Murray Trial - 4 October - Day 6 - Discussion

next order was may 12th. 65 viles of diprivan 20 vils of mid 10 viles of flum. lidocane cream.

my note* 2 days after the may 10th recording was made he bought all the above. weaning mj off the benzos and diprivan my ass!
 
says he had another conversation with murray on may 14, murray wanted a stronger lidocaine cream (a 4 per cent one) as the 2 per cent didn't have the desired effect.
they also said they discussed the benoquin creams, lopez said he could change the base of it, so the cream would be less greasy,
also discussed hydro cr. creams, another cream used for whitening. says murray wanted samples of it so he could see how that cream worked.
says murray placed an order on may 14 for the lidocaine, benoquioun, and the hydro cronide cream.
says he offered murray to drop the items of at murray's office, but murray was against it, insisting he'd use the usual delivery system as he did before
 
may 14th he wanted a stonger lidocane cream. 4% instead of 2% talked again about the energy boost. lopez suggested some things and lopez said he would keep looking benoquin cream he could change the consistancy so would send some sample to murray hydrocolnine (sp) cream thats used for vitiligo aswell. murray asked about a sample of that. murray ordered the above on the 14th.

lopez was going to LAX so offered to drop the above off at murrays office. murray said no need just send it by courrier
 
I havnt managed to follow the court closely today... i will be able to follow in 1 hour or so but did Lopez once ask why or to whom Murray needed all of this?? I guess Murray cant say his patients name but have Lopez expressed so far what he thought of all of the orderings???
 
talked again about the energy boost in june. lopez sent him some tablets to try on june 10th

on the 10th murray made another order for lidocane 25 vials diprivan 90 vials hydro cream benoquin cream
 
june 15th another order. murray followed up on the energy pills said it worked asked for the pricing? didnt quite hear that

says conrad never told him he was mjs doc, never revealed any names of patients, says he spoke to murray around the 23rd/24th june, says murray called his pharmacy, says his assistant had a hard time understanding him as there was background noise, says then he took the phone and even he couldn't get what he was saying, says he told murray to call him the next day as it was late and he wanted to go home and close down, then he learned on june 25, that Michael had died. says he sold 245 vials of propofol to murray and 60 vials of medaziline (sp?) to murray

gorgiant also knows as baldy is doing cross now.
 
I know this is slightly off topic but who started Michael onto propofol was it Murray or was it Arnold Klein who got Michael onto diprivan (propofol) and Michael is supposed to have told Murray to continue to use it.

Did they just say some 200+ vials for propofol? I missed the exact figure.

he spoke to murray on or around the 23rd june. couldnt understand what he was saying as it was noisey so said he would ring him . he never wrong him back cause june 25th happened

lopez checked murrays licence number. no red flags. benoquin isnt a controlled substance neither is diprivan. trying to say its ok to ship to alverez. no law saying you shouldnt ship those meds to a house. .he says no regualtion but he wouldnt ship those types of drugs to anywhere but a medical facility.
 
cross over. re direct. he would keep paitents names quiet even if murray did tell him.

I agree how is that helping their defence, but carry on in that way...let's hope the Jury have more sense and don't care how 'nice' Murray is.
 
witness is down after clarifying that there are 12 saline bags in one packet.
 
i wonder if brazil should have asked lopez if he knew it was going to a house would he have refused to ship
 
she should've asked that, especially after he said he'd deliver such items only to offices/clinics
