Jermaine Jackson on Larry King June 25,2010

oh my am I reading this thread right.. Jermaine will interview from the grave site?

that is lowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

the more I see things the family do since Michael's death the more happy I am that they are not in control of his estate....what chaos if that was the case...oh my...

but as for Jermaine... I still feel the same about him as I did when Michael was alive...

the 5 Jacksons that has highly disappointed me are
Joe
Janet
Rebbi
Randy
Tito

all in that order...

also there comes a time in a wife's life that she has to choose between her kids and her husband... Katherine its becoming D-day and I hope you make the right choice..

KATHERINE always chooses JOE.!!!

they are his foundation...he loved them..and in each their own way...they love him but somethings they are doing...in respect to Michael is not right...

seeing the kind of person he was...he would not treat some of them the way they are treating him....namely Janet...

If Janet had passed before Michael.... I really could not see Michael inviting a camera into his home to tear his sister down...to help his cd sales...I just can't see it...

I cant see Michael doing to them...what some family members are doing to him and that's what infuriates me..

case in point...when Michael did the Oprah interview.. Oprah mentioned about LaToya having a book out that didn't have nice things to say about Michael.... Michael...simply said to Oprah... Latoya is my sister and I love her...end of story...
I agree that michael would handle things differently, he probably wouldn't even have done an interview who knows but it's not fair to say janet invited a camera into her house to tear her brother down. What does she have to gain by tearing her dead brother down? I saw pain in her eyes, i don't think she would lie about her brother like that. Janet is a star herself so she can't pretend like nothing happened, she is Michael Jackson's sister and people are going to want to know how she feels about his passing, by the time she did her interview it had been almost 5 months since michael passed so it was right for her to do a big interview and just talk about it. And it was a good time for her to talk about her future as well and her cd, this is a business and she's still working.

why not take the kdis place and how they'd feel about people they don't know feeling they know what's best more than their grandamother, how would they feel if people are constantly getting at their aunts and uncles because they don't agree with their opinion. How would they feel about fans drawing conclusions from speculations? Maybe one or all of michael's kdis will watch maybe not, jaafar was there with jermaine and they are close with him so i'm sure they know what's going on.

it's just common sense...you don't invite cameras where a father's dead body has been laid to rest...this is not about the jackson family (who as a whole are their biggest enemy, even between themselves)it's about the need to shot a tv special at a cemetery...this is not speculation....Jermaine was there in person with his kid with cameras, make up artists for the interview adjusting his face, photographers to talk about.....nothing as usual....with Larry king.
I judge actions not opinions.....or can't I?
being close doesn't mean holding the truth or being right or honest or having the best interest at heart, and I really hope the kids one day will read every single thread where ppl who might not know as much as their family about what's going on, but you can be sure have M's best interest at heart....here we don't profit from him,we don't have secret agendas,we don't need larry kings,we don't sell books nor belts nor stories to tabloids, nor talk shit about the man,we love him and don't want anything back if not his art...sometimes you find more comfort in total strangers words then in your own house hold....MJ knew something about it!

Odd place for an interview Jermaine.....not cool!

They won't have to read message boards to get to know how some of those relatives functions. They will learn and they will understand why their father kept himself and them away.

YIKES, I'm very disappointed in Jermaine.

When I saw the thread title, I figured that Jermaine would be in the STUDIO with Larry King.

Come on now, being interviewed in front of Holly Terrace is just plain TACKY, in my opinion.

I just don't understand how certain members of the Jackson family CONTINUE to shoot themselves in the foot!

It's actions like these that prevent "some" family members the ability to be taken seriously.

Larry King marks the one year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death with bizarre graveside family i

O let him rest in peace.Nothing and i mean NOTHING is gained from doing the interview there..Just let him be at peace in a place of solitude and quiet...He deserves that much at least..Ever since Conrad Murray was pictured there it seems like a stop off place to be noticed...It is a burial site ffs

He may be gone but he's certainly not forgotten.

Friday marks the one year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death and his family, as well as his legions of fans, are gearing up to remember the King of Pop and mourn his untimely passing

CNN stalwart Larry King is getting in on the act - filming an hour-long special from Jackson's resting place, Forest Lawn cemetery in Glendale, California.

Brotherly love: Jackson and two of his sons, Jermajesty and Jaafar, arrive at his brother Michael's graveside

King's special will include an interview with Jackson's brother Jermaine as well as highlighting the musical acheivements and milestones of Jackson's career.

Jermaine was pictured arriving at Forest Lawn yesterday, flanked by two of his children, Jaafar and Jermajesty.
Michael Jackson

Gone but not forgotten: Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009, aged 50

The CNN crew were seen setting up outside Holly Terrace which houses Jackson's burial spot.

