judge ruled branca out as there is no need to go over michael's finances.

yes the limits were about hearsay. but that a normal limit. tbh she cant say anything bad now as its not like the pros tried to keep mjs ill health on the 19th quiet. and thats what shes been ranting about . kenny talked about that. i guess the defence will try to use her to undermine kenny
 
I agree with Elusive. It is interesting that Murray could remember the details of one patient but for Michael he had no idea!

And the impressed thing may well backfire. In light of what has been said about Murray's behaviour some jury members may not see what there is to be impressed about!

I thought Karen said that Michael was ill almost the entire time on TII and had to be carried on stage. He was also pressured into doing the concerts for money, ect. Not that he was sick for one day.

dunno whos up next im waiting on lopez or has he done another runner. personally i think the pros could have put witnesses up in a more chronological order. jumped back and forth abit which makes it harder for the jury.

I really don't mind having some witnesses say how good murray is likethe last woman and the abandoned heart attack guy from vegas. Apart from being abandoned (!) he said murray seemed very good and caring. We don't want the jury thinking that the only reason mj hired murray was because murray was prepared to get the propofol. He obviously had other qualities to him that made mj trust him - (at least to a certain extent as the contract was still unsigned)

First time I've seen Murray NOT looking like someone stole his binky. When she took the stand he sorta gave her that "heyyy girl" look on the sly. Face someone softened now.

shes from vegas known murray for 10 years. does makeup etc.became a paitent of his. got a letter from his clinic in june saying hes leaving his job . she then contacted murray on june 25th between 8-9am on his mobile . he answered and they had a conversation. she doesnt remember the convo. says it was a short convo. was it unusual covo? it was normal
 
This one is super fast lol I still can't believe that Murray just keep talking to all the people when he supposed to watch over his patient.

she took the stand to confirm one of murrays many phonecalls and he never refered her to another dr.
