[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

Since 2013 this is the first anniversary of MJ on which Wade's team does not attempt to ruin it for the estate. I believe wade has really given up on getting anything from his claims. I also believe he is trying to get back into the music scene with the hope people would forget that he once accused MJ of rape. The only reason he is trying to revive his career now and not wait until the judge throws his case out is because he knows eventually he will be forced to work again, if he waits any longer with his chances becoming extinct with every filing, his 'miracle' recovery would be viewed nothing but ridiculous, even more than it is now. He is suddenly no longer interested in making a career of being a victim.

I hope you are right. Wade and his lawyers have try everything and it has fail Wade use your common sense and move on with your life end this. I really do not see a judge letting this go to trial on what ground Wade was never abuse by Michael he defend Michael in 2003 his own words Michael never abuse me.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

I am hoping Judge B. will do the right thing and end this nightmare. Because there is no case here.

I hope Judge B throw out James case too before it get to summary judgement.

Justice 4MJ

I really cannot believe that he even allowed this farce to go on for as long as it has. Here we are 4 years later.

Shame ? "crack is whack"

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

Wow! Robson looks bad these days! He is 35 and he looks like an old man. This was taken at a dance masterclass he held a couple of days ago.

Drugs.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

He doesn't look great.

His hair is thinning and receding, and he looks stressed to hell. He's very gaunt, and not a good advert for his wife's special catering business 'Feast'. (Isn't he vegan now, or something like that?) I guess all that Hawaiian sunshine doesn't help with skin ageing either.

He doesn't look like a man who is 'comfortable in his own skin'. I hope his conscience is destroying him daily. It should.

I bet he would want to use this to prove that he went through hell due to all the "abuse".
But it could be just bad lighting. There are many pictures where MJ looks horrible too.

In any case however he looks I only see a piece of shit while looking at him.

Heh. He looked like he just reached his 50s.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

He looks accordingly of what he is, a piece of shit. I hope he's suffering and struggling to keep living.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

Well, I don't think he looks a lot different. At all. Seems like he's been doing ok, which is disappointing.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

He is mentally ill and I don't think his mental illness is properly treated - that's why he looks so crap,

But he said he is now healed. all that healing just made him look like crap that's it.

Are you the haters' mouthpiece here? You come up with those things before haters even say anything.

I really doubt any hater would say they see a piece of shit while looking at Robson.

As for Robson trying to get sympathy because he looks like crap in case you missed it
he has played the victim for 5 years now. I wouldn't put anything past him, no matter how absurd.
He even tried to use his father's suicide as some kind of evidence that he was abused.

Sex abuse by long-dead Michael Jackson? Judge rejects lawsuit http://mynewsla.com/crime/2017/07/07/sex-abuse-by-long-dead-michael-jackson-judge-rejects-lawsuit/

A judge dismissed a negligence suit filed by a man who alleged two companies created by the late Michael Jackson shared responsibility for sexual abuses committed against him by the long-dead King of Pop.

Santa Monica Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled that MJJ Productions Inc. and MJJ Ventures Inc. cannot be held liable for the alleged abuses of 39-year-old James Safechuck by Jackson when the plaintiff was a minor because the companies had no ability to influence or direct the singer’s conduct.

“As plaintiff cannot plead some ability to control the 100 percent shareholder and owner of the entity defendants who perpetrated the abuse under these circumstances, these causes of action cannot withstand (the defense dismissal motion),” Beckloff wrote in his 18-page ruling on June 28.

Jackson began abusing Safechuck in 1988 during the singer’s “Bad” tour, the lawsuit alleged.

Jackson died June 25, 2009, at age 50, of acute propofol intoxication.

Safechuck’s lawsuit also alleged intentional infliction of emotional distress and that Jackson put his interests ahead of those of the plaintiff. He maintained he was an employee of the two Jackson companies when he was 8 or 9 years old in the mid-1980s and that he was compensated for his work in part with travel, lodging, medical care and clothing.

However, MJJ Ventures did not file articles of incorporation until February 1991, Beckloff wrote.

“Plaintiff could not have been employed by that entity defendant until after that time,” Beckloff wrote.

