If murder 2 charges are filed, that means ALL the evidence will have to be brought out to try and prove murder 2, and possibly even MORE investigation.

But with IM, ALL the evidence does not have to be presented since it will likely be easy to prove Murray on IM.

But you see with murder 2, then we get EVERYTHING pulled out, and possibly even more. And that is exactly what is NEEDED to get to the truth!

And after hearing that lapd have more than enough evidence more murder 2, im thinking murray's team are scared out of their wits for murder 2 charges, since the great evidence that will be pulled out for that charge may indeed hint to murder 1.

hope i made sense. tried to break it down as much as i could.

No, you may not use that clip in your signature. Conspiracy related stuff needs to stay in this section only. It cannot be spread out into other sections. It is not fair on other members who do not want to be confronted with it.

Good question. I really do not believe in search warrant. They found thousands of things in the house of Michael, but the cellular..... (???) :smilerolleyes: :sigh:

And Michael also had a blackberry? The computer, La Toya took away, right?

Still, if he needed propofol so badly, why didn't he call back up Niel Ratner...or he could've found him another anesthesiologist, someway, somehow. None of it just makes sense. Michael was so much of an "addict" or "needed it so much" that he would have someone with no proper training in propofol to administer him the stuff.

Even in death, they're still trying to make him seem like some idiot who can't even think for himself.

Till this day, I just can't believe he ASKED Murray to give him propofol. And I never did. I'm going to need hard, solid evidence to believe that.

One last thing, I'd like to know where murray got the money for that propofol.
 
They are trying very hard to make Michael look like a desperate druggie who had nothing else on his mind but how to get himself some druggs. That is just outrageous. It would be funny if it wasn"t so tragic.

I was watching a video from way back of march 2009. and this lady said that people try to dig in Michael's trash all the time. and when they do, security will stop them.

I wonder if anyone found anything in there that may help with the investigation.

All we know that was found in there so far is a tube of lipstick.

Also, she said that people from all over the world wait outside his house for hours and hours. It would be interesting to know the hours they stayed and when they ever saw murray's silver car.

About a day or two after the 25th, my uncle called Marlon and asked what happend. Marlon said that the night before, Michael called him and told him that something was wrong with his chest and that he thinks he needs to go to the hospital, BUT, the doctor wouldn't take him to the hospital because the doctor said, "No, you're fine." Next morning, he was gone.

I found an interview of Marlon that seemed to be taken on the 25th and he's saying the same thing he told my uncle. And here's what confuses me.

ROLAND S. MARTIN: Marlon, how did you find out about Michael’s death?

MARLON JACKSON: I Talked to Frank Dileo, Michael’s manager. Frank told me that Michael last night was complaining about not feeling well. He called to tell him he wasn’t feeling well. Michael’s doctor went over to see him, and Frank said, ‘Marlon, from last night to this morning, I don’t know what happened.’ When they got to him this morning, he wasn’t breathing. They rushed him to the hospital and couldn’t bring him around. That’s what happened. They don’t know what happened.

MARTIN: And you said a doctor saw him last night, but he didn’t see a need to take him to the hospital?

JACKSON: He didn’t take him to the hospital. This morning he wasn’t breathing and they rushed him to the hospital. He was going to be 51 in August. Gone too soon.


That night, how can Michael complain about his sleep?? And ask for propofol to sleep when his chest was hurting and was asking the doctor to be taken to the hospital instead????

can someone make some sense out of that?

I remember hearing that also. It doesn"t make sense considering what we heard after through the year.
If he did not feel well and he said it...why wasn"t he taken to the hospital ???????

There is no way Michael would ask for propofol if he was feeling bad.He is not ignorant.

Murray's life is in direct danger. If he starts talking it will simply speed things up.
Some "car accident" or "suicide" I guess.

There are no news at all. I know it"s a investigation, but please. When Michael was on trial, there were "news" all the time. He almost ended up in jail for something THEY were trying to proove for 17 years !!!!!!!
Murray has changed his story so many times, some say out in the open that MJ is killed, and nothing. Nothing.
 
Marlon is one of the brothers that aren't speaking.

We know Tito, Jermaine, and Randy are.

Joseph said two of the brothers are being paid to keep quiet...don't know how much he's right about that.

Maybe Marlon will speak during trial, he has to. I hope Marlon is not being threatened or anything.

June 26th? On google, it says June 25th...But when the page loads, it does say the 26th at the top, so that's probably right I guess.

I stumbled on the most disgusting videos about Michael.....it was on David Icke forum.
One person posted a dozen videos about Michael being a devil-worshiper. I tried to watch one...and it was unbelivable. One black man is standing in front of ppl ( quite a number ) and talking.
So much hate....I can"t tell you how awful that was. I never thought something like that was actually happening somewhere in the world...!!!!!
People were listening and that ass**** was just talking and ...
I don"t know when it was filmed or where...I couldn"t watch.
I don"t think it should be posted here...but, does any of you know about unbelivable and crazy sh** like taht ?? Have you ever saw it ???

But they could have observed something outside the house.

And if Murray's car was parked outside the house that night, then someone could tell us if it was parked out other nights and how many. Unless, Murray came in secretly at times...