In an unprecidented move Holly Terrace will be open to the public on Friday so fans can pay their respects to their idol.

Jackson's sudden death, caused by a lethal combination of powerful sedative drugs, shocked the world last year.

The singer's personal physician, Dr Conrad Murray, is currently facing an involuntary manslaughter charge relating to his former patient's death.

Murray has confessed to administering Propofol to the star but denies causing his death.

A preliminary hearing is set for August 23 - and in the meantime, Murray remains free on bail and continues to practise medicine in his home state of Texas.

The Jackson family have been playing a blame game with regard to the singer's death.

Patriarch Joe Jackson even went so far as to blame his wife, Katherine, for the death of her son.

'In Michael's final months alive, I said to her many times I couldn't get through to him,' Joe said in an interview.

'I had begged her to go over and stay with him, but she insisted he needed his privacy and gave him the slack she thought he needed.'

Media mayhem: CNN trucks descend on the memorial park to film a Larry King Live special tribute to Michael Jackson

Katherine shot back at the accusations with a blistering statement from her lawyer: 'Joe Jackson's statements and conduct towards Mrs Jackson are outrageous.

'The world knows Mrs Jackson has always been a loving and caring mother and grandmother, and she had a very special relationship with Michael.

'The world also knows who Joe Jackson is and he seems bent on never letting us forget.'

Katherine has custody of her late son's three children, daughter Paris, 12, and sons, Prince Michael, 13 and Blanket, 8.

Re: Larry King marks the one year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death with bizarre graveside fami

Let me start by saying that I will not click on that link and in my opinion, it's ALWAYS better to just post the article (along with the link) so folks don't have to continue to clicking and driving up traffic.

That being said, this is just another example of why "some" members of the Jackson family continue to garner heat from the fans.

Come on now, Jermaine giving an interview in front of Forest Lawn is not only in bad taste, it's just plain tacky! What the heck was he thinking? He could have "maybe" gone back to Neverland or just conducted this interview in Larry King's studio.

Add the video if its available...

I think they said they chose this cemetary because of the tight security, not to keep fans away, the jacksons embrace fans they know fans are a big part of celebrity. It's not like jermaine is going to give an interview inside the mausoleum sitting next to michael's tomb. I personally wouldn't give an interview at a cemetary even one as fancy as FL but it's not my interview.

How do you know? That's how I envision it will happen. But I won't be watching. They were upset with Karen for putting pictures up of the burial site so why invite the media to invite more curiosity.

You really think they'll go inside to michael's spot? i don't think so, well i hope not.

Do they really were so upset and worried? I do not know....

You really think they'll go inside to michael's spot? i don't think so, well i hope not.
Well, here in Brazil, two TV stations went inside the mausoleum, a reporter and cameraman with a little camera. And the entire interior of the mausoleum was filmed. So...... I do not doubt that they enter the mausoleum and be filmed.

That could be way Jermaine had a bag of clothes, maybe a suit and tie that he would change into for the airing of the LKL show. Tacky, tacky:(:(

One TV was outside. Filmed through the window glass elsewhere in the mausoleum. No Michael Jackson. A bunch of losers.

Another TV entered but not filmed the place where MJ is. Only some parts of the mausoleum.

I'm so sorry, but Jermaine using his brother's final resting place as a PROP for an interview is just so horrible, in my opinion. I just feel so badly about this LATEST development.

Since they are Michael's family, you WANT to get behind them, to support them, but then you get slapped in the face with this "atrocity" and you just can't be supportive!

Michael, Dear Sweet Michael, I Continue To Weep For You.

Anyway, they (press) entered and filmed. Then not seem there control rigorous. Anyone can enter.

The press just filmed the place that you can see from outside the Mausoleum. Anyone can do this. Even the fans. Part of the door is made of glass. No big deal.

But I agree that security could be better.

I can not believe.....

Well that explains the bag of clothes he had in his hand in the very firest pic with his son Jaafar. He dressed casual before the shoot, then changed into a suit for the interview at FL:no: tradgity..... ugh:scratch:

Sunday (June 20), reporter of "Fantástico" entered in the mausoleum with the cameraman (It was very clear that the reporter was being filmed by another person inside the mausoleum). (I do not know you watched)

And yes, the security could be much better.

Yes..... Sad.... :( Let's see how it goes this interview.

And one would say the fans are disrespecting this place.
Jermaine, wearing white socks, in front of the place, where Michael supposed to find rest and peace. I find no words. So damn disrespectable. It really hurts.
Besides my feelings to Michael - there are also other people laid there to rest in peace, cemetery and tv studio do not match for me.

Has an interview been done at a cemetary before? I am surprised that is allowed. People have a hard time going to one and visiting loved ones and i can't imagine doing an interview there. Michael is right in there. I wish people would treat Michael like a human being and not for show.
