Michael Jackson’s Family Demands Estate’s Executors Resignation / Estate Responds

Something is going on that "we" don't know about. I have said it before and I will say it again, Somethings that "they" want shared will get reported and there are other things that don't get shared and something is going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

The Jacksons letter accuse the Executors of robbing Michael's childrens ( Blanket 10yrs. old and his Mother Katherine Jenkins) of their inheritance. is that Blanket's mother?

Where did you get that Jenkins? I didn't see any mention of Katherine Jenkins in that letter, just Katherine Jackson, their mother.

Mode Note- Heads Up
A few post have been moved to the Katherine Jackson is missing thread.

so we can keep all info in one thread and keep track of any updates as they come in.

Michael never identified Blanket's mother and by only referring to her as a sarogate, he had no intention of her being identified. I think this is just another cog in the plot. Get conservatorship from Katherine to control the monies for Prince and Paris which will only be for about 4 more years until they are both 18, and a pawn in the form of some Katherine Jenkins (talk about fake and fraud) for Blanket for the next 8 years or so.

It could be that Katherine became ill while trying to please her grown-assed children, who don't give a damn about Michael's children.

"Oh what a tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive."

Tidbit from new AP story

Jackson's estate recently filed court records indicating it had generated gross earnings of $475 million and successfully handled hundreds of millions of dollars in debts the singer had accrued.

Sanders filed a request to audit the estate's financial records and said Friday he made the routine request three weeks ago and it was not prompted by the Jackson siblings' letter.

Sanders said he did not think the estate had done anything wrong, but Katherine Jackson's team should be provided with detailed records of the estate's finances.

"I think it's part of appropriate due diligence," he said of the audit.

I always thought that KJ and the kids (Guardian ad item) where always provided with that kind of information.

If there is a bright light into all of this mess is maybe Katherine and the three kids realize now not to trust any of Michae's siblings with maybe Jackie being the exception. I think Paris is opening up her eyes to this and who knows maybe Michael did warn her about his brothers and sisters.

Will they never stop??

There was a good reason MJ did NOT put them in his will !!!

I think the executors of the estate have done good for MJs legacy,The question has been asked why now 3 yrs later...Something fishy here.........

Michael has no legal responsibility with regards to his

No one in that family has any legal right to question Michael Jackson's Estate Executors. *There is nothing binding them to do so because they are all over 21 years of age.

The only people mentioned in the will were his mother, Katherine Jackson, and his 3 children. *I do not have any idea why his siblings are so hot to wrangle with the Estate Executors. *What law in this land gave them the right to question their brother's financial affairs? *Since they*
must know this, they are using their mother as a way to involve themselves
and perhaps takeover the Estate.

This is also jeopardizing Katherine's legal guardianship because if sometime had passed and the guardian of these children are not able to do their job, the Children's Services will takeover if Katherine had been missing for a long time and that will further screw up the structure setup for them.

So, I would love to know whose brilliant idea this is because it will never work. *There are no legal responsibilities Michael had with his siblings and it is also true vice versa.

The only thing I can transparently see is that MJ's siblings are fighting without cause. *So they could keep Katherine as long as they want but they will never get their hands on MJ's fortune. *Tough luck for them. *Their mastermind should be dipped in boiling oil.

I always thought Randy was the normal one. He didn't want to get involved in the ego-driven reality show and seemed to have MJ's best interests at heart. But then again...who really gives a flying f*** about any of this B.S. Shouldn't we focus more on making our own lives better? Why the hell am I posting on a MJ board anyway? Is it because my name, "HOTEL" is just too cool to not appear every once in a while?

Randy the normal one? Ask Tina Turner...

Howard Mann talking about the will and the claims of the letter in the second part of the interview

Katherine Jackson’s Business Partner: ‘I’m Truly Concerned For Her Safety’ (EXCLUSIVE)
20 minutes ago Leave a Comment

Katherine Jackson’s business partner is headed to a Los Angeles court on Monday to learn a judge’s summary judgment ruling in his ongoing legal battle with the Michael Jackson Estate — all while mystery continues to surround the whereabouts of the famed music family’s matriarch.

Ironically, it was Canadian-born entrepreneur Howard Mann who first claimed the Estate is a “fraudulently obtained dictatorship” — long before five members of pop star’s family penned a letter in which they suggested their late brother’s last will and testament was “fake, flawed and fraudulent” — and that the executors of the estate, John Branca and John McClain, forged the King of Pop’s signature on it.

