Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate
I don't think he will say exact dates. He will say things which can be related to something else that happened around that time. And what if he says something happened on March 22, 1992 (which I don't think he will say, but let's suppose for a moment he will say dates)? And then it turns out on March 22 MJ wasn't there? It would be a mistake in his testimony for sure, but it wouldn't be that significant of a mistake as you think. No one can be expected to remember exact dates of things 20+ years ago (and I doubt any bodyguard would remember such things either). Like I said Wade spent enough time alone with MJ to claim that the molestations happened when they did indeed spend time together, instead of inventing new dates. The Arvizo case was different, that's why the timeline problems are different there. MJ did not spend time alone with those boys. There was only one time in about 2000 when they spent a night in his bedroom and Michael asked Frank to sleep there as well. The rest of the dates were totally invented by the Arvizos in that case as MJ never spent a night alone with them. He did spend time alone with Wade though and unfortunately Wade now uses that to claim things.
And we know about the time and places he will claim he was molested. Just read his 2005 testimony where the occasions he slept in MJ's room are discussed in detail. He does not have to do anything but to read his testimony again, take those occasions and now claim that he was molested on those occasions. And that's what he'll do, not invent new dates IMO. It's pretty clear when you compare his 2005 testimony to his new claims. He claims now that he was molested between the age of 7 and 14. He said in 2005 that he spent the first night in MJ's room when he was 7 and the last time was when he was 14. That's why he claims now he was molested between 7 and 14. He basically claims that on every occasion between the age of 7 and 14 when he was alone with MJ MJ molested him. He is overdoing it a lot and it's amazing to me that these people do not seem to care about building some kind of consistency in what kind of pedophile MJ supposedly was. I mean when you read the Chandlers' story, they claim MJ slowly built it up, gradually making small steps towards molestation. Now Wade claims the first or second night he started to molest him right away. There was no grooming, no build-up process, nothing, just in medias res. MJ must have been the most inconsistent, pattern-less, unmethodical child molester ever...
Wade is too greedy and he claims he was molested from the first day until he was 14 on each and every occasion he was alone with MJ because that's how he wants to maximize his "damages" and the puntitive sum he can ask for. He's overdoing it out of greed. (And he's trying to maximize the compensative sum as well, by saying he was on his way to become an international superstar if not for the molestation.)
Also that first or second night he claims was first molested his sister slept in the room as well, only on the other floor. Back in 2005 she never claimed to have witnessed or heard or suspect anything, so it will be interesting to see if she'll change her story now to support Wade and if she'll claim now that she heard things or something. In case she does we will know that his family is with him in it together, not just getting fooled by him. With that they'd risk Chantal's credibility too, though, because that would make her a liar on the stand as well (she either lied in 2005 or she would be lying now).
