Wade Robson testified under oath that Michael never abused him. Wade now claims he lied because he loved Michael, didn't understand what "happened" was abuse, and he didn't want Michael in jail. In the 2005 trial, he was then 22/23 years old - as a grown adult, he was totally capable of understanding what was abuse and not abuse (I'm not saying it actually happened - I mean, in general) and can't be influenced by “love for another” like a child.

If someone comes to me and says ”take it or leave it” and won’t give me a chance to read the contract in peace or consult a lawyer, and expects me to sign it then and there without having had time to read, my answer is ”No thank you. Not on those terms.” If I choose to risk it and trust the other party and take the offer anyway as an adult, that’s on me. As an adult, you are responsible for your own choices. No one held a gun to their head. In an offer of ”take it or leave it”, there is clearly and very simply the option to ”leave it” and say ”no thank you”. An option, which they CHOSE not to take. Boohoo.