However, MJJ Ventures did not file articles of incorporation until February 1991, Beckloff wrote.

“Plaintiff could not have been employed by that entity defendant until after that time,” Beckloff wrote.

Safechuck also maintained that he worked for the Jackson entities when he was 16 and 17 years old, after the alleged abuses stopped.

“This employment appears to the court to have been a more traditional and formal employment relationship than the alleged employment relationship occurring in 1988,” Beckloff wrote.

“While it is not entirely clear when the sexual abuse ceased, it appears the sexual abuse continued until 1992,” when Safechuck reached puberty, Beckloff wrote.

Safechuck maintained that a key moment in his realization that he was a molestation victim was when he saw a May 2013 television interview with Australian dancer and choreographer Wade Robson, who also claimed he was sexually abused by Jackson as a child. Safechuck maintained that he did not fully comprehend what happened until he underwent subsequent counseling.

The 35-year-old Robson also filed a civil suit against the Jackson entities that still is awaiting trial.

I would like to know what he meant by that as well. We don't have the whole report, but that one line is damning. (and not what I had hoped Bekloff would write).

I hope it was taken out of context by the reporter.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

He summarized much of claims in this ruling. He didn't mean anything. He summarized arguments by both sides. He summarized relevant laws. He explained his ruling. That's just routine format of a ruling.

Geez.

and I got the ruling plus Robson documents today and was working on Safechuck ruling to post tomorrow. One comment and now it's all a mess.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

The reporter probably picked that one comment and just threw it in for effect. No doubt it's been used out of context.

Two down, one to go.

It's not a mess yet. Very few of these LA papers are reporting anything on it. We can tell it's 18 pages and they just printed a few lines. That's why I said I'd like to read the whole thing or understand what exactly happened, because I highly doubt that Bekloff would write anything of the kind. As Respect just pointed out, it's demurrer, so obviously he's talking about Safechuck's alleged claims and that according to his story, the abuse ended in 92.

It just surprised me reading it late tonight-especially those words-and Bekloff had beautifully torn apart Robson's case against the Estate and I expect and hope for something similar. So, like I said, I'd like to wait and see the whole thing.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

On a demurrer a Jugde is simply required to treat Plaintiff's claims as true. He has no other choice. But we have discussed this many times before. It doesn't mean he believes him.

and that's what frustrates me. I don't remember how many times I explained how demurrer works. How many times we discussed a dismissal versus a trial. and people expected the judge say "I'm dismissing the case because Michael is innocent". That can't happen.

The reporter probably picked that one comment and just threw it in for effect. No doubt it's been used out of context.

I posted the ruling. Judge summarizes Robson's claims. It's a sentence about when the alleged abuse happened, when he was employed, if the employment was during or after the alleged abuse and so on. But yeah the media took one sentence out of context and it suddenly became "judge thinks Michael abused Safechuck".

He wrote it but like I said above it was to summarize Safechuck's claims and timeline of the alleged abuse.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

I'm getting ready to read the ruling now. After reading the write up on your site, I'm looking forward to the article on Joy's deposition. Wade as an "Oscar worthy liar". Gold...

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

great news. The judge does not believe them we have known that from his previous ruling on Wade. This is really great news. Waiting for Joy Robson's testimony. No wonder Wade suddenly wants everyone to forget that he accused MJ.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

Great news ? thanks ivy and respect. Off to read your articles

You did not point out your angry about the press or a manipulative article in your post but on the judge who did nothing wrong.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

Good Riddance! One more to go!:clapping:

Some fans rant day and night on forums and social media about these cases but I guess it is too much to ask them to get their facts straight and know what is really happening. After four years of demurrers how come some people, whom I see posting in this thread so many times (even when there are no news at all) are fooled by this obvious manipulation?

This is good news. Don't let the ignorant people ruin it.

Re: [Discussion] Sexual abuse claims against MJ Estate (Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe)

Agree. These fans seem so blinded by their obsession against the estate they do exactly the same thing they accuse the estate of. we as mj fans hated when the facts were manipulated against him so call me stupid but as a mj fan you should be a stickler for the facts regardless of whether they suit your opinion or agenda.
