I never would've guessed that Erin would do an interview :smilerolleyes: Anyway, This is a time when we need to show restraint and I sincerely hope that nothing eclipses the purposes of the trial and diverting the attention to the wrong set of people. I want justice for Michael not a fan feature.
I'll be the odd one out and will say that I find this business of 'heckling' (screaming stuff outside), hissing and throwing dirty looks counterproductive. Media will lap it up when MJ fans behave as if they mistook the court building for Junior High. Sorry.
I am all for Justice and Murray absolutely gives me the creeps- but take all this a step too far and you'll have a problem. That judge seems like a no-nonsense kind of guy- and hopefully that will apply to all sides. From fishing expeditions from the defense, to MJ fans who want to carry flaming torches inside.

yeah I have to agree with you here,,,,as bad as I would love to taunt Murray in that courtroom...and poke him with pin until he cries. The last thing that we need is for the fans to look crazy and cause havoc in the courtroom. Michael wont get proper justice that way,

Sure, the fans must behave in an appropriate manner and not make us all look bad, you're right. But do dirty looks result in havoc in the courtroom and fans appearing crazy? :brow: I don't know if it's just me, but this whole "dirty-looks issue" feels silly and blown out of proportion. I think Murray is just desperately trying to find ways to get sympathy.

Erin did a good job there. Now the judge need to tell Muarry to not to stare at the fans. If the fans cannot give dirty looks in court, Muarry should not give dirty looks in court either. I am sure in murder trials the victim family in the court room give the same looks to the defendant, and no one throws them out!!!

oh no I am not saying anything about that,,,"dirty looks"....what I am saying is that Murray is playing a game here,,,,he got the bailiff to rep-remand Erin..for "only a look".....can you imagine what else he may have up his sleeve IF fans get out of control and God forbid say something to him?? He will blow that ALL out of proportion...and then that will make the fans look stupid...remember WE know that Murray is guilty....in a court of law...in that judges courtroom....Murray is innocent until proven guilty...and he is such a wussy that he will use anything to his advantage right now

Actually it's not entirely true. Rumors and stupid stories started in tabloids, mainly in the US and the UK, and were copied and pasted by other media in the 80s. In other countries, like mine, where there are much less tabloids, those rumors are known by now of course, but no one really cares.

I can assure you I wouldnt have known anything about the trial of 05, or cm now, if I didnt have an internet connection. This possibility to disconnect yourself can be a blessing sometimes.

was just watch Jane Valdez and she said that on tonights show that they are going to be speaking to a fan that was outside of MJ house when he died and that SHE was the one calling the family...any Idea's on WHO this fan may be???

he may have felt something but i doubt it was good. Murray is scared and hes trying to do what he can to get the fans away from him. But even if he gets them kicked out of court they are waiting for his rotting ass out side.

This isn't a game, or a concert or some pep rally: this is a court of LAW and people need to respect the process or stay away. They need to realize that trying to make this all about them, instead of justice actually HURTS, not helps the case.
Conrad Murray is allotted a fair and unbiased trial just like any other person charged with a crime in this country whether some may like it or not. The FACT remains that none of us knows for sure what happened in that room on June 25, 2009 except that a man died and his doctor is accused, not convicted, of killing him.
After this spectacle I'm hoping that Judge Pastor closes the courtroom to anyone not closely associated with Michael or Mr. Murray. Other than the media ok'd by the court to be there it should be the close friends and family of Michael and Murray ONLY.

My question is why should a FAN "give interviews" to anyone about this case? It hearkens back to what I posted about people trying to make this all about themselves instead of justice. Michael has millions upon millions of fans. Should the media interview us all? I'm sorry, but I find that ridiculous and attention wh*ring. Buying albums, concert tickets and t-shirts of an artist doesn't make you a legal representative of said artist, ROFLMAO!!! Wow, come on people! Some of you need to pump the brakes and BREATHE.

I think it's okay that fans show their supoport and show why they do! But, to do what Sharon did or get invited on just because u got kicked out of court is not good! The media is playing us with these two appearances big time IMO! It's obvious to me! *sigh*

I think Murray is feeling the pressure now. For the last 2 years he and his lawyers have tried to delay and avoid this trial as possible. Even just recently tried to do it again. He needs to face his charges now and go through with the trial.

Altought I was leary of the fans actions in the court earlier Erin does a great job here defending Michael and the actions of his fans. So much that even Harvey gives her a thumbs up for being so well spoken and knowledgable about the case. Harvey played Devils advocate in his statements and questions to Erin and she addressed them all with no nonsense knowledgable replies. I was very proud of how she handles herself here and how she represented the fan base. We need this kind of exposure and defense for MJ in the public realm. I hope all fans will follow her example here and conduct themselves accordingly.
