Malachi himself said he is wasn't involved.

Personally, I am not letting the haters get the best of this moment....

We don't know when if ever we will get another all new MJ release.

Thank you Michael!!!

I agree, if you want you can come and lick some plugs with me and L.T.D.

I hope people start to realize with this type of video if they couldn't by themselves.

Did you hear that guy saying Malachi is a superstar??

Do not fall for this, they use this 'MJ vocals are fake' but they are sung by Malachi, as a PROMOTION.

This is promotion for Malachi. At beginning Malachi denied that he is on tracks, now he is telling that he does not deny does not agree....

Clear as crystal this is promotion, he saw that he can reach to broader audience as MJ fans, also articles mentioning fake MJ vocals, will also mention his name, Malachi... So Malachi name has appeared in articles worldwide already. And he obviously wants more.

And we as fans fall for this cheap a*s promotional tool.

Brilliant. I hope Sony get everything that's coming to them!

Please stop with this rubbish, it reminds me of those fan that kept claiming that june 25th was a hoax, let it go. Michael is a brilliant album, buy it put it on and let it play through, this should be all any fan needs to know it is the king.

What i find terribly ironic but also stupid at the same time is how the non-believers got flamed for saying 'Where's proof, what a load of BS..etc' when the estate came with that anouncement., by the believers. But these believers were defending it like it was their own lives..without any real proof though....hmmm.

And now...the believers are calling all of THIS 'a load of BS, nonsense' and some are even slightly offending other fans, how nice....wtf? But do you see us going at the believers like they did? Nope.

The audio comparison video simply can't be ignored if you ask me, even if the acapella of BN is different here. It's so clearly not Michael though. And if it's really Malachi, of course he's gonna say it's not him on the tracks. If he struck a deal with Sony...you think he's gonna admit this? LMAO.

I've said it before and i'll say it again, if there's real proof to show that its his vocals on the Cascio tracks...why not release it? It could stop the whole fiasco and would get more people to buy the album. Also...if Best of joy really was a 2009 song or 2008...it's another example of how different it sounds to the Cascio tracks. And please don't give me that ' oooh but it's heavily processed..etc.' nonsense.

You have to remember those people are wannabes. I'm not surprised if they would have said yeah that's me. But it is Michael. It's the same Michael's voice layered tuned, as simple as that. Pitching the whole song a bit up and down and hearing still Michael's voice everytime there wouldn't be explained otherwise. Because if you pitch your voice, it is just pitched and altered and some original voice don't pop up everytime from under or over.

Sony and Care...two things that don't go together, i'm sorry.

And please ****** stop with the word haters, it's getting damn annoying and is the biggest nonsense i've ever heard. People don't realize they are offending other fans here with that BS. Calling the non-believers haters makes no sense, we actually want real MJ music, real stuff..and we don't want to have to ANALYZE MJ song, like it was needed for the last month basically. We want to hear MJ vocals and not have doubts about who we are hearing. Haters? Please give me a ****** break...sigh.

You never know whats going on behind the scenes.

There are contracts and all that crap........

Agreed. I also find it staggering that the 'devil's advocates' among us let that fly.

Uhhm, sorry, untrustworthy information. Firstly Jason released an album late last year BEFORE Sony contracted to the Michael albums, so why not include this on his album? Secondly, he had stated he was not in any part of the recording of the song, Sony paid him? YEAH RIGHT, Malachi has had 1 record deal his entire life, and if it were me i would use the song as bribery to get a contract. Not only that but SUEING SONY MUSIC would get so much more money than them paying him. And to all those who say OMMGZZ! Different pitch! Download a program called Audacity it's free and you can edit the pitch, tempo or timbre of any track.

Sony wouldn't lie to us. After all they care about the fans and want us to hear Michael's latest recordings.

SONY? what have you been smoking, they are one of the most money greedy companies in the world. it deserves them right to fall on their face for putting fake songs on an MJ album.

yup and it's totally normal our dear michael would sing songs with great lines like:

"she's working at a restaurant night and day" ...

or

"and on the news today we're on display" ...

wouldn't mind if it was just here and there but basically all 3 cascio songs dont shine for their artistry ... michael would never even touch that crap.

How do we KNOW for a fact? Michael only released songs he was happy with, and people are talking like they know he wouldn't write stuff like that. This is THE FIRST TIME we have heard an album released of his that has songs that were not of his choosing (except HMH) Michael sang the songs, and the fact that Malachi is denying everything on twitter just confirms this. Stating that he was paid off is just a speculation, i think we need to work with WHAT WE HAVE, not what we WANT to have.

well, now Taryll can contact this guy and finally move from Twitter to the court room *waiting, waiting, waiting*
Something tells me this will never happen, you know them Jackson's can never move from Twitter to a real court room, that's just not possible for them, but yeah sabotaging projects they're not part of on Twitter, that's possible

Scream-michael-jackson-9603451-315-240.gif
My sentiments exactly.
There will be no court case, I can assure you of that, and we all know the reason why - it's all bullshit that would get laughed out of court faster than Billie Jean Jackson riding a Llama.
Right on!

That's right.

Nice try, Pentum.

It's VERY interesting to see how all of you that support the fake theory are coming in here and act as if Tony Kurtis presented any proof at all. Jumping on a bandwagon is very easy.

First please, please ask yourself:
What else would Tony Kurtis say of these tracks that some fans associate with Jason?
What is his motivation to make such claims?
Why did he address this AFTER it became known what some fans are believing?

And the main question: Who is profiting from this?

Hmmmm...
Don't get it?

MJ / Jason comparison videos just prove more that it is Michael on the tracks lol. Bless their cottons for trying though.

So sick of this discussion, but I want to add one thing. IF I would believe it was someoneother than Michael on these tracks I would never believe it was Jason M. He just can't do it so well. Also, hasn't it been established that James Porte has credits on all three Cascio tracks? I would point my arrows at him if I were to be as determined as you to go on with this witch hunt. Saying it's Jason just makes you less and less credible. But please just give it up, it's insulting Michael's work immensely.

Eh....how exactly? If anything...that video should make you doubt even more really. The voice of BN is so ridiculously similar to the Malachi songs in there...please explain.

thats what i thought as well.

we have confirmation that james porte IS actually singing in those cascio tracks.. and NOT jason malachi.. i dont understand why we still discuss this, when we already know that MJ is singing with james porte in the background..

Have you listened to the Cascio tracks on a good audio system (not a computer)? It's crystal clear Michael, but if you insist it's not him it's obviously not Jason M. Since you are all boycotting Michael's posthumous gift I doubt you have listened to the amazing quality end product, which has swayed the opinion of a lot initial doubters.

lol paul anka didn't immediately call the estate too, after this is it (the song) was released. it was actually his friends that told him.

as for this guy, come on, with all the crap promotion that sony did, do you think a normal guy would even know that a new MJ album would be coming out? especially as a producer in the music industry i guess he's busy with his own work and if sony doesnt play any MJ adverts on US TV or put up huge billboards with Michael in the major cities in the US, how is guaranteed that someone really knows that there's new stuff coming out?

also the new single on the website wasnt that widely reported, it didnt even make the CNN/NYT/L.A. Times front page neither offline nor online, neither did/does the new album.

now that the album comes out he has a listen and finds out. whats so hard to grasp here?

I've listened to it on a great sound system with earphones that cost me hundreds. Doesnt make a bit of difference to me.

I've never needed any expensive audio equipment to tell what artist I was listening to.

If you think its him, fine, but you shouldn't need $500 headphones and a lossless copy to tell its him. Earbuds and an mp3 should be fine.
