I really like it. This has to be an old one...sounds like his Thriller voice, maybe even a bit before?
 
The song was registered in 1981, but do you think Michael re-recorded it at a later time? Because his voice sounds more mature than in 1981.
 
it reminds me of "scared of the moon" a bit. just the style of sound. i cant stop listening to it. i really would LOVE to see michael recording this song in the studio. must be so great to see the master at work.

The music is soo simple, yet so complex.

Gutiar, strings, harmonica and piano.

So great. So sweet. So stunning.
 
WOW! Every word MJ sings happened to me 6 months ago... How 'bout that? He is still writing the music to my life! Thanks for this gift, this song is very honest and yes, I also learned my lesson much too soon.

Absolutely.
I am listening to this on repeat and repeat and repeat.
Everytime there's something new.
It's such an amazing track. So real, so sweet, to painful and so Michael. This is the kind of jewels and luxuries he had us used to receive every now and then. I have been here all these hours imagining his singing this song on stage and us watching, listening, singing along, feeling and living the experience. I would have been such a wonderful thing to live.

Awwww.... thanks so much for all your endless talent and music, dear Michael. I miss you so much :depressed:

im listening to MJtunes and they started playin a song i never heard, I say what's this go and see ''Much Too Soon-Michael Jackson'' I go NOOOOOOOO and closed it. I dont wanna hear it!!!!
 
I listened to the snippet last week and have avoided listening to the full song thus far. :)
 
I can't help it... I always have to listen to all songs leaking. Argh. Frustrating!! ;)

This was the song with Tommy Emmanuel on guitar right? I recognize his playing!

Powerful song, too bad it's not recent.. but it doesn't matter really. Could be a little later than '81?

Mix 1 of Much Too Soon was recorded in May 1994 in The Hit Factory recording studio, and the mastering made in December 1994.
The track remains unreleased but is a part of the upcoming album, scheduled for December 14, 2010.
Full track leaked for the first time on November 17, 2010

Do you guy's think 'Much too soon' has a chance of being released as a single? I think Sony will release "another day" and "monster" because they have llenny Krevitz and 50 Cent on them.
I haven't heard the song but you'll think it's so great so i was hoping that maybe it can be heard on the radio... so that everyone hears how brilliant MJ was.
