well, he did not die alone, if he died like the toxicology report says from bolus injection , Murray was there with him when he went into arrest and when he died.
This is not FACT. The toxicology report does NOT say "
from bolus injection," although that
may be inferred from levels of medications found, as we will hear in testimony The tox report is the raw-materials for expert testimony to come. We do not yet know (and may never know) if Murray was "
with him." But, suppose that he was? There are then two possibilities. That Michael, himself, pushed the bolus and Murray was near, OR, that Murray pushed the bolus. I simply cannot believe that was something Michael could or would have done. So that leaves Murray to push the medication. If Michael's breathing had been quickly impaired, and Murray was WITH him -- EMTs were only
five minutes away, and it's totally inexcusable that he didn't call them immediately.
If Michael had pushed the bolus, what about the lidocaine? It would have been excruciatingly painful without it, and he may even have screamed or yelled! Radar Online is reporting that Michael's fingerprints were
not found on propofol bottles. That report has not been confirmed (although we may see that testimony later in court?) If NOT? No way he could have done it himself.
The medical testimony will no doubt be complex, and I, for one, am going to wait to hear from the experts before I form judgments about "whether or not Murray was there," and so on. I really don't think there is any way we can know that for sure, at this point? IMHO.
