Then why is it autotuned? It's from 1983.
The sirens also reminded me a bit of me Heatwave's (Rod Temperton) 'Gangsters Of The Groove'I know Chicago 1945 and Smooth Criminal are unrelated but I'm wondering if Smooth Criminal takes some inspiration from it, like the heartbeat heard in the intro, the police sirens, the Chicago 1940's theme and all of that. They do have a considerable amount of similarities.
Damien’s opinion doesn’t matter lolI like Damien and rate his opinion highly but I've got to say this morale stance is frustrating.
He can't complain about fans being excited, as when it suits him, he profits from that excitement with knowledge on unreleased songs that are unavailable to fans. He's made a decent place within the community doing it. Part of the reason fans are so excited about unreleased songs like Chicago 1945 are through his articles.
As for being Michael's worst enemy, I'd call his attention to Bryan Loren, who Michael fired from the Dangerous project for talking about the album before it's release.
Which, although not the same, is similar to what Damien has done in the past, notably with the Xscape album.
While those of us who like living Dangerously, and listen to leaks are partially to blame, it's also the fault of the Estate and Steve himself unfortunately.
I hate the term "Michael's worst enemy" also, I don't remember being his worst enemy when we were publicly defending him against the world, 10 years after his death. While some of us with bigger platforms went into a self-imposed exile![]()
Maybe Steve Porcaro added it while he was working on it for Xscape? No idea. The french website says that the song is from around 1983.Then why is it autotuned?
Michael invented autotune confirmed. Then why is it autotuned?
shut the f up CMS, you're trash and did nothing worthwhile for this community.the listeners of the leaks aren’t the problem. It’s the leakers themselves. It’s perfectly fine to listen to whatever you want. Just because you or your friends don’t hear it doesn’t help anything.
Lolshut the f up CMS, you're trash and did nothing worthwhile for this community.
I at least did something, even if I'm in a boatload of trouble now...
Can you pm me please?I have the original files, but I don't know if I'm allowed to share them on the forum.
Good to hear that you are in trouble. You should be.shut the f up CMS, you're trash and did nothing worthwhile for this community.

That there is so much more out there .What hope? Lmao
We already know that Chicago 1945 exists. It didn’t have to leak for us to know that. That there is so much more out there .
it's not a crime lmao, it's a MisdemeanorLeaking music is a crime so yes, he did.
Listened to Chicago 1945, thought "ok cool" and now i'm done with it, i don't get how this is supposed to give me hope as a fan, TYLA leak didn't give me hope for anything either, and it's been yearsOh no, don't show me new MJ songs. It's not like as a fan I'd like to listen to them. I'd rather be morally ethic with some persons that I don't know.
Right or wrong - Your attitude towards this entire thing will sway those who might take legal action.it's not a crime lmao, it's a Misdemeanor
Well can you blame people for being excited? Especially when we get that Off The Wall with chalk and a shitshow of Thriller 40 which does not make sense in time line at all and songs that we heard over a decade ago .We already know that Chicago 1945 exists. It didn’t have to leak for us to know that.
The bulk of Moonwalker is literally C45I know Chicago 1945 and Smooth Criminal are unrelated but I'm wondering if Smooth Criminal takes some inspiration from it, like the heartbeat heard in the intro, the police sirens, the Chicago 1940's theme and all of that. They do have a considerable amount of similarities.
Oh my God you're the biggest hypocrite on this thread. Shame on you for demonizing the leaks and then "giving in" and listening to them, and now demonizing the **** out of the leaker. What a joke!We already know that Chicago 1945 exists. It didn’t have to leak for us to know that.
Thriller 40 isn’t a shit show. It is the best reissue of Thriller. Again, if people like you didn’t listen to leaked songs, you guys wouldn’t be moaning about the inclusion of leaked songs on disc 2.Well can you blame people for being excited? Especially when we get that Off The Wall with chalk and a shitshow of Thriller 40 which does not make sense in time line at all and songs that we heard over a decade ago .
I listen to the leak of Chicago 1945 once out of curiosity and I won’t listen to it again. I also haven’t listened to Dream Away and have no desire to.Oh my God you're the biggest hypocrite on this thread. Well, I'm here to inform you that listening to a leak once is no different from listening to it 50 times. You have to choose what you believe in or at the very least not demonize something you have enjoyed even if for a moment.I listen to the leak of Chicago 1945 once out of curiosity and I won’t listen to it again. I also haven’t listened to Dream Away and have no desire to.
