Just watching Britain's got talent when what should appear... Sony's STTR advert!

Then to the amazement of my entire family during the next add break... THE LNFSG XSCAPE COMMERCIAL!

This is during the UKs biggest television show!

I admit theres a nostalgia factor, but the quality is there if you have the proper equipment. Vinyl is making a comeback. MP3 can't give you the quality. CD is good, HD Tracks in 24/192k is better, and SuperAudio CD is best.

promotion just keeps on improving, i'm so happy about the promotional tools used for this project. Wonderful time to show commercials etc. hope the album gets to the top 2 in the uk charts.

I have also noticed the physical promotions, etc. were done in non-U.S. regions for lack of a better term. Those areas have posters and even a hologram.

U.S. promotions were television spots (Iheart Radio, pending Billboard awards, GMA, Jeep commercial) and listening party reviews.

I assume U.S. radio is playing LNFSG. I believe R/B/HipHop radio will eventually branch out to Chicago, LY, Xscape. They may even play the original Chicago, Xscape, and BG.

Sony is releasing very soon even a newer technology: digital format on tapes.

Digital tapes have existed for ages for backup purposes, less for music purposes. At any case, this doesn't seem to be a new file format (which is a good thing, we have enough of these already).

I highly recommend anyone listening to Thriller on SACD if you have the option (a friend, a hi-fi store in your neighborhood or whatever). It's just so crystal clear that your brain pops out :).

Pbthal did a great rip of Thriller. It craps over all the other versions online.

This is new, you will be able to store more than 40 million songs on one tape.

p.s. No, it's not a new file format. It's still digital technology. However what is interesting is the space available on it.

How many version of the album is out there i'm confused
Is this correct?

1. Normal version (1 CD)
2. Deluxe Edition (2 CD Sets)??? is this the one with the Poster?
3. Deluxe Edition (CD/DVD set)?

New Xscape is so powerful. It reminds me of modern version of Jam (one of my favourite MJ songs). The bass is killer!

i completely agree with you, it's definitely the best new mix of a song created for this album.... only slightly beating out Chicago!

When I first heard it, I preferred the original version, but as I'm listening more and more, it's really growing on me....The bass is what kept me going back to re-listen and start to notice all the cool elements in it....I love the bridge in the new version, it was great in the first place but its more prominent now, which is what I wanted...It's great!

I can def see original STTR in Dangerous album. Or even a Dangerous 25 bonus, had it not been in Xscape.

if someone wants to have a discussion about it, sorry i cant cause i have big problem since thursday with internet. its broken since that day, at least until tuesday. i only have 100mb , i dont know how to call that, its a sim card with 100mb. like prepaid. a sim that for surprise i got after buying my tablet 2 weeks ago. so if i would not have this, i have no internet on the most important weekend this year. i'm going through a nightmare these days. man, i cant believe that. this whole shit here. f****** telecom idiots.

Sony are to release another official remix of LNFSG by Dutch DJ Fedde Le Grand. Releasing 19th may 2014.

Maybe suggests a physical cd release?

His remix was premiered on bbc radio 1 earlier tonight.

I must say I do not like it, I just don't think it suits the song. But there's plenty of non fans that do like it according to soundcloud.
