IMO the Estate needs to fight tooth and nail to not only crush Wade and expose him for what he really is; but also to effectively send out a signal that suing Michael Jackson (and thus the Estate) is not an easy thing to do. That a sob story and a repressed memory is not enough.
They NEED to send out that message, otherwise this hell will NEVER end.... :(

june 13 is the motion to seal hearing for the civil lawsuit. again those will be brief hearings

don't expect to hear anything from the estate. they don't address ongoing lawsuits.

I think the Estate should remain quiet as long as the media is quiet. Now if the media start running with Wade story, then the Estate should come out swinging. Sometimes SILENCE is KEY. No need is waking up dead dogs.

It is going to be ok. Again, look at the BIG PICTURE. Wade can say whatever he wants and people who want money can do that and try to take it to court; however, PROVE IT. And based on Wade and how he defended MJ ALL HIS LIFE since 1993 as kid until NOW, it does NOT make sense even the "repressed memory mess" since Wade is someone that the media and other people ALWAYS talked about the MJ to him and the claims. During MJ 2005 case, we went throug the same thing with folks coming out with mess. And in the end, it was shown it was all a lie. I remember a woman even came out and said she was pregnat with QUAD twins for MJ which aired for two days; and that was shown to be a LIE later and brushed under the rug. Again, this is always the pattern from liars who bother MJ. We all got through those things we will get throught this. I am more angry that Wade think people are stupid. A FEW people maybe stupid to believe him but those people are already bias toward MJ; so who care what they think.

UPDATE on Tom Mesereau interview on the Today Show. Though Mr. Mesereau thought the interview would air today, he contacted me today to say that it will most likely air tomorrow to coincide with the Wade Robson interview they are doing tomorrow.

I imagine they'll speak to Wade, play Mesereau's prerecorded tape, then get Wade to respond.

WR can sometimes appear awkward in tv interviews. Check out his one with Jimmy Kimmel in 2003 for instance. He will be well prepared for tomorrow. Wonder if he will break down and pretend to cry.

Is this the beginning of the end?? No more MJ on radio, tv etc. if it was just for money why accuse MJ of abuse? Why try and destroy everything MJ worked for? Surely he could claim a thousand other things besides this?? This is really depressing me. Last thing in the world I expected. Don't understand the quietness from the estate and others. Did frank Casio know Robson? Have a really bad feeling about this. I believe he must have some strong evidence to go ahead with this otherwise he must be completely nuts or brainwashed. Why are the estate , jacksons and other MJ friends not going to he'll and back to crush this once and for all??

Because this is the only thing he does not need to prove . Anything else he must provide an evidence except this . That's why it's very easy to make such accusations .It's he said/ she said situation

Every move he did so far is about money. The creditors' claim, the civil lawsuit.

Why this? Because he knows this is MJ's Achilles heel. This is what gets the most attention by the media and this is what puts the most pressure on the Estate. It may be also about revenge because he did not get the Cirque show.

Why should the Estate say anything at this point other than what Weitzman already said? They will fight it properly, not on tabloid shows.

Maybe he never loved Michael, just used him for his benefit like so many others did.

back then he did not have a reason , he was living large , he had the means to live large and it was because of MJ he lived that large, so what was the point of turning against him ? Now he run out of money. His "loyalty" to MJ no longer pays off, it was not appreciated "enough" by his estate. No job, no money , financial troubles , vendetta against the estate and Jaimie King .

I'm I the only one this scared? How are ye so sure about all this?? More could come forward now and make the situation worse?? To think I was just starting to enjoy his legacy, music after years of feeling sad, hurt and despondent at how everything turned out for MJ.

Another thought on his mind probably he believes AEG might appreciate his timing , if the things turn their way , they would rehire him .

If he's going on tv to talk about his claims why did he file them under seal ?

No you are not the only one, People will believe whatever they want to believe. Jimmy Savile had 450 accusers coming out within weeks of the first report . the FBI investigated MJ for 20 years . nothing was found against him.

MJ's larger than life , it's as simple as that .

No one is happy about it. I'm sure that MJ is innocent and never molested anyone. I base that conviction on the fact that I have studied the past allegations against him and I'm sure he never molested Jordan Chandler, Jason Francia or Gavin Arvizo. So why would he have molested Wade Robson? He was not a child molester!

There could be more opportunists trying to cash-in on it, people who never even met MJ (like Daniel Kapon or Joseph Bartucci in 2005) and it won't be good if that happens, but they will have to prove their claims. MJ had lots of lawsuits filed against him during his life and since where women claimed to have been his wife or claimed that their child is Michael's - real life Billie Jeans. He had more allegations of that type than child molestation allegations. Does that meen Michael slept around with women only to leave them when they got pregnant? No matter how many women claim that they remain the same ridiculous allegations. Same with this crap.

Of course, the media never took those allegations seriously and they never wrote articles about them. Unfortunately they will take CM allegations more seriously and they will get huge publicity, but that doesn't make them true either. Robson wants money, that is clear. For 20 years Robson claimed the exact opposite of what he claims now. That is a fact too. He will have to do a lot of explaining if he claims this. If he cites repressed memories that is shaky grounds as well, since repressed memories are very controversial and in his case downright impossible.

I think what he is doing now in the media is trying to bully the Estate into a settlement. It's very clear that they play it in a very calculated way.
