I do not understand that part.... It is confusing to me. :scratch:
If murder 2 charges are filed, that means ALL the evidence will have to be brought out to try and prove murder 2, and possibly even MORE investigation.
But with IM, ALL the evidence does not have to be presented since it will likely be easy to prove Murray on IM.
But you see with murder 2, then we get EVERYTHING pulled out, and possibly even more. And that is exactly what is NEEDED to get to the truth!
And after hearing that lapd have more than enough evidence more murder 2, im thinking murray's team are scared out of their wits for murder 2 charges, since the great evidence that will be pulled out for that charge may indeed hint to murder 1.
