I don't know about you guys, but if something like this after so many years, after his passing can happen. Who's to say that not another kid will stand up after a few years and claim something similar? It's just insane. This Wade Robson guy...what is his explanation of defending Michael all those years during the trial AND afterwards after his death and so on, helping Jermaine with a book of his, denying Blanca's claims and so on....what is his explanation that he's making this complete turnaround now? I'm surprised this shit is even still around. EVEN with the bitch Blanca Francia now 'confirming' this nonense and siding with him, how credible can she be for the judge when she admitted under oath that she made it all up? How in the name of god could this ever make trial?

I don't think so. Wade's claims are not tied to the Jxns AEG case so it will not go away when the AEG trial is finished. The media will just focus attention on Wade all the more.. once the AEG trial is over. One defense it all the positive things estate is doing to honor MJ and we need to support and focus on that .. Let's not allow all the garbage to take away from us supporting MJs shine and legacy. Then when the proper time comes they will deal with Wade and whip his ass..

Aaron Carter recently spoke positively about MJ

The only two we haven't heard from in years and who seem to be very private people are Jimmy Safechuck and Jonathan Spence. They both denied it to investigators in 2005 and also gave depositions about it in 1994 and Jimmy was with MJ in 1995 and got married in Neverland, Jonathan Spence was a friend of 3T's so maybe he's still in touch with them.

And those are really the only kids who can claim to have had substantial contact with MJ.

Hold on.....Aaron Carter spoke positively about him? But i didn't forget his weird nonsense a year ago or ...was it already two years? What happened to that?

And i read that Taj was molested by someone.....holy crap, i truly missed a lot of news.

I don't trust anybody anymore. The estate will have all the facts they need and they have Tom Messereau. Nobody can help them better than him. Scum associate with other scum. I am just praying that it all works out and that people especially non fans will see this for it is. I think what sickens me the most is he saw how badly Michael hurt from the trial. People saw what it did to him and he does this? He has spent time with Prince, Paris and Blanket and he does this to them? God will watch over us and Michael. People like Wade will have to deal with the consequences of their actions when the time is right.

We only know stuff from published sources, but we raise the questions and arguments that those published sources may not. WR has already dropped the repressed memory angle. If we as fans can come up with one argument, one interview, one clip, one anything that challenges what he and his lawyer are saying, it's worth this area being generally off limits and it not being read here.

While WR has a team of lawyers and experts undoubtedly scouring for anything and everything, MJ has thousands of fans on this board who are asking questions the WR team themselves may overlook.

For instance, WR's prepared interview with the Today show proved they did not think things out well enough. For Robson to say that at 22 when in the midst of a child abuse case, he didn't realize what had happened to him was abuse was ludicrous. If he had been sitting before a group of people before hand, they would have pointed out how ludicrous it was and a better answer would have been developed.

We don't want to pose a single question that may be read here to help them come up with better answers and preparation for their case.

I just read on some board that the reason Robson had been favorable to MJ despite the abuse was because he was suffereing from the Stockholm syndrome where the abused becomes enamored by his abuser and defends them. I would not be surprised if that reasoning somehow finds its way into Robson's defense at some point to make up for his ludicrous flub this week.

I'm glad this area is register only.

They have Tom Mesereau on board? Cause that would be indeed very very wise. But i sure do hope that the estate will go against this with full power,they need and have to. In Michael's name and for his sake, he 1000000% deserves it!!!

After Michael Jackson died, fans made up stories that Jordan Chandler recounted his molestation claims. These stories never had an ounce of truth to them. It is believed that several other of Michael's alleged victims are about to come forward. You can bet Michael Jackson fans will harass them and try to discredit them as much as possible. However, a can of worms has now been open and we hope that child abuse victims will no longer be silenced.

well...., 2 weeks ago nobody would have been expecting that that Wade Robson could accuse MJ and for the first time ever make an interview calling MJ - pedophile and child abuser - on national tv!

Now... we can expect anything from anyone...

Some of MJ fans should realize the monstrous impact on MJs legacy and character after these allegations by Robson, they are far more damaging than the trial in 2005!

He's certainly charming. One of the nicest guys I ever met. And you don't get in his position without being a little ruthless. So was Michael. Not sure about the third one though!

