During the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy's October Meeting which took place on October 13th & 14th of 2010.

*Pages 5-6 denote the following:

Tim Lopez was present with his legal counsel, Kevin Murphy. Kevin Murphy and Carolyn Cramer drafted a stipulated agreement and it was presented to the board by Ms. Cramer. Mr. Lopez/Applied Pharmacy dba Remedy Rx via his own admission admitted that the factual accusations were true. At this time he was placed on probation for five years with conditions. He was to be on the premises of Remedy during business hours only and that there would be another pharmacist present to deal with activities regarding the sale and transfer of Remedy. Remedy also had 180 days to arrange for the sale/transfer of its business to another person or entity. On day 181 after the stipulated agreement was approved Remedy would have to surrender its license if the sale had not transpired by then.

Keith Macdonald moved to accept the stipulated agreement-- it was seconded by Beth Foster. The agreement was passed unanimously via the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy.

I can't believe he weaseled out. Is Tim Lopez's disappearance going to be a big blow for the prosecution, or can they manage with the existing testimony?

Doesnt really matter as they have his prelim testimony.he would only be repeating that.it would be diff if the oros diddnt have that.of course its better if hes theres in person. they also have the paper work and murrays own admittance

I thought with tim running off is actually a blow to murray as it makes him look bad even more.

So Lopez ran to that country that many run to when they want to hide. I suppose he knew that he would be further prosecuted after he gave his evidence, so he made himself invisible.

I hope they strip Karen's testimony to take out all the nonsense and leave only the facts. A lot of what she said is speculation and as the prosecution, said some of it she heard from others. Karen will make sure that if she is not known for her make-up skills, she will be known as the key woman in the Murray trial.

yes that is the big question WHY did he run? WHAT was he afraid of? If it was being further prosecuted I would think that would of happened already. I think there is more that perhaps we dont know about .maybe

this tweet has to do with the pharmacist...NOT the hearing that should of taken place for testimony for KF...sorry

Los Angeles (CNN) -- The missing witness in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson's doctor was found over the weekend and will be available to testify, the prosecutor told the court Monday.

Pharmacist Tim Lopez testified at Dr. Conrad Murray's preliminary hearing in January that he shipped more than 15 liters of the surgical anesthetic propofol to the apartment of Murray's girlfriend over the three months before Jackson's death.

The Los Angeles County coroner ruled that Jackson died on June 25, 2009, as the result of an overdose of propofol combined with other drugs. Deputy District Attorney David Walgren told the court last week that it is believed Lopez, the owner of a wholesale pharmacy in Las Vegas, has moved to Thailand.

A hearing had been set for Monday so Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor could decide if prosecutors could rely on the transcript of his previous testimony. The resolution of that and several other issues made for a short hearing.

"Well, I'd like to believe that I was responsible in some measure, but we have excellent counsel," Pastor said Monday.The defense announced it was dropping from its witness list a Texas medical examiner who toured the Los Angeles county coroner's lab. Prosecutors had objected to his testimony, calling it irrelevant.

Pastor delayed consideration of the prosecution's request to exclude the testimony of Jackson's makeup artist. The defense wants Karen Faye to repeat statements given in interviews about what she described as Jackson's ill health in the weeks before his death, as he was rehearsing for his comeback concerts.

The prosecution told the judge in a hearing Thursday that much of what Faye has said in the past was based on what she heard others say, not her own recollections.
If convicted on the involuntary manslaughter charge, Murray could face up to four years in prison.

The next hearing is set for Wednesday afternoon, when lawyers for each side will offer their "for cause" challenges of prospective jurors, based on their answers to written questions.
Lawyers will conduct face-to-face questioning of potential jurors on Friday as they choose 18 Los Angeles citizens to hear the case.

Opening statements for the trial, which will be televised, are scheduled for September 27. The judge told members of the jury pool he expects their service will be over on or about October 28.

I still cant believe that amount of propofol. 15 liters. Jeez.

As for KF, her testimony is just another aggravating factor to me; if Michael was in poor health while being under cm's care, just proves he didnt do anything, quite the contrary. He bought 15 liters of propofol...
