There may not be evidence, but one can't deny the timing in all of this; how his thing came out the same time that trial started. That's what sparked that theory, but if it is true then of course there's not gonna be any evidence, cause they'll try to cover it up and cover it up good. Seeing how Mama Katherine filed documents for an appeal, we'll see how things go.

The site claimed that AEG was sued in 2013, that is not true. The Jackson family first filed suit back in 2010. AEG had three years to do a smear campaign, yet the wait until the trial starts? Also, why is Wade still out there and why is Chuck involve? He has noting to do with AEG and so why would he helped Wade.

Really, the timing can easily be explain as Wade timing his allegation when the world is focus on Michael, much like how Chuck's allegation hit a day before Xscape was release.

The AEG theory was really dumb, but it is popular among some fans to make AEG the devil.

People came up with the AEG theory because AEG lawyers had quoted saying it would get dirty - however lawyers were commenting about the drug use claims they would bring. Any molestation claim has been irrelevant to their lawsuit and/or appeal. also AEG theory wouldn't explain Safechuck. AEG had already won their lawsuit so they wouldn't need any more dirty claims.

If you look to timeline Wade's claims came at the same time as Cirque One ticket sales and Safechuck came at the same time as Xscape release. If anything they are targeting MJ Estate IMO. Also Estate and Jacksons are different entities. Making a claim against Estate had and still has no effect on lawsuits by Jacksons and/or AEG.

It's similar to people thinking Sony had anything to do with the allegations against MJ, there's no evidence of that either, just more speculative theories like with AEG.

Or Sony and AEG teaming up to hire Murray to kill Michael to take his Catalog. Really, the Wade one is very mild in comparison.

Exactly, but even those aren't the craziest I've heard. I once read a comment where a woman was claiming that the Illuminati "injected" MJ with vitiligo to make him white. Yep, that was right off the rails! I have 3 neurological disorders and left high school after finishing year 10 and I don't fall for crap like that so what's their excuse?! Learning about critical thinking, logical fallacies and what it really takes to prove a premise was one of the best things I ever did for myself, it can save you a lot of embarrassment because you won't be so easily convinced about everything you see, hear or read.

Gee I remember fans were saying this the first day after this broke, but I did not realized they are still doing so. I thought by now after the AEG case they would have seen that there were no facts backing up this theory. Oh well...

Thanks for the laugh what a claim. I must say I heard Dick Gregory say Michael was given female hormones as a child to keep his voice high and the result was it made him have that skin condition. So, I guess illuminati is not the only one, changing Michel's skin color!!! The laughs I get on this forum....

I remember reading something like that on lipstickalley. Except, it wasn't the Illuminati, it was 'the man' or more specially the white media and their Jew allies. It was a giant post that I couldn't finish because I thought I was being punk. It stuff like this that get fans label insane.

Really, we can make an entire thread about conspiracies that fans believe about Michael starting from the planted porn, Sony, AEG, the allegations, Murray, I mean the list goes on.

I always found the Sony the conspiracies to be the funniest since Sony can make this giant conspiracy to take down Michael, but fall on their faces with the PS3 and the Vita. Not to mention losing their music throne to Apple. Since I am a hardcore gamer, I know Sony more on Playstation than their music department.

I was wondering about the holiday film in the other thread. Now if this comes out in June and shows Michael just having fun, maybe that may make some people think those claims are being made by opportunists? I know we have had lots of evidence including court documents, Michael's statement about his reasons for associating with children & families, and witnesses' statements and still some do not believe. However, maybe if that film is done with integrity, it would help people be more skeptical of Wade and Chuck than they already are?

Former Disney Exec David Neuman has been quietly dropped from a sexual molestation case filed by a man who raked him over the coals at a very public news conference.

Michael Egan -- now 31 -- filed the suit against Neuman in April, claiming Neuman was part of a Hollywood sex ring repeatedly preying on Egan at pool parties, who was 15 at the time. Egan's lawyer, Jeff Herman, held a news conference where he and Egan attacked Neuman and others.

But Neuman's lawyer, Patty Glaser, filed legal docs blowing Egan's claim out of the water, producing a sworn declaration from Egan back in 2003 in which Egan said he "never had any kind of physical contact" with Neuman that was sexual and that Neuman "never acted inappropriately."

Egan and Herman did not hold a news conference to announce the dismissal of the lawsuit. We spoke with Herman but he had no comment.

Neuman's lawyer, Patty Glaser, told the Hollywood Reporter, "We will hold accountable those who wrongly created the hurt and damage by making outrageous, unfounded assertions that cannot be undone."

Egan has not dropped his cases against 2 other Hollywood big wigs, but this isn't going to help his credibility.

The dates are discussed only a couple of posts above yours, please read back a little.

One member says the next hearings are on June 13 and 19.

So Egan does not go down the Wade route and says that when he gave his sworn declaration he was just unable and unwilling to realize he was abused by Neuman?

Unfortunately in Michael's case sworn declarations, depositions, police interviews, court testimonies never mattered. When it comes to him people are allowed to change their stories at will and many people still do not question these people's stories...

So in this case it was enough for Neuman's lawyer to show that Egan formerly said under oath that he was not abused by Neuman? I think it would be a huge injustice if Robson & Safechuck's allegations would be allowed to go ahead, but when it comes to Michael everything is possible with judgements. :ermm:

If a judge is swayed by emotional bias and false claims where evidence proves many dodgy things happened and not on Michael's part, then that judge needs to leave the bench. It's supposed to be a justice system, cases are meant to be judged by the facts and once it starts operating any differently it can no longer be considered justice.

In fact, I think the judge should have to learn the facts about the other cases, how else could they possibly get the whole picture here?