Is TMez really sure that this man is a good lawyer. If Gradstein listened to Wade's interview on the Today Show & heard a "normal" story, then he is the best lawyer for Wade. This also means he encouraged Wade to talk, which is even more stupid. I see again they have read some publications to find out what a victim is supposed to be like. They are going by the old story that the victims don't talk for years, but Gradstein does not understand that this is not what is the major problem with Wade's story. It is not him not coming forward for years that kills his credibility, but that he claims he remembered everything & that he did not understand the actions as abuse until the other day.

He also makes a big mistake in not looking at the 05 trial before he took on Wade. If we are to believe that tabloid TMZ, Gradstein is now going to look at the 05 trial with that woman's testimony so he could use her. Now let's see if after looking at the full testimony, he still uses that woman & still believes Wade's story.

I am so happy we have Gradstein. Gradstein is like Muarry. Muarry decided to be an anesthesiologist when he was a heart doctor & Gradstein is an intellectual property lawyer and has decided to be a criminal lawyer specializing in child abuse cases. Both Muarry & he have failed their client. Wade better take note of that & hopefully Gradstein or Wade or both will not land in jail like Muarry did. Wade's greed will do him in, because rather than get a lawyer who deals with these cases, he gets someone who can understand Michael greatest asset.

I just can't get over how unfair this all is. Michael helped thousands upon thousands of children. There is not a shred of evidence to suggest he ever abused them in any way. Mere accusations, which are without exception full of holes and directly linked to money, are enough to destroy an innocent man's reputation forever. The media have always been incredibly biased against him, to a point that I cannot even fathom. Even in death, they won't let him rest in peace. When people simply try to point out the inconsistencies in the accusations, they're accused of "harassing the victims" or being "delusional fans". Where is the justice? It just feels like there's no hope for improvement. Every time the public's perception seems to become more favourable to Michael Jackson a bit, something like this happens to turn the clock back. This one accusation has turned into yet another avalanche of **** tumbling down on Michael's grave. What does it take to convince people that Michael really was the victim of extortion rather than a child abuser? The FBI says he's not guilty. The courts say he's not guilty. The (lack of) evidence says he's not guilty. What more do people want? All it takes is a persistent media telling people "he's weird", "he's a w*cko", "he's eccentric" and at some point, they will accept the most absurd accusations as truth without requiring any evidence at all. That thought is quite scary to me. If they can do it to Michael, they can do it to anyone. I'm so sick and tired of having to defend myself for being a Michael Jackson fan. This man deserves our love and support for everything he's done for other people. I know he was no angel and he made mistakes in life but he was not a criminal.

i only shaking my head, and laughing about this all, about AEG and USA, and the haters. looks like to me something like that is only possible in that country. "the land of opportunity", it really is.

Some of you may choose to walk away from it all. Some of us feel obliged to somehow counter the negativity and the misinformation that is out there. Each to their own. But if we won't do it noone else will.

^^What's with all the negativity all of a sudden. Everyone needs to be positive and send out positive energy, so you can do positive things, to have a positive outcome for Michael. Wade's story is not going to harm Michael's legacy, unless you make it happen. Wade's story has too many holes in it & once all the details of why this claim was engineered comes out, there will be even more people on Michel's side.

Don't look for happiness from tabloid reports. I see that those of you who do, tend to write negative feelings & say you are worried. You are looking for sources of strength & truth in the wrong places. Keep yourself focused & look at facts to keep you uplifted. If you focus on lies & see these as having power, of course you will start to feel down & depressed. The lies in the tabloids like the examiner have no power over you or Michael's legacy.

You may find me strange, but I see every flaw in this case as a great thing which will help Michael. Every time Wade/lawyer/Francia speak or write crap, I am happy because I know they are putting themselves in a trap which will be their doom if this get's to court. I see all the inconsistencies about when Wade found out, inconsistencies about why he came forward, inconsistencies about repressed vs knowing all the time, inconsistencies about being in a collapse but then michaeling, and those make me happy. If we can find inconsistencies, can you imagine what a trained lawyer or investigator from the Estate will find to use in court. Now I hear Wade is looking for the maid & the lawyer is too, I am super happy. Look at how many things in this case makes me happy because I know they can be used to help Michael win. It is the way you look at things.

So let's stop with the whining, crying, lamenting & keep a positive outlook. I suggest we do a supper big flower thing for Michel in June to show that even with this extra crap, he is getting more love than ever. The more they throw filth at him, is the more good things you have to do for him. It drives his detractors crazy...