Speaking exclusively to Celebuzz, Mann said he was concerned for the welfare of 82-year-old Katherine, who was reported missing to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday night. She reportedly contacted police late Sunday afternoon.

“I am truly concerned for Katherine’s safety,” Mann told Celebuzz.

“My thoughts are with her and Paris, Prince and Blanket as they attempt to maintain a normal life in this tumultuous time.”

As Katherine’s lawyer Sandra Ribera told Celebuzz, she flew to Albuquerque, N.M. on July 15 to watch her four sons in concert two days later, but has not been heard from since. Jermaine Jackson, one of Michael Jackson’s brothers, said Friday afternoon that his mother is doing fine and is simply “resting up” in Arizona.

Mann operates the website JacksonSecretVault.com — and helped Katherine produce the coffee table book, “Never Say Goodbye”. In Jan. 2011, the Estate filed a lawsuit against the businessman, accusing him of violating copyright and trademark laws by cashing in on all things Jackson.

The latest drama surrounging the Jackson clan came after Tito, Randy, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie Jackson demanded the co-executors of their brothers’ Estate resign immediately, as Celebuzz first reported.

Said Mann: “While I feel there is tremendous merit in some of accusations being made by Katherine’s children in the letter they sent out this week, I feel the approach being taken by the siblings is a mistake.”

“Even if, as the Estate claims, the Michael Jackson Will and Trust was validated and litigated in court, issues remain outstanding,” added Mann.

“One, where is Mrs. Jackson’s and the children’s money and two, do Katherine and the children truly believe that John Branca serves their best interest as a Trustee? Based on my direct discussions, I believe they do not have such confidence in Mr. Branca.

“Are there massive issues surrounding the Will and Trust of Michael Jackson? Put simply, yes. But the time and window to contest the Will might have lapsed.

“The key focus on the validity of this Estate is not the Will and Trust. Instead, in my opinion, it resides in the current execution of the trust. But they are a family and that Estate Administration part is really none of my business.”

According to Brian Oxman, the Jackson family’s former lawyer, the octogenarian is “okay” but has “gone into seclusion because she’s very upset about the will.”

:bugeyed What a bunch of nonsense from bunch of the jacksons shady associates. Is celebuzz randy's new pr team? I think the letter was first published in that tabloid site and randy Jackson proudly confirmed its authenticity in his twitter right away.

Mann needs to focus on Jackson issues only and not on estate matters which he knows nothing about. His ignorance is the reason he is in court now. One would think by now he has had enough of meddling with estate affairs.

Did I see someone write up ahead that Randy was the normal one and he had Michael's best interest at heart?

Just a question. Is is true that Michael in a letter fired John Branca in Feb. 2003, demanding "everything" be returned to him? Wouldn't that have meant the Will aswell?! If so how did John Branca still have a copy? Is it because he was rehired later?

Statement from MJ Estate

FROM THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL JACKSON

We thank the fans for their keen interest in the matters that have been reported on recently regarding the Estate and Mrs. Jackson.

We will not comment any further on the letter we received from certain of the Jackson siblings. We think our letter in response speaks for itself.

We are acutely concerned about the welfare of Mrs. Jackson, and most particularly with Michael's minor children. We are concerned that we do what we can to protect them from undue influences, bullying, greed, and other unfortunate circumstances. While we do not have standing to directly intervene, we have monitored the situation and will continue to do so. We believe measures are being put in place that will help protect them from what they are having to deal with.

We take these matters very seriously and will continue to report on them as appropriate.

Sincerely,

John Branca

I believe he had copies given to him. Don't forget that he was rehired in 2009.

and as far as I know when Branca submitted the Will in the court, he didn't know if the one he had was the latest one.
If there was another Will, anybody could have brought it on front of the judge and the one with the latest date, would have been accepted.

Exactly. The Jacksons have nothing but a big mouth.

Let me clarify one more thing to my previous post. If michael hated Branca so much, and going by common sense, he would have gone to other law firm and asked them to draft a new will. This law firm could have submitted this Will the same time as Branca and it would have been the latest one, therefore accepted by judge as the latest. But as there were no such a will produced from other firm, 2002 Will is the latest. Also, if Branca and co were to forge Michael's Will, wouldn't they have changed the date to 2009 or at least newer than 2002 as there is a risk that out there could be a newer Will and they would lose the whole lot.
