Murray Trial - 4 October - Day 6 - Discussion

she should've asked that, especially after he said he'd deliver such items only to offices/clinics
thats what i thought. it seemed the logical next step to ask him that after cross

wonder if its a conflict with a witness. ie they arent available till tom?

It looks like the witnesses are getting through their testimony quickly hence the scheduling conflict and an early recess today.

I really like this judge he's hands on. I think today was a good day for the prosecution it's good that they've ended it for today that way all the testimonies can sink in.

I believe so Elusive, why else would they end it that early?

i guess us european folks get an early night. thats something i guess

It seems there was some additional information for the judge to call it for tonight. But it's done for today.

yeah another excellent day. the defence cant really do anything when the evidence is there infront of you. ie the phonecalls. and the shipping documents

Finished two hours earlier than usual today! I'm guessing it's something to do with perhaps not being able to get a witness there today or something along those lines.

I still don't get these pharmacists. Did it ever enter his head that this much Propofol and the Lidocaine cream delivered to a non-hospital-like address is not doing anybody any good?

Tbh I wouldn't mind it if it would end this early everyday. Idk but 7 hours of testimonies are really exhausting imo. But that's just me.
Yeah Elusive, the defense wasn't able to spin anything today, nothing at all, Murray being against his baby mama being questioned helped too, I guess. Anyone knows who'll be up tomorrow?

@indranee the guy wasn't aware that the LA adress wasn't a clinic, Murray lied to him and said it was a clinic.

Don't think he was aware it wasn't a clinic? No way to tell from the address. Probably couldn't even imagine it was being delivered to a residence?

did Lopez testify to that? did he say that Murray told him it was for a clinic?

murray told him he had a clinic in LA and gave him the address to ship all the drugs to, that's what lopez testified.

did Lopez testify to that? did he say that Murray told him it was for a clinic?

Yes he did

He even added that once he proposed to bring the items at his clinic in LA, Murray refused and asked him to ship them

there isn't really much known about how the jurors were reacting toward certain testimonies right? Apart from what Soundmind posted right? I'd really like to know more about their reactions.

UPDATE ON HOW JURY IS TAKING ALVAREZ TESTIMONY:

Jean Casarez who's in the courtroom says the jury was taking TONS of notes "UNTIL Alvarez took the stand."

They are all transfixed, looking intently at her, "looking very judgemental upon her" and taking it all in.

When ditzy "smiles at the jury, they don't smile back."

When she was breathless talking about MJ, the jury's emotions did not match hers "and they didn't return her exurberance."

Fascinating details there!

yeah I believe there were reports about that back in late 09/10 that no finger prints were found, although it wouldn't have been hard for Murray to place Michael's finger prints on them, considering that he was already dead/nearly dead, if there were any, (which I doubt)

Radaronline are reporting about no prints on the diprivan bottles. nothing confirmed though

re the jury i read abit earlier that they smirked at her when she was going on about
her bump and mjs intrest in it.

cant for the life of me see where i read it though. on sone board

Guys thanks for all the minute to minute updates of what went on in court today,,,I missed the whole days testimony. The girlfriends?? Damn Murray needs to give it a break. Those are VERY attractive girls..WHY would they want to be with him??? Cuz he is a doctor....thats just lame. I just wish Murray would decide to tell the truth and END this mess once and for all..save every one the heartache of having to go through this testimony every single day.

Today Murray looked like womanizer who attracted gals by his status of superstar's personal phisycian. Can't believe this man find the time to talk to his girlfriends when his patient was just passing away.

Geez. How many girlfriends did this guy have at one time? I have to say that most of the witnesses look uncomfortable and don't want to be there. I can understand why but that last girlfriend just seemed to love it. The way she gushed about Michael really creeped me out. Ofcourse you would be excited to meet Michael but the way she kept saying it rubbed me the wrong way.

I hate that he was constantly on that damn phone. Not watching Michael and even in the ambulance too? I won't forget how he wanted to eat too. Your "friend" died and it just makes me so mad. I pray the jury won't forget this.

Michael should not have died. Murray was right there and he abandoned him while Michael's children were downstairs playing. I hate this guy I am sorry.
