Aaron Carter Claims MJ Gave Him Drugs *Update Post 41* Merged

For some reason this Aaron Carter thing hit me really hard. I know Michael's musical legacy is hugely important but this latest attack was on his very character. His personal integrity. I am so sick of people I know saying things to me like "he made great music but he was a..." You can fill in the blank. I desperately want people to realize he not only made great music but he was an even greater human being. And this f-wad Aaron Carter and his lies is only making Michael look like somebody you hope you never live next door to.

I'm really curious what would've happened if we hadn't gone to Daphne's website ourselves (Ok never linked to it, Aaron never did, Daphne never did) to find the real interview of him talking about drugs and Michael. He and the rep both mention that as a way to say he never said it. So what would've happened if we hadn't circulated the video ourselves?

The whole thing is so dodgy and so disappointing and a big reminder to me about how eager so many people - media AND the public - are to find that children were abused and molested. I will never understand why that makes people happy to hear.

What a disgusting mess Aaron caused on the anniversary of his death, and I blame him completely.

You know most of us never met or talked to Michael. Here is someone Michael befriended amd treated him well and 2 years after his death this is the thank you he gets? It's sick. Michael has 3 kids and does anyone of these vultures think of them? NO. I see someone who is desperate to be on top and be relevant again but he is using someone to do it and that is wrong. Especially someone who isn't here to defend himself. He said things he knew would get attention and he knew that people would make assumptions. I don't believe he was tricked and misquoted.

I believe these claims by Aaron Carter can cause lasting damage. For the people who always believed the stories about Michael it is confirmed again. For those who were not sure ,now see the Aaron lies and now believe. I hate it that so many people in my life believe the bad stuff. It casts a huge shadow. It is so easy for some to believe bad stuff and I don't know why. Maybe they feel better about themselves. I don't know...

I hear what you are saying. I'm not trying to downplay this whatsoever. May be it's just me. I'm very jaded now. Tabloid stories and media sensationalism will never stop. Things like Carter's insinuations will keep coming becasue lewd stories sell!!! It's sad but true. Carter, just like many characters in Michael's life, decided to take advantage of the slim connection they have with Michael.

I know many people believe in the media charater slander. Because of their own ignorance? Because they've been brainwashed? What can we do? These people deserved to be lied to. I hope one day they will do their own research and see the truth.

I take comfort in knowing that history will be fair to Michael. Truth runs marathon. Tabloid junks like this comes and goes. Seriously, who will remember that chubby Pfiffer guy and Arnold Klein in five years?

Thank you! I know you are right.
In five months they probably won't remember Aaron whats his name.

Yup. It gives credibility to people's doubts.

Aaron is going to have to be very consistent in his backtracking if he wants to clear both his and MJ's name about this, otherwise people like Diane Dimond (who linked to the original story on her fbook) and others, including people like JRT will always feel the need to mention this to help insinuate or bolster their claims that children were abused or potentially abused, they were just too "scared" to come forward before. People were saying that when this story first came out - "why didn't he come out before? Because victims are scared!" blah blah blah. People will justify it in every which way to give it value to their beliefs. People do not wish to believe Michael was good, they yearn to feel validated in thinking so negatively about him and in believing all the tabloid gossip.

It's been very damaging. It's brought all the old issues back up to the front. And other things too, it was an excuse for a lot of people to rejoice in negative stories - Blanket balcony, are his children really his?, was he castrated?, how many drugs did he die from? did he have a nose? etc etc etc etc

Preach it!!!! :agree:

New interview with Entertainment Tonight!!!!
ET, 6th July

ET: When you say people knew about it, that you've been doing this for a long time, abusing drugs and alcohol when did that begin, how old were you?
AC: I was introduced to many different things at a very early age. Very early age.
ET: Like what? Ten or eleven?
AC: Yeah, pretty much. It's hard to hear that...
ET: Ten or eleven years old you were introduced to alcohol?
AC: Yeah. Absolutely.
ET: And drugs?
AC: Mhmm.
ET: Like what?
AC: Um, I mean, marijuana... that was mostly the problem.
ET: And this from being around the entertainment industry, the music business?
AC: You could say that, but at the end of the day, it was me. It was my fault.
ET: There was a story that came out recently that you allegedly said that Michael Jackson gave you when you were just fifteen wine and cocaine. Is that true?
AC: No, that is not true. Michael never gave me cocaine. That is not true. There was wine at Neverland, so I had wine. But Michael never ever gave me cocaine. Ever.
ET: Where did it come from?
AC: I went to Spain, to do a charity, a gala for kids. And it's right around the time of Michael's two year death anniversary so... you know, I sat down, I did an interview with the lady and you know, what I said on video was what I said, you know? And you can clearly see me saying that "Well, I want to protect his legacy." Michael was an amazing person. Yes, he was my friend, you know, yes we go back and we had great times together, but for someone to do that, to say that about me - that I said, "Michael Jackson gave me cocaine" - that is absolutely absurd. And that makes me very angry. Very angry for someone to slander him and myself. But he can't even do anything about it, he's not even alive, so... you know, my message is just "Leave it alone, and let Michael rest in peace."

In this latest interview I clearly can see this guy needs psychological attention. He looks psychotic.

But I still think - this was a set up. He probably payed her to do this and now he is telling it's her fault. Sue her if she is abusing your information and interview, but you won't, you want to leave it not because you want Michael to rest in peace, but because you got the attention for your stupid album.

