Hello,

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but my good friend "Earthly Me" AKA Romi! Posted this on her Face Book Page..

This is Oprah's line up for the week:

Mon 10/18:
Exclusive: The 16-Year-Old Boy Who Killed His Molester

Tue 10/19:
Susan Boyle, Jackie Evancho, Debby Boone - The Next Big Thing

Wed 10/20:
First TV Interview - Tyler Perry Speaks Out About Being Molested

Thu 10/21:
Lisa Marie Presley Speaks Out About the Death of Michael Jackson

Fri 10/22:
TBA Oct 22

Does anyone else see what's wrong with this? How messed up can a person be? All those shows about Molestation on the same week she talks to LMP about MJ?

Mods, Sorry! Move or delete if in the wrong place..but Oprah is being straight jacked up and we need to say something about it!

*Even though I see something wrong this..others might not. Sorry if I have offended anyone. Not trying to start anything. Just a common sense/Respect thing. This can be deleted cause I ain't trying to ruffle nobodies feathers. It ain't that serious; just an opinion and we all have them*

There's nothing wrong about it. Do not start any protests. It'd be just stupid..

Re: Can we protest Oprah's upcoming shows? (Her show topic line-up's; leading up to the LMP Intervie

And you don't know who will be there on Friday..

yeah but just even the two shows leading up to that..is just not right. It's a common sense/respect thing. You don't do that but hey everyone entitled to their own opinions.

Re: Can we protest Oprah's upcoming shows? (Her show topic line-up's; leading up to the LMP Intervie

On Friday there could be someone else who was close to Michael..

The juxtaposition of shows is INCREDIBLY disrespectful! Of all the possible topics, and then. . . . this? I am SO sorry for Michael's precious children! They may not understand it yet, but when they get old enough, this type of thing will cause them a lot of pain. So, so sorry. . .

I agree and I am also concerned about this. This is happening right after we won the right to display his name again in the school. Oprah is implying that there is a connection between the issue of P---- and Micheal and I do not like it. However, I do not know what to do about it.

Re: Can we protest Oprah's upcoming shows? (Her show topic line-up's; leading up to the LMP Intervie

I don't think there should be a protest, but a uninamous BOYCOTT of Oprah shows is much better. We all know that Oprah is counting on the MJ factor to get in those ratings. I saw boycott the shows, watch it later on youtube, if you must.

By the way, it may be a "coincidence" that she' doing a whole special on molestation that week - just like the "coincidence" of Oprah's special on pedophiles during the jury deliberation. The whole world was focusing on the trial in 2005 and she pulled this stunt on purpose. It's obvious what the country was thinking and she knew. We know how this chick operates. I find it odd that she would have such a strange line-up. Very strange.

Yes. Do Not Watch The Show. However, I know many will, but try to look at it on the internet so she does not get the RATINGS.

I agree! did not mean to say Protest but it was the first word that came to my mind in the midst of my soul being disturbed by this information. My husband said the same thing. We should Boycott! well I did not plan to watch anyways! lol! I think the last time I watched Oprah was when I was 11. That was when MJ was on there!

We can boycott, but IF the shows turns out bad - meaning, IF Oprah pulls out the nasty questions (drug addict, guilty of molestation, etc.), then we should definitely send letters and emails to the show saying we won't see the show in which Katherine will be featured. Again, that's only IF she tries to pull something tricky on the show (I'm positive she will).

Yeah, I see what she's trying to do there. Still, nothing you can say will change anything. It'll only give Oprah more attention and I am sure she'll relish in knowing that she's made Michael fans feel uncomfortable. That woman has no heart anyway, do you really think she gives a flying f--k that her little lineup doesn't agree with us? Of course not.

In any case, MJ fans aren't her target audience. Menopausal white women with s--t for brains tend to be the target audience for the Oprah Winfrey show. If you don't fit the above criteria, she doesn't give a damn about what you have to say.

Ha, Ha, EARTHLYME don't laugh too hard; the years are creeping up and I will eventually be part of that group, but seriously I have not watched Oprah since the early 1980's. One day I came from school, looked at a show and became so sick of the topic that I said to myself "this is it, no more Oprah." I do not think I am missing anything. I hear about her nonsense from the forum and people I encounter.

DO NO WATCH THE SHOW. Look at it on the internet if you are curious.

I think she's doing it again.

Why is so necessary to put an MJ related show next to all those ped-- cases? What's her need to do that? Is she doing it to clean his name once for all? or to keep bashing him like she did before?

I think she's doing it again, I pray to God I'm wrong.

This is a bitter sweet moment for many fans what can we do? It is what it is Oprah already did the interview i'm really speechless about the hole thing at this point witch granny luck with her ratings...

P.S if only i was able to flash back to June 25, 2009 and the news said MJ is alive and well i give anything for this moment and anything to hear his voice again walks out the thread in tears even thro i'm a little high y'all sorry

i agree with you. and it gives a glimpse into why Tyler Perry was so cold, concerning Michael's death. Oprah has a spirit of rebellion in her. i'm sure she knows how many MJ fans feel, and it just spurs her on, even more.

