Murray Trial - 4 October - Day 6 - Discussion

Geez. How many girlfriends did this guy have at one time? I have to say that most of the witnesses look uncomfortable and don't want to be there. I can understand why but that last girlfriend just seemed to love it. The way she gushed about Michael really creeped me out. Ofcourse you would be excited to meet Michael but the way she kept saying it rubbed me the wrong way.

I hate that he was constantly on that damn phone. Not watching Michael and even in the ambulance too? I won't forget how he wanted to eat too. Your "friend" died and it just makes me so mad. I pray the jury won't forget this.

Michael should not have died. Murray was right there and he abandoned him while Michael's children were downstairs playing. I hate this guy I am sorry.

I agree with your post not only ONE phone BUT TWO phones. Then he left Michael ALONE....he left him there to die ALONE. THAT in itself should carry a sentence of LIFE in prison. Michael didn't deserve to die alone. I am NOT AT ALL fooled by Murrays demeanor in that courtroom. Murray KNOWS what he did. HE is a damn man hoe that was too busy talking to girlfriends to watch his ONE patient,,,,he should get the same death that he caused Michael.. Michael trusted him....and he failed him. When it is Murray's time to go...I hope he suffers a horrible excruciating death. He deserves every bit of it.

There is no way this man didn't do this on purpose. You don't make that many 'mistakes'. I cannot wrap my head around this and it makes me sick.

Murray would deserve the same ending as Michael, by someone as incompetent as him. I'd love to push the needle to end his life, sue me for saying it out loud.

To me it seems like Murray told his defense he doesn't want his girlfriend to be questioned.

If that's the case, then personally, I wonder why not. Why should he be allowed to dictate who can get questioned and who doesn't? After all, he's in a court of law and according to him, he did nothing wrong. He should have let his lawyers talk to his girlfriend. He has nothing to fear from her testimony unless she could say something that could mess up the defense. This is all just my opinion.

After watching some of the court proceedings today I feel like I was watching some really bad made for TV movie, particularly when Nicole Alvarez floated onto the stand. If this wasn't so very sad due to the loss of Michael's precious lost life it would be funny. The one phrase that keeps repeating in my mind like a tape recording as I watch, listen or read about this trial is "Michael Jackson did not have to die." This could have been prevented or stopped by that horrible excuse for a doctor.

I didn't like her testimony either. She said some things that had me thinking "Why is she talking like that? What does that have to do with the case?" This is all just my opinion though.

well, he did not die alone, if he died like the toxicology report says from bolus injection , Murray was there with him when he went into arrest and when he died.

This is why I get so effing angry, this could have been prevented!! That's what echoes through my mind night and day :(

Yes he did

He even added that once he proposed to bring the items at his clinic in LA, Murray refused and asked him to ship them

Thanks TwinkEE and Autumn. So do you guys think that maybe Lopez was a bit suspicious so that he offered to deliver the stuff himself. I don't know how often this pharmacy is asked to ship that much of a substance that obviously not Tylenol. Would that not make a pharmacist suspicious? Propofol has pretty much one use, right? Anesthesia?

By the way, I have to give my opinion about televising courtroom cases. It has been terribly difficult for me to watch or listen to this trial since I am at work and do not have cable television available there and cannot play streaming media on my work computer. I got to watch/listen to the trial from my smart phone but since I used up 5GB of data my cell phone company reduced my web access speed so now I am unable to run the live feeds. I really think if they are going to televise these trials that they should also be aired on broadcast television and AM or FM radio, not just cable or the internet. Everyone - rich or poor, young or old, working or not, should have access to these televised trials. Sorry to go off topic.

Which witness are they refering to here?

Nicole Alvarez was ridiclous on the stand. Not only did she come dressed up like she was gonna audition for some movie but, she was waaay to happy to be up there. I guess she forgot someone is dead? She also lied about not knowing how much Murray was gonna be paid to be MJ's doc. This was a good day for the Pros. with all the witnesses today, no doubt!

Thanks so much Ivy.

well, he did not die alone, if he died like the toxicology report says from bolus injection , Murray was there with him when he went into arrest and when he died.

Michael SHOULD NOT of died AT ALL!!!

Is it true that Michael's fingerprints are not on any of the propofol bottles? That's a good thing?

radar online reported that there were no finger prints of MJ, if it's true than it's a good thing

This is not FACT. The toxicology report does NOT say "from bolus injection," although that may be inferred from levels of medications found, as we will hear in testimony The tox report is the raw-materials for expert testimony to come. We do not yet know (and may never know) if Murray was "with him." But, suppose that he was? There are then two possibilities. That Michael, himself, pushed the bolus and Murray was near, OR, that Murray pushed the bolus. I simply cannot believe that was something Michael could or would have done. So that leaves Murray to push the medication. If Michael's breathing had been quickly impaired, and Murray was WITH him -- EMTs were only five minutes away, and it's totally inexcusable that he didn't call them immediately.

If Michael had pushed the bolus, what about the lidocaine? It would have been excruciatingly painful without it, and he may even have screamed or yelled! Radar Online is reporting that Michael's fingerprints were not found on propofol bottles. That report has not been confirmed (although we may see that testimony later in court?) If NOT? No way he could have done it himself.

The medical testimony will no doubt be complex, and I, for one, am going to wait to hear from the experts before I form judgments about "whether or not Murray was there," and so on. I really don't think there is any way we can know that for sure, at this point? IMHO.

I always say this to myself also. I've never felt so much grief and anger like this in my whole life.

yeah I always wondered about that.. did they test for fingerprints. If MJ's prints aren't on the tubing or vials then how the heck did he 'supposedly' inject himself as the defense claims?

ABC news is also reporting 'sources' as saying that all the fingerprints on the propofol have been accounted for and NONE are Michael's. So this ought to sink the defense even lower.

As far as pushing the bolus, the lidocaine is mixed in with the propofol otherwise it burns. So if one wants to say that Michael self administered the bolus, someone would have had to mix it for him.

One other thing is that flumazenil murray ordered. I'm starting to wonder if murray had need to use it before 25 June to bring Michael 'up' from the benzos effect. And benzos can give short term amnesia
Episodic memory (the remembering of recent events and the circumstances in which they occurred and their time sequences) is particularly impaired
so who knows what was going on while Michael was under their influence. Maybe murray was robbing the place...or making audio recordings...

Thank you for posting this VERY important information, Check Mate..:clapping:

I just watched Murray's girlfriend she was not bad she is a total young ditz. Who clearly has no taste in men but she was not bad

I agree. And I am wondering if they tested all of the bottles found at the scene for fingerprints? If Michael's fingerprints were not found on any of the bottles used in the propofol/bolus administration including the lidocaine, then that should prove he didn't self-inject, in my opinion.
