Exactly and then she had to read stories about her grandmother being ill on TWITTER of all places. People were tweeting her alot about Katherine having a stroke etc... imagine to find out something like that on the Internet. I cant...

The whole Joe versus Joseph nonsense is something that the hoax brigade like to harp on about. Fact is, either Joe or Joseph can be used as a middle name. One is simply a shortened version of the other and so either is legally acceptable. Someone called Christopher could call themselves Chris on a legal document, or vice versa, and it would still be valid.
 
This is exhausting! And to think Michael put up with this craziness his whole life. No wonder he finally just stayed away altogether. No wonder he couldn't sleep :(

I believe that "Joe" is probably on Michael's birth certificate. Otherwise, I totally agree. Michael used "Joseph" as his middle name in court, e.g. Dangerous court deposition:

She was right not to sign it. If she contests the will she will lose her inheritance. That is why at the beginning she attempted to do so and was advised by the attorney not to. Michael had that stipulation in his will--smart guy. I guess that is why in this letter, they are saying they went against Katherine and advisers wishes.
 
There is a reason Michael didn't talk to them... They are all lunatics! They are using MJ for publicity and money! If ANYONE thinks that the Families claims about anything controversial is factual, they have got to be kidding. The worst thing is that after everything Michael has said and done, his own FAMILY are trying to get a piece of the pie... This is the most dysfunctional family i have ever seen and they should be ashamed
 
I honestly dont know what to believe.........but wasnt the will years old though....im sure he couldve changed his mind about these two since then

Maybe Michael would not have gone on twitter etc. but Paris wanted people to know her grandmother was fine. Then she finds out who said it and she said how she felt. The letter wasn't about Katherine but her and her brothers too. She is being honest and I commend her for that. I think to be honest that Michael protected his family in the public too much and yet he was the one that people said wasn't normal and weird and all that. Michael would never do what his siblings are doing right now. If anything Michael was the normal one in that family.
 
What has the family done in the last 3 years that Michael can be proud of? When the family talk about him it's like they work for the tabloids. Michael was a weak person and he was an addict and can't handle work etc. Have they followed Michael's wishes and what he wanted? I don't think so.

I have seen the estate the last 3 years show a positive side to Michael. Reaching out to introduce Michael to new generations and for his legacy to grow. Cirque de soleil was a great idea and I loved the show. Katherine and the kids are in a lovely home and all their needs are taken care of. Michael would be proud of how his kids are doing.

I am sorry to say but these people have no identity of their own. Yes, Michael was their family but get jobs, get a life and maybe if they had not relied on Michael most of their adult lives that people would not see them as Michael Jackson's brother or sisiter only but just them. I pray for his kids and somewhow they remember what Michael taught them. I hope as they get older they get away from this craziness and have a good life.
 
Randy was probably closer to Mike in the late 80s/early 90s than Janet.

Not saying that to defend Randy, I would never do that, but just to say how it was.

People have an image of them being close because they used to be and they are the most famous and Janet seems decent. But they have especially not been close in the last 10-15 years.

I just want to add my two cents to this ...I am utterly and completely disgusted with Randy and the rest of the Jacksons that have written and signed this letter...their are grounds for this is nothing but greed..especially Randy. How dare he come out and lie about Katherine...saying she had a mini stroke and that it is all true...then we have sweet Paris coming out on twitter to defend her grandma and calling her uncle out on HIS LIES. Its about time that he was publically called out on his BS...and even if it was a child that had to do it....I for one am VERY proud of Miss Paris for doing this. Michael left his will the way he wanted it..he left what he wanted to WHOM he wanted it...it has been 3 years..unfortunately they cannot seem to get through their heads that Michael did not want to leave any of them anything...Randy is crazy..that is obvious to me...its time that he and the rest give up the cherades and leave the topic of the will alone. I am so glad that the estate responded in the way that they did . Enough is enough already from Randy and the rest of the greedy Jackson's.

^^He is saying she did not have a stroke today, so is he implying she had one another day. He should simply say he lied to make it seem the actions of the Estate caused his mom to have a stroke. Paris of course being sweet apologized for her swift comment. However, I thank her for letting the public see that the letter has at least ONE untruth. Who makes up a lie to show that their dear mother's health is failing? A stoke is such a horrible thing to wish on anyone, be it mini or severe. It is like wishing them dead.

imo...by Paris exposing THIS lie...about katherine and the mini-stroke...I think that people should see that the rest of his claim in the letter is also a lie. Randy is a angry person he is upset because he was left nothing...its time he faces the truth and stops his lies.

I think she apologized for the WAY she spoke to him, but not for saying the statement was a lie. That is what a girl brought up right by her dad would do, so to me it is OK. The world already read that he lied, and that is the most important thing.

This Jackson family has got to be the most embarassing show biz family of all time. Paris should not have tweeted something like that - although she is right - she should have not been the one to have tweeted that. Why can't she just enjoy being a child instead of getting mixed up in public fights with these crazy adults?

Prettygirl she will always get mixed up in it, because any action family members take that involve her name, her followers will tweet her about it and ask questions. She has lived with Katherine for 3 years, and has become very fond of her, as it should be, so she does not want anyone saying something against Katherine's health. It seems her choice of words were an immediate response to the lie, and she spoke out as we do when someone suddenly enrages us.

90% of what the Estate has done has been good work. The family have a right to be concerned but it shouldn't be done in public like this. That letter should have been sent privately. It really reflects badly on them.