I agree with all you had to say except the statement I put in bold lettering. Oprah doesn't have a spirit of rebellion. True rebels are intelligent and revolutionaries, qualities which Oprah quite evidently lacks. In fact, she doesn't even have a spirit. She's just made of pure, unadulterated bulls**t.

No you won't, unless you have s**t for brains... Remember, that was also the criteria for the Oprah Winfrey show's target audience. Intelligent older women like you don't count in their eyes.

Knowing that is her show line up for this week. I am definitely not going to be watching her show at all this week. I think it is really disgusting to be putting those shows and her show about MJ in one week. I can't stand her and I am so glad this is her final year of her show.

That's kind of rude, isn't it? Insulting everyone who watches or has watched Oprah and saying only dumb people watch her show? Oprah's target audience is women. Period. Her show has been on the air for 25 years and she has done shows on hundreds and hundreds of topics besides Michael Jackson.

And the other poster mentions only "white menopausal women" watch Oprah. That is ridiculous. The popularity of Oprah is due to the fact that she is admired and loved by all kinds of people...black, white, young, old. Her shows have been very informative and entertaining throughout the years. She's not perfect and she very much needs enlightening when it comes to Michael Jackson but why bash her and the people who watch her?

I understand why everyone feels as they do but do you have to insult entire groups of people in the process?

Both of those posts were by me, thanks. I was bashing her stupid show, mostly. I think it was obvious I wasn't speaking seriously. Besides, the only people I managed to insult were Oprah and her die-hards, aka her target audience. I don't regret it either. Oprah doesn't care about associating Michael with pedophilia, and the people who support that bimbo and her stupid show are just as bad in my eyes. 25 years of bull. I'm surprised it got that far. America needs to watch things that actually enrich society and culture, not stupid talk shows hosted by closed-minded idiots.

I get that you were not bashing but it's true! That's who her target audience is. Sure she might have fans of all races and Gender but her target is brain washed America, Upper Class, right winged folks I will say. They are the ones that keep her going. I understand everyone has to cross over (just as MJ) to stay in the leads but when you disrespect people & loose value's or leave the folks behind that put you in such a high position than it's a problem.

The thing I loved about Michael is that he loved everyone, never changed who he was once he got beyond the top, even after the allegations Michael still showed his loved for kids. He never changed. The world saw outside change but they failed to see inside MJ's heart. His heart was always the same. Sweet, Humble, kind, loving, Generous, and caring. Not saying he was an angel cause we are all human but he was very close..more close than alot of folks will ever be. (sorry I got a little bit off topic but I had to share that).

Just taking stuff a little bit more to heart now cause he is no longer here to defend himself and I'm tired of people stepping all over him. I don't care if he is physically here or not. Like he said "Respects not given it's earned". Oprah did not respect him and if LMP really loved him..she should not be on that show either unless she giving Oprah a piece of her mind. As far as his family goes..I don't know yet. I have to see what is said and why they chose to speak with her. I hope they tried to clear his name; if not than I pray to God MJ3 set folks straight when they get older.

We can only do but so much; cause in the media's eye's we are the Crazy MJ fans! :( but I'm hoping we can. Michael does not deserve being disrespected after he has moved on from this earth. He still got kids here and they don't need to hear such false things about their daddy from people who did not know him or to be put in a bad light.

Regardless of what Oprah says or does, do you think she could really change the minds of people who think Michael is "guilty" - they are stubborn mules.

Eventually these haters will die off, and the future generations will discover the genius of Michael Jackson - they won't give a tink about some ancient false allegations 40 years before!

Take Charlie Chaplin for example. Chaplin faced all kinds of controversies and scandals in his life, but is this remembered today?

The straight answer is "no", Charlie Chaplin is remembered as a comedic genius...

History will be far kinder to Michael than his contemporaries were... and his phanlitrophy his artistic genius will be his gift to humanity which will grow in strength in the coming decades...

I think we can relax, Michael's legacy will continue to thrive.... What Oprah thinks or does will not even be a ripple in a pond in the eyes of time...

Closed minded is bashing and minimizing a TV show (and its viewing audience and Americans by the way) which you probably have never seen (except for the MJ and MJ related interviews) which has had a very successful 25 year run because of one issue you disagree with the host about. I don't like what Oprah has done regarding MJ myself but am I going to dismiss her entire show just for this one issue? No. There's a reason her show lasted 25 years. It was informative, entertaining and different from the typical daytime TV talk shows that were on when hers began.

Once again, I understand why the fans are unhappy with Oprah's misrepresentation of Michael through the years but the hostility around here is out of hand. Instead of spewing hateful insults fans should write to Oprah (see the other thread with a link for that) and tell her how they feel and why they disagree with her in a reasonable, intelligent manner. That would be more constructive. Just my opinion.

Oprah even mentioning the name Michael Jackson is the same week when she airs two shows on molestion is clearly her agenda and is despicable. Up to now I couldn't stand her but now I truly hate her. She's so transparent and people who can't see how shallow and evil she is, are very naive.
