That was quick. The stream has gone silent for me so I'm guessing that is because they called sidebar?
 
Considering that Murray's defense was implying that maybe someone was using his phone, it is great that people are testifying that they SPOKE to him.

She confirm the call and she was also dumped by Murray because he never recommended her to another doctor.

doesnt matter what the conversation was about, although it was quite clearly about the letter and of course she knew what the convo was about. it was to confirm a phonecall took place as according to the defence in their cross of the phone records guys these calls all went to answer machine!! (allegedly)

maybe they'll claim next that Santa Claus walked in the minute after Murray went to use the bathroom, and made the calls on his behalf, at this point nothing would shock or suprise me anymore -_-

Yes, I also believe that is part of the reason whey they are called as witnesses. To confirm it was him in those phone calls.

She was taking vital signs but had no medical training? -- taking vital signs on cardiac patients? Scary.

She did this for no pay? How bizarre. Good free help for him, though.
 
She's a woman who worked with Doctory Murray... but had no qualifications!!!

as a nurse i must say that sounds.... very scary...
 
he was treating her grandmother and she started to work in his office in vegas as a volunter worked there for years 5 days a week in or around june. filing papers. she would take vitals of paitents.. worked as a care giver in a care home. shes not a nurse and doesnt have any qualifactions.
 
You know, looking at Murray's face, it looks like he wants to kill that poor girl on the stand. The look of utter betray is very clear on his face.
 
Wow...all these ppl working in Murray's office with NO licenses in nursing yet handling medical patients. Lawd!

This is insane. I know lots of people would do volunteers to go to medical school or nurse school but none of them have license. That's unbelievable.

which is no doubt the prosecutions point.. mentions if she knew bob russell (he testifyed earlier) names other women that work in the office one works front of desk but does things in the back aswell. she says everyone does everything!

his office just treated heart problems.

all the women (about 5 of them i think) who work in the office arent qualifyed in nursing in any fashion yet do anything in the office thats needed
 
none of the four women working in murray's vegas office is a liscensed nurse, though they do everything that needs to be done there,
there's also an administrative assistant Miss Stacy who is handling all the administrative work, from San Diego where she is based.
Office is also opened when Murray is not in Vegas, some procedures are handled without Murray being there, such as eco cardiograms (someone from the oustide comes in some technician handling it) . Even ECP's are conducted without Murray around by the four, Cara< Sarah, Leaha, And Consuelo.

He's now trying to say that when he was hired he didn't know the extent of Michael supposed drug problem, but as a professional and his personal doctor he should had known these things long before he was hired. Yeah. I agree. And in my opinion, Murray should have asked the questions and if Michael or anyone else didn't tell him, then that's it. He should have packed his bags and gone back to Houston. What was so important that he just HAD to stay in that job with Michael and do something this stupid? If he needed money so badly, going back to his other clinic was better than getting himself in a dumb situation like that. This is all just my opinion.

Something very FISHY here to me. Who would "volunteer" for 5 days a week, anywhere, for "years"? Why would anyone work for FREE? There would have to be some sort of pay-off. Could it have been to pay off her grandmother's treatment/medical bills? This is just very strange to me. I wonder if she (the witness) doesn't understand what "volunteer" means?

I wish pros would ask her WHY she would spend potentially 40 hours a week working but for free/volunteering. WTF?

I wonder if the patients in this clinic going for EECP treatments were in anyway aware that the women dealing with them were totally unqualified and untrained? SHAMEFUL!
 
Please tell me that the heart patient Russell wasn't put through therapy without any train professional. That's just dangerous.
