I saw a post at allforloveblog a few months back that there is a pdf document stating that on June 18 AEG sent Murray the agreement specifying that Murray would receive all equipment necessary, including cardio-pulmonary resuscitation equipment and a nurse. On June 23, 2009 AEG forwarded by email a revised written copy of the agreement. On June 24, Murray signed it and faxed it back to AEG. It is tragic that the equipment and nurse could have been delivered soon after but Mike died the next day.

Something's wrong. I typed the correct one and it comes up the same. It only links to the probate website but not the specific document I mentioned. Maybe you have to browse around to see it.
 
Stupid me, I typed it correctly the second time. However, it takes forever to download so I didn't bother.
 
Many things do not make sense in this case. When I say Murray could check Michael, even not having proper equipment, is that he could do it psychically, feeling his pulse and breathing. Probably he paid more attention just at the beginning, when he started using it.

In any case Murray is irresponsible, injecting Michael with Propofol as a sleeping aid. Even with the equipment, it's not supposed to be used at home. Not to mention without it.

I do wonder if AEG knew about the Propofol use, as it was shipping equipments to Murray.

How come that 'doctor' and AEG saw no danger in not needing them at Holmby Hills? This sounds so pathetic: 'See, we meant to have the appropriate medical equipment for Jackson, but he died before we got them'....0..0 Are they freakin' kidding, right.?
 
Well medical equipment interms of if something happened on stage i guess.unless aeg knew about the dip being given in L.A then they cant be blamed interms of that.murray is a diff issue of course
 
During the rehearsals Michael didn´t go for it for 100% but if he could do the concerts in London he would go for it more than 100% and it could be more stress to his heart.
He didn´t have problems with his heart, but I guess they wanted medical eqipment just in case.

Stacy you are so right about Murray. As Michael's personal physician it was his responsibility to obtain an accurate medical history from the other health care providers Michael had and to insure he was giving him high quality medical treatment for his insomnia. What the heck was he thinking? You don't just pump a patient full of Propofol, Ativan, Valium and Versed then walk out of the room and leave them helpless and alone!

That was being ask for London though! I believe that it can be part of an artist insurance for safety when their not as young as they use to be to have medical equipment handy! I believe the Rolling Stone did this while on tour too!