^
of course it was, I say screw Carter and anyone who's defending his pricky has been ass.

He is a JOKE!

1. He says there were wine at Neverland but doesnt elaborate. We all know the Arvizo kids also said there were wine there too but MJ was nowhere around when the kids sneaked into the winecellar. So when Aaron says "there were wine there" he makes it looks like MJ offered him to drink. Douche.

2. "And you can clearly see me saying that 'Well, I want to protect his legacy'". .. well yeah asshole, you said alot of other things as well. He is trying to cover-up.

3. "But he can't even do anything about it, he's not even alive, so... you know, my message is just 'Leave it alone, and let Michael rest in peace'". - Hahah then why did he open his mouth? Then why did he bring up MJs name? He knew it would be all over the press. He is a fault and then he blames other for not letting MJ be. What a complete tool, he sold his soul for publicity.

He's trying to talk his way out of this shyte he knew full well what he was doing, it was done by purpose to bring attention to this loser. Has Been should've known better than mess with Michael Jackson Fans, eff him and eff his projects, he ain't gonna get a pass from me.
I hope his album fails, which it will anyways as it's self fulfilling prophecy, and I hope that his debts increase.

:sigh:

Friend? :wtf: Really? A real friend would not make this mess. This whole thing was a very low blow for Michael. This guy is ridiculous... an idiot. :perrin: :puke:

I agree that a real friend doesn't do that. He knew what Michael went through and to say things to remind people of that was horrible. Just for attention and promotion. He used Michael just like the rest of his so called friends. It's shameful even more now because Michael is gone.

Exactly to all of it...

He's going to be giving more interviews in the future and will be asked about this over and over and over again.

What's interesting is he says he was given alcohol and drugs at the age of ten or eleven - nobody asks him who gave those to him. It wasn't Michael Jackson. Why not a huge story about blabbing over who exposed him to drugs and liquor so early? Those real life abusers? Obviously adults were involved in giving them to him or they knew about it and chose not to do anything about it. That's real abuse to a ten year old child. But nobody cares. Nobody will ask who really exposed him to that. Nobody cares that this goes on all the time with child stars. Tatum O'Neal, Drew Barrymore, Lindsay Lohan, etc etc etc

But no, the big story is always that Michael Jackson's name being thrown in there, just like Corey Feldman talking about his real life molester but his big primetime Bashir story being that MJ showed him STDs in a medical textbook on his table that Corey asked about.

On E! news he still is accusing MJ of something by saying there was Alcohol at Neverland, and saying what he said about that already on the other interview. So he is still causing damage and the interviewer doesn't make him elaborate about allegedly when, & why? This interview was useless and does nothing to fix the damage he caused by saying straight up B.S lies the first time. Like MJ would just give a child alcohol because a kid just wanted it. Like does he realize how stupid that sounds?

By the way how can he say in the DB interview that he was experimenting at 15 during the time when he had wine at Neverland but, on the E!news interview he says he started drugs and alcohol at 10/11.

I dont forgive aaron at all, he should have known better. He claims he wants to protect mjs legacy....well aaron a lil too late for that now kiddo grrr

Aaron has nothing to do with protecting Michael's legacy. He needs to understand that. And if he really wanted people to leave the subject of his comments alone, then he should not have made them in the first place. He is being coy by stepping up to that line as close as he possibly can. There is a difference in saying Michael gave me wine and saying there was wine at Neverland. Of course there was because a grown man lived there and wanted it there. He had that right. A. Carter knows what he is doing and how his words can be taken. He can profess all he wants to about the cocaine story; the rest is still hurtful and he knows how it is being taken. That is why I would suspect anything said in regards to how this makes Michael looks falls on deaf ears. He is seeming to choose his words carefully for a reason. If he was true about protecting Michael's legacy, he would voice that to people who tweet him, etc. Yet, based on reports, that has not been the case in some instances at all. So, why should anyone take him seriously with his claims of wanting to honor Michael's legacy? Usually at this point, people who have decided to use Michael for press/publicity tend not to admit to anything to "save" Michael because he becomes only a means to an end. People will have to decide for themselves if they think that this is what Carter is doing.

I agree. And there is something seriously wrong here. It doesn't make sense to me that Aaron wants to be angry now. In my opinion, he can't complain on "Entertainment Tonight" that both he and Michael are being slandered when Aaron was the one that made all these disturbing statements to begin with. When he implies that he was tricked by Barack, MJ fans as well as MJ haters are going to be asking "Well, what about those videos where Aaron is being interviewed then?" Personally, I don't get how he can act like a victim of misquotation considering his behavior in regards to Michael.

Exactly! Also Corey Feldman was interviewed by the police in 1993 and he denied being molested by Michael but he told the police that he was molested by someone else. And the police just totally IGNORES his answer! They don't ask who that real molester was and they show no interest at all in investigating that guy! They just want to go after MJ. Sickening!

True. They didn't care even when Corey actually later names the person. But, they don't care. Cause it wasn't MJ. This same officer was one of the ones harassing and lying to other kids like Branes and Wade to say things against MJ until their parents put a stop to it. But, they thankfully never got them to say untrue things unlike the ones we know of!

This guy is sick, that's quite obvious. He's as two faced as you can be, holy crap. Did he actually say people should stop slandering Michael and him? ....let him rest in peace? WOW...just....the neeeerve!!!!!!

As long as he can continue to promote himself at the expense of Mike, I really don't think he cares what he says....
