I remember Mj saying she was trying to posion his food, so he stopped eating it. She so desperatly wanted MJ to marry her. I would surprise me if she did leak the infomation.

grace has been gone for ages according to reports. alberto told her what happened re the stun gun and she informed social services. (she was already gone by this point) and thats why alberto was sacked cause he cares about the kids and randy etc dont want anyone around those kids who was there when mj was here. they want full control

TMZ has learned ... Katherine Jackson is downsizing the number of grandchildren in her San Fernando Valley mansion -- and the stun gun incident was the catalyst.
Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... Katherine has told Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza -- who is currently living at the estate, along with two of her kids by Randy Jackson and two others by Jermaine Jackson -- that she must take the kids and move out of the estate next week, because supervising seven children is just too much for the 79-year-old grandmother.
But don't think Katherine is heartless. It's the opposite. She's moving Alejandra, along with Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy Jr. to a San Fernando Valley condo owned by the estate.
We're told the move was prompted by the stun gun incident last month. TMZ broke the story that 13-year-old Jaafar bought a stun gun online and fired it in the house. Sources say Jaafar pointed the gun at two of Michael's kids, but the family denies that.
The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services came to the estate, took the gun and interviewed people in the home, and it became apparent seven kids were too much for Katherine to handle.
So as of next week, Prince, Paris and Blanket will have the run of the mansion, unobstructed.

Who is Diana? Someone mentioned either Debbie or Diana would get the children if they were removed from their home and loving grandmother. What a mistake that would be. As far as Grace... I don't know much about her. I had a good impression of her before but it's just an impression from afar. If the reason they were keeping her around was because of her threatening a book, I'd say keep her far away. You don't need someone like that around the kids. Who cares about her book. There are so many books out there and everyone thinks they'll be able to sell them if they mention Michael. The kids are a testament to their father and they've already spoken well of him for the public to see. That should hold much more weight than anything anyone else could say about him. From what I can see, it's best to keep people like that far away from the ones you are protecting (children).

Diana would be Diana Ross. As far as Grace is concerned she's been around apparently since the early 90's Dangerous Tour period. Chopra claims he sent her to MJ to "take care" of him. lol From what I gather she was canned by Michael or whoever before his death then brought back after, then fired again. I can't say I envy his children, with those coming in and out of their lives with the varying agendas, it's going to be difficult for them to gauge whether someone is friend or foe, just as it was for their father.

yes....It's difficult for me, I can't imagine how it will be (and is) for them. Well they know their grandma loves them and that's where they are, so that's good. One can assume now:
1.) the "real" source was fired
2.) those, who feared her "influence" on the kids, have won
IMO there was a war between the two parties a long time before this stun gun action .. maybe already before June .. I never had a good feeling when it came to Grace.

And her first interview to the tabloids after June (stomach)? She had denied.

I had thought she was fired a while ago. She should never have been back after the Daphne Barak interview, not to mention the fight with Rebbie if that was not a rumor. Katherine is way too soft & easy to manipulate, I am afraid.
Hopefully this time she is truly gone for food. I don't care what she says or how much garbage she sells to the tabs - she needs to be gone.

Fans have been reporting since the Stun Gun incident that Grace was fired for running to DFCS and TMZ. Randy even let us know it was her. She has not been seen with the kids going to karate since then.

I find it stranger that TMZ has not talked about the demission of Grace. Maybe they still talk about it.

question: for years reporters/writers have used the excuse of not ever naming their many and various sources due to supposed iron clad "confidentiality agreements" MJ would make employees sign, if it is true can Grace or any other employee write tell-all books?
Reporters are protected by shield laws from states - so they don't have to name their sources when testifying in court(varies from state to state). There is no federal shield law so they can be jailed in a federal case, but I believe it is being considered:

A "shield law" is legislation designed to provide a news reporter with the right to refuse to testify as to information and/or sources of information obtained during the news gathering and dissemination process.
In MJ's case regarding confidentiality agreements, the bodyguards are writing a book -can't be all that ironclad - & can't keep them from testifying in a matter before a court. Maybe it expires in death?
A reporter wouldn't want to reveal a source who wanted to be anonymous irregardless of the law, because they wouldn't get other sources to trust them.
Diane Dimond is the one reporter I remember for her 'unnamed sources' - she wouldn't reveal them because they are either so sleazy, or most of her sources - Hard Copy paid them & they lost in court.
