating the devil and the one where Jesus is taking him home . He looks so beautiful and it is so nice to see such a positive portrayal of Michael. Love them! Are they oils?

I think they all are just breathtaking. Like most I find the one where Jesus is carrying Michael most comforting. Just not sure what the one with the woman following him is depicting...Billie Jean? ;)

yea David Lachapelle is a genius..he really sees the world differently than an average joe..so im not too shocked at his way of depicting michael. i think this is why celebrities flock to Lachapelle..he shows them in a different or unique light.
