Of course they were bluetopez, that's why the family have absolutely no credibility. Janet was talking about conference calls with her brothers but they were waiting for one member and he was on the fence because he wanted to do his own thing. This was in 2008.. We all know she was talking about MJ. So they were all willing for their 'sick and addicted' brother to go on the ALLGOOD family reunion tour with them but for AEG he wasn't well enough? Mind you in 2008 I guess after MJ said no, Janet went on her own rockwitchu tour which she cancelled kind of early due to 'vertigo'

Which is even more confusing for the family to say he was not healthy for "This is it!" But, was okay with him touring with them after all!

Lenard Rowe say it in his book, and when MJ turn them down janet was mad at him.
I don't see how the family can blame every one but them self, they were hounding MJ to tour like AEG too.

by better testament do you mean a better will? Since they all thought he was a druggie and would die of an overdose anyway I am shocked she didn't have a hand in his will. Janet said she wasn't surprised because she knew it could happen considering his drug problems. I guess Katherine is a tad bit upset that MJ didn't leave his father anything or his siblings. I guess that's why she's trying to get all she can before she dies.

Michael was a family man and probably thought it was right for him to help out with the tour.

no he was turning them down, he was busy with his own tour, life and career he didn't need a bunch of oldies harassing his ass and causing further stress, pain and insomnia. he needed to be left alone and not harassed. He had no intentions of joining them and their silly little 'family tour' not in 2007, not in 2008, and not certainly not in 2009. He didn't need Joseph showing up with his ex con pal L. Rowe on the eve of his daughters birthday harassing him, he didn't need a bribed Katherine along with Joseph and ex con artists as Rowe and Majestik the Clown following and harassing him. nothing had changed with these ppl, one would think they had learned from their past mistakes (i.g the moonie's) but no, not these ppl, they were still eager and willing to harass him, same actions of 1989 were repeated in 2009, only this time the final curtain fell.
Michael as stressed as he already was, needed some piece and quiet he didn't need a bunch of men in their upper 50s riding on his coattails.

I wish AEG would counter this lawsuit by putting info like this out there about the family. They need to be knocked off their pedastal. AEG was obvioulsy greedy, but so was MJ's family.

Goodness, I was just asking why would he say that he was touring with his family by replying, Yes!

I doubt MJ is deaf! I'm sure he answered yes to everything asked because he wanted to! Even though he could have not meant it! The guy asking him the question I'm talking about was very load when asking that!

And if I'm not mistaken the pap mentions the fact that one of MJ's kids is there (Blanket) and says something like "oh look the kiddies" and blanket looked back right at the pap! So if he can hear then why can't MJ!?

But, if he wasn't paying attention then fine we don't know for sure?! So, I wasn't trying to twist anything! It was something I noticed and wanted to share and was just asking a question about! SMH

Katherine's lawsuit isn't going to go anywhere and its a waste of time. The emails that came out with Murray asking for life saving medical equipment was not for Michael's house, this was a request for the tour which is a legal requirement made by insurance companies. In a performer over the age of 50 going on a tour it is by law that life saving medical equipment must be provided. The Rolling Stones had to have this equipment when they went on tour. IT IS NOT AN INDICATION THAT SAID PERSON IS A DRUG ADDICT. ITS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. AEG did noy provide the equipment for Michael's house as they were not asked for it for his home. They were asked for it for London. This is what proves Murray was the only one at fault. He knew that he didn't have the life saving equipment needed when administering propofol at Michael's home, and admitted this by email, but he went ahead and did it anyway.

A spoken 'yes' means nothing really in the definitive end without a signature to validate it. Many didn't care about that, however, and took his kindness/frail ability to say 'no' for granted, took advantage of it all too often with all the bogus claims and abusive lawsuits.

There's a hearing this Wednesday. and then there would be developments, decisions by the judge. we'll see whether it goes to court or not.
