But isn't it fair if the accused is alive for a trial to happen? I don't think an abuse trial can even happen if the accused is deceased and not around to defend themself?

I find it a remarkable coincidence when, after a famous person passes, there are accusations of indecent assault that appear.

Some fans are so naive about the situation. If the estate don't win and have to pay Robson and co millions of dollars - it's a guilty verdict and confirmation that MJ was a child molester.

Well the latest news on Safechuck and Robson are demanding $400 million dollars in a civil suit there waiting to do. They are drooling at the bit to get to that trial. There are new accusers now to. The Cascio siblings , four all together are now suing the estate for money. The estate says it is another money grab. It just keeps going on. Let Michael rest in peace.
 
Wade Robson testified under oath that Michael never abused him. Wade now claims he lied because he loved Michael, didn't understand what "happened" was abuse, and he didn't want Michael in jail. In the 2005 trial, he was then 22/23 years old - as a grown adult, he was totally capable of understanding what was abuse and not abuse (I'm not saying it actually happened - I mean, in general) and can't be influenced by “love for another” like a child.

The Chandlers can not pursue any more complaints against MJ or the Estate because of the 1994 settlement, if they breach the settlement and pay back the money + interest they might have a chance to do it, but what would be the point if they are losing a ton of money that they are not certain to recoup again and risk going into massive debt?

No they can’t. Michael was found not guilty. Their case is done. You can’t try a person for the same crime twice.

Edited to add: Don’t forget the Chandler case was INCLUDED in the 2005 trial. Jordan’s mother testified. So the Chandlers too are out in both in civil and criminal terms. They got a settlement so their civil case is done, AND they got their day in court in 2005…in which Michael was found not guilty. So no, can’t be charged for the same crime twice. Their cases are done.

Exactly. It’s the same as the Cascios now claiming they supposedly ”WATCHED MJ rape their sister in front of them”🙄 …but still went on to DEFEND Michael as 20-30 year old ADULTS all the way until 2019 and selling songs they supposedly made with a person they ”watched rape their sister”. Yep, that’s what they are claiming. While at the same time ALSO claiming that none of them knew about each other’s abuse until they saw Leaving Neverland and started talking and only THEN they ”realized” they all had been abused. 🤷‍♀️🙄
 
None of these accusers display any behaviours of being sexually abused. Survivors of sexual assault display behaviours like avoiding certain places and people due to anxiety, fear and panic; losing interest in hobbies they once enjoyed (in Wade Robson’s case, dancing - which he still does choreography projects); and social withdrawal.

Now I know there is no “set” of signs that all victims go through. But the ones I listed are the most common signs that any victim who has self-respect and dignity would have. I know a few sexual assault survivors and they do display being ashamed and avoid certain people/ places. These “accusers” don’t display that.

At one point , Franck Cascio even wrote a book about his friendship with Michael. It's clear as day, this is not a sign of sexual abuse whatsoever

Are you also now accusing your parents of faciliating the abuse, because that’s what you are saying means since your parents AlWAYS travelled with you. Was that the reason why your parents were in court because you are seeking to put them behind bars as well for enabling child abuse and trafficking? Is that what you’re saying? Also, funny how your childhood and your innocence were so ruoned that you had no problem selling fake MJ tracks for money and you were so traumatized that you write a book about him being your frienf and volunteerely went to his funeral and had no problem associating yourselves with his name for as long as it was beneficial to you???

I love it how every single one of them claims not to have ”known” or not yo have ”realized” that they had been abused just to get around the statue of limitations but then all of them also can’t resist the urge to keep adding all these details for maximum drama. But it’s because all of them are thinking they will get away with it and think the Estate will eventually cave in and pay or hope they will get lucrative TV and book offers later on to make money. None of them are counting on a trial, which is exactly why all of these clowns need to be taken to trial once and for all to expose all their lies!!!! And please make it a televized trial so that the wholr workd can watch when their lies get exposed one by one!!!! All of them supporting Michael and loving Michael and accepting gifts and expensive trips and shouting from the rooftops how they are Michael’s best friends and ”family”….but as soon as they don’t get the money they wanted or get exposed as liars, only ThEN all of them suddenly ”realize” they were ”abused”.
