New All-Star Tribute album?

Ever since it was announced this was an NFT thing I've been pretty set on it just being something that is not happening

Still convinced this is some weird scam thing lol. The website it's hosted on is an nft site.

Also even if it's not, I'm not particularly interested in hearing what it's all about. We have no way of knowing if the songs will even contain anything MJ produced, so it's not really of interest to me.

That photo of MJ looks A.I generated. Is this real? Where can we see it?

If real then great, I was wondering what happened to that project a few days ago and went on to look for news and I found nothing. Great to see that it's still moving forward.

You're probably right. I've seen a tiny handful of AI photos and they were so gross I just blocked them out of my mind. But, yeah, they did look similar to this.

Yup. Had that feeling since the first time. That's 100% a NFT scam, there's no doubt about that.

My crazy prediction is a 10th Anniversary Reissue of Xscape. Unlikely to happen.

So they insist this album is still happening. Weird how it's been more than 2 years since it's announcement and we've yet to hear any more details about it. I was dead certain it had been cancelled.

They probably thinking once they're done with the biopic they'll start working on it but knowing the estate who knows
 
Like, tribute albums are getting released all the time. There's nothing special about those. I could literally name 10 or 20 if them right now. No need to get excited.

I don't know if you missed that , but the only excitement comes from the possibility to listen to some of the late Production Michael worked on. Even if they're just instrumentals, it's pretty interesting to listen to them.

Huh? That's not a tribute album.

A tribute album is when other artists play some of MJ's most famous songs. It's basically the greatest hits, but sung by people you might never have heard of.

You don't appear on your own tribute album, lol.

Are you thinking of Xscape Volume 2? That would never be called a tribute album.
