Man is this the way modern concerts are now for these big acts. No live band? And if there is they are secreted away somewhere where the audience can't even see them?

I liked when the band was part of it with the audience. So I could see them and feel their presence and watch them play the instruments.

Also they expect a musicvideo - interesting if The Estate will allow him to use footage of MJ - imagine if he has studio footage of MJ recording it...

If this gets a video, I hope we get some unreleased video footage of Michael, which they is plenty of. I'm sick of these posthumous videos of Michael, where they use already released footage of Michael from his older music videos or concerts. We all know that there is plenty of unreleased Michael Jackson video footage from concerts, rehearsals, recording studios, behind the scenes etc. Use some of that unreleased footage for a posthumous video, and not already released footage or some dancers trying to imitate him. I'm sick of the way they have handled the posthumous videos.

I agree. I always have a problem with this. If not unreleased videos, it would be best to tell a story rather than dance everything. Michael did short films, not just dancing videos.

Yes, MJ will get the credit if it goes to number 1. MJ is a featured artist on the song, and he got credited for DMTM going to top 10 in multiple markets.

USA chart depends heavily on radio airplay and streaming most likely will be top 5 since the song is being pushed to pop music stations.. Probably be a slow burner, but it's Drake so it's bound to chart high.

If you mean the US market, MJ didn't have a #1 in the 00s. Same applies to the UK market.

This song will likely not crack the top 10 again, forget about #1. The excitement has worn off, the whole "Drake and MJ" surprise factor that propelled this into the top 10 is gone. I imagine with a video and heavy radio promotion the song will re-enter the Top 30 but that's it. Im not sure why they waited 3 months to release this single. I know In My Feelings took off, but the wind in the sails for this song is gone.

I think you are underestimating just how big Drake is right now. I also don't think it would reach #1, but I can definitely see it reaching top 10 again.
