I reckon if it the siutation gets really really bad debbie would most likely try and get the kids. You guys have to realise is we dont know what goes on behind the scences and for all we know debbie may really want them but maybe to scared to try at the moment.

I don't think Debbie wants the kids. She did her job, gave Michael the children he wanted so badly and that was that. Diana Ross in my opinion would be the best. I don't know who else could take care of those kids who is not interested in money in the Jackson Family household.

You're 100% right. What can we do? We're powerless. Those poor kids are truly orphaned and to have to go through that at a time when you're starting to discover yourself and hormones are jumping all over the place, just seems unfair. No one cares about anything in that household but money.

You're 100% right. What can we do? We're powerless. Those poor kids are truly orphaned and to have to go through that at a time when you're starting to discover yourself and hormones are jumping all over the place, just seems unfair. No one cares about anything in that household but money.

I am a bit surprised at the language in the retraction letter from Streisand. Why was it necessary to state that Branca was "solely responsible for resurrecting MJ's tarnished image"?

What corruption and injustice is that post on jacksonvault referring to, anyway? It seems like the estate is doing a good job of securing the kids' financial future. I thought that Katherine was mad at the estate for not giving her enough money.

I am so angry right now!!! And panicking as well. I am so worried about Michael's legacy and Michael's kids. I just hope and pray the Estate will ruin all the leaches and the MJ3 will see the truth. Honest to god, those 3 kids are NOT in good hands. I have been saying it for a while now. I sensed trouble the very moment I heard Katherine was getting all 3 of Michael's kids days after his death. She's not paying attention to them like she should or like Michael did. Yeah, clothed them, feed them, buy them Ipods and other top of the line gadgets, but I bet any amount of money she ain't giving those kids the same love and guidance her son did. And to make it worst she made it sound on national TV that the way her son was raising his kids was weird and wrong so she does a complete 180 and journalist come along saying "They are so NOORRRRMAAAL!" Prince is dating at 14 and from what I hear Paris is dating a kid named Matthew and she's just 13. All of Prince and Paris "friends" (real friends would not do this) confirming it on formspring and twitter and posting pics of themselves with Prince and Paris as if to prove "Yup I know Prince Jackson and we're dating". The f**k is going on at the Jackson household? No one knows because everyone's too busy trying to take down the estate and STEAL money from Michael's legacy and his kids. the situation with the children concerns me the most and i pray to God they won't grow up abandoning the things their father lived by. i know all of the Jacksons talk about love, honesty, respect and so on but as far as i've seen their actions speek against all that. but Michael LIVED by those things. and that's how he raised those kids. the fact that they are in the middle of what he tried to escape from and protect them from is scary.

she can run a charity and Katherine and kids could be a part of it. She cannot claim any relation to Michael though. Estate is also asking for the cancellation of the "Heal the world" trademarks. If they win that request then she'll probably have to rename the charity or close it.

Estate basically wants her trademark registrations cancelled, wants her to stop using Michael's image,name and likeliness and claim connection to him and they want the government records to be corrected showing that Michael's 91 charity isn't revived or merged with hers.

but the thing is, if the kids and katherine continue to be associated with the charity, no matter if it renamed etc, the very fact that they are involved means that people will associate the charity to michael.
The public will still be misled by this.
By this line of thinking i'm wondering whether it will be nothing but a moral victory for the estate.

Im just baffled at how stupid they are for doing this (assuming someone fooled Katherine). The declarations are public documents, they know that. They also know that media like TMZ etc reports anything MJ related and especially stuff concerning the Estate vs the family.. so did they think they were gonna get away with this and hide the intent of the declaration from Katherine? It's suspicious.

I also wanna add this. I know we already know that Randy wants to be in charge and on June 27th when the family claimed Michael died without a will, TMZ wrote this as an update: "We're told Randy Jackson will take control over Michael's estate for the Jackson family. Leonard Rowe, MJ's former manager will also assist Randy in this transition."

Agree totally those thre are headed for disaster, no one cares, no one bothers to care, everything is 'normal' though nothing is right.
As for Prince and Paris dating.. I highly doubt Michael would have let his 13 year old daughter date or son as a matter of fact, from my knowledge Prince started 'dating' age 13 as well. But I can't even say I'm surprised, everyone in that household, -those shared offspring of deadbeat Jermaine and deadbeat Randy- all of them started 'dating' young.
If there was some monitoring, someone with a genuine heart, around them; I'd say oh come on this is puppy love, but all of us know that puppy love can turn into something far more serious, especially if there is no one out there looking out for you, or questioning you. He wants to make a point that Katherine said those things about Branca. He claims HTWF is Michael charity. and that money is left to "his charity".

Calls Adam Streisand "Estate in-house council", calls signature fraud claims "puppeteer" and that his attempts fell flat as he was fired.

It "appears" that Mann has taken the front seat in this drama.
